The conditions of professional environment in stewardess are characterized by the combined influence of extremal factors, impacting with stress with many reciprocal reactions, determined by the spectrum of acting conditions, their parcial intensity and resistance of organism, that leads to steady disturbances of self-regulation and adaptation and may be the cause of a pathology. It is manifested with increased somatic and gynecological morbidity of stewardess in comparison to other women of the European part of Russia. Our data are needed to be used in the procedure of professional psychological selection of stewardess during medical examination. The material shown verifies the necessity for medico-social investigations, directed for revealing of professional risk factors for stewardess morbidity; their prophylaxis in the system of medical control for their health status.

The problem of the personal self-regulation and state of mind functioning are extremely relevant in the modern context. Ukraine’s reform contributions, which sometimes have a total and demonstrative nature, do not have enough constructive influence on the functioning of the individual, both in its internal dimensions of reality, and the implementation of its own professional work and stay in the professional environment. The article presents the results of research on the problem of frustration, describes the specifics of personal self-regulation and its types, based on the existing ability to understand the frustration, on the indicators of social and personal frustration. The frustration study was done in the context of its theoretical foundation and an empirical study of its state on a sample of adults. This gave grounds to establish multifunctional nature of frustration. It is about its specificity as a component of professional activity (activity context) and professional environment (interpersonal context). The necessity to prevent frustration in a professional team has been convincingly proved. It was determined that the object of the prevention should be reflection as a psychological mechanism of the awareness formation of the frustration by personality and the ability to establish its influence on professional activity and professional implementation in a professional environment. Along with this, the uncertainty, as a result of social frustration, and personal frustration, as the interdependence between the motivation of the individual, its relation to one’s own needs and desires and, as a consequence, the ability to search for one’s own social purpose.

The current paper presents a short overview and selection of Erzya chastushkas that were recorded in Erzya villages during expeditions that were made in the 1990’s. Chastushkas are known from the 20th century folklore tradition of other Finno-Ugric peoples living in the European part of Russia as well and the first examples werepublished before the Second World War.   The publishing of the following data thus serves three aims. Firstly, it introduces a modern form of oral tradition that historically, in a way, fills the gap of several lost genres. Secondly, it presents chastushkas as a genre that was originally adopted from Russian culture but was transferred to the Erzya as it did among other groups. Thirdly, it seeks to promote the interest of folklorists towards living tradition of Finno-Ugric peoples.

In the context of the increasing level of requirements, new re-forms and standards in the modern educational system, teachers experience a significant emotional burden. The professional activity of a university lecturer is accompanied by increased moral responsibility and, consequently, is characterized by a high level of emotional, and in the future, professional burnout. Some socio-psychological and professional features, as well as risk factors for professional burnout of higher school teachers, are noted. The results of the study of the diagnosis of professional burnout of medical university lecturers are presented. It is noted that in specialists who are lecturers and doctors at the same time, professional burnout is more pronounced than in lecturers who are engaged only in pedagogical activities. The factors that mostly cause the process of burnout of teachers are identified: work experience, age, dissatisfaction with work, stress resistance. The recommendations on the implementation of the skills of self-regulation of the emotional state, aimed at preventing the syndrome of professional burnout, are given.

Abstract Introduction HLA genotyping is a critical stage in finding the best matched bone marrow donor for transplantation. Kazan Federal University (KFU) is involved in the «Rusfond» Charity «Rusfond. Register» program to generate the regional register of the bone marrow donors in the Republic of Tatarstan (RT). Russians and Tatars represent the majority of the RT population. Calculation of the HLA allelic group and haplotype profile of donors in RT could be useful to identify the closely related populations, which could contain the best-matched donors. This will facilitate selection of donors which could be located in far distances. The goal of this study is to characterize the potential bone marrow donors in the RT based on HLA-A* and -B* allelic group frequencies and to identify related populations in Russia and neighboring countries, as well as in European and non-European countries. Materials and methods HLA-A* and -B* allelic group frequencies in a group of 483 potential bone marrow donors from RT reported in our previous study (Davidyuk et al, 2017) were used to calculate the genetic distances between RT and 50 other populations. Data on HLA-allele frequencies in Caucasians, Mongoloid and Negroid populations were obtained from The Allele Frequency Net Database - website http://www.allelefrequencies.net (Gonzalez-Galarza et al, 2015). Analysis was conducted using R language for statistical computing and Rstudio (R Core Team, 2018). Packages ade4 and adegenet were used to calculate Reynolds' distances for HLA-A and HLA-B allelic group frequencies, perform clusterization with Ward's method and construct a dendrogram. Results and discussion The HLA-allele and haplotype frequencies in RT donors were reported in our previous study (Davidyuk et al, 2017). The comparative analysis of HLA-A* and -B* allelic group frequencies showed that the RT population and other populations from Russia as well as Slovakian and Polish populations are belong to one cluster on the dendrogram (Fig. 1). This cluster also contained the Caucasian populations from Western and Northern Europe. We also found that the RT population is more related to the populations from Samara region and Moscow. Two populations from north-western region of Russia and two Tatar populations were also closely related to the RT population. All populations listed above had low genetic distances from the RT population, while the genetic distance between the RT population and Russians from Chelyabinsk region was high (Fig. 2). Interestingly, Russians from Chelyabinsk region were more distantly related to the populations of European part of Russia as compared to RT population. Collected data suggest that the RT population could be used as potential bone marrow donors for recipients from closely related populations in the neighboring regions. However, in future, as the number of donors in the RT regional register will increase, the genetic relationship between RT population and other populations in Russia could be changed. Conclusion Our data revealed that potential bone marrow donors studied in the RT are closely related to the Russians and Tatars populations from European part of Russia. This observation could be important for selection of the hematopoietic stem cell transplant recipients from these populations to find a phenotypically matched donor within the register of RT. The Russian Government Program of Competitive Growth of KFU and «Rusfond» supported this study. On the basis of author's graphical analysis method, the typification of lake ecosystems transformation scenarios depending on the size of lakes was carried out. It was confirmed that the type of transformation depends not only on size of the lake, but also on the landscape and climatic region in which it is located. The distinctive features of lake ecosystems transformation types in the European part of Russia and in Western Siberia were analyzed and compared.

The paper identifies and systematically clarifies the possibilities of setting and solving the problem of choosing a model of socialization and self-realization of a person in a system of continuing education. The system of continuing education creates the conditions for holistic study and clarification of the possibilities of personality development, in this choice the person chooses the direction of future professional activity, determines the model of self-realization and socialization, the possibilities of which can be represented in a generalized way through the directions of “education”, “science”, “sport “,” Art “,” culture “, etc. The transition from one direction of socialization and self-realization of a person to another direction may be due to changes in the inner world personality and social and professional environment. The ambiguity of the choice of the model of socialization and the model of personal self-realization in the system of lifelong education determines the problem of personification and unification of the assessment of the quality of an individual’s activity in the chosen direction and the selected constructs for assessing the quality of pedagogical meters. In the structure of detailing the models under consideration, concepts are clarified, the principles of identifying and researching the socialization and self-realization of a person in the system of continuing education are highlighted. The quality and productivity of the identified and solved problems of socialization and self-realization can be clarified and presented in various kinds of self-presentations (student portfolio, professional-pedagogical case, etc.) and resume. To study and visualize the quality of socialization and self-realization of a person in the structure of the work organized by the teacher, you can also use questionnaires, whose popularity and the ambiguity in the interpretation of the received data explains the need for future development of program-pedagogical support for the study of the quality of socialization and self-realization of a person in the system of continuing education.
