On the basis of the analysis of the morphological and genetical variability revealed by a method of gel-electrophoresis of proteins in PAAG, the state of gene pools of populations of modeling species Сhondrula tridens Müll (threedens snail) in conditions of the urbanized forest-steppe landscape of the south of Mid-Russia Upland is investigated. In the majority of the investigated bunches authentic decrease of a level of heterozygosity and the decrease of an allelic diversification caused, both is fixed by natural historical factors, and factors of an anthropogenic parentage. The genetic-automatic processes in populations are considered and vectors of natural selection are defined. Calculation of effective number of researched bunches is spent.

On the basis of analysis of the morphological and genetical variability revealed by a method of gel-electrophoresis of proteins, the state of gene pools of populations of modeling species Bradybaena fruticum (a bush snails) in conditions of influence of ore dressing combines is investigated. Authentic decrease of a level of heterozygosity and decrease of an allelic diversification in researched bunches is fixed in сomparison with the control populations, caused, both natural factors, and factors of an anthropogenic parentage. The genetic-automatic processes in populations are considered and vectors of natural selection are defined. On the basis of calculation of effective number the forecast of time of existence of populations is given.

An improved apparatus and procedures for starch-gel electrophoresis of proteins of wheat flour are described; highly reproducible separation of the protein components was achieved. By starch-gel electrophoresis it was shown that similar protein components occur in the extracts of wheat flour obtained with a variety of solvents; however, there were marked differences in the proportions of these components in various extracts. Several protein components were present in the fJ'actions separated by ion-exchange chromatography of' the proteins soluble in Bodium pyrophosphate and of those soluble in acetic acid; some fractions containeda number of similar protein components.
