Training of penitentiary psychologists on the educational program «Psychology of official activity» is conducted in two universities of the Federal penitentiary service (FSIN of Russia). An important component of the practical and scientific activities of the penitentiary psychologist is the development, conduct and analysis of various psychological studies that require a high level of development of the necessary competencies. This article discusses the author's methodology IVDRC (Individual vector of development of research competencies), used in the training of penitentiary psychologists in the study of mathematical methods in psychology. The methodology is based on the continuity and professional orientation of training courses, individual approach, support and control of the stages of study of disciplines, the use of information technologies, own methodological materials and manuals. The developed technique is a generalization of long-term experience of teaching mathematical disciplines in departmental higher education institution. The technique of IVDRC has been successfully used for several years at the psychological faculty of the Vologda Institute of Law and Economics of the Federal Penal Service of Russia. To date, more than 150 cadets have been trained using the technology of IVDRC. The article analyzes some results and efficiency of its application using statistical methods.

The purpose. With the rapid development of the information society and information technologies executive authorities of the Russian Federation feel the need for high-quality, prompt, objective coverage of their activities, and for the information support of all areas of public policy, through traditional communication channels and modern media. In this sense, issues of information support of the state policy of the Russian Federation in the field of physical culture and sport occupy a special place. Research methods and organization. The paper focuses on comparative analysis of the most significant authorities in the field of information activities of the Ministries of Sport of Russia and the Republic of Tatarstan. Research results and discussion. The study demonstrated a high level of information coordination between federal and regional executive bodies carrying out state policy in the field of physical culture and sports. At the same time, the study revealed abundance of structural departments responsible for information activities, and the lack of the central body for processing and distribution of information. Conclusion. It is necessary to develop social understanding of a long-term program for modernization of the infrastructure for physical culture and sports in Russia. At the same time, the Ministry of Sport of the Russian Federation and other executive bodies representing state authority should demonstrate their willingness to continue this activity. Today, the Ministry should deliver a wide information anti-crisis campaign in mass media.

The semiotic approach is still unreasonably rarely used in research in the field of Economics; more precisely, even the actual inclusion of its or its elements in the development of materials of any research is still not accompanied by awareness of this and an indication of their semiotic nature. The article analyzes the results of our long-term experience of semiotic analysis and control of dozens of heterogeneous (mainly conducted with our active participation) socio-economic and other studies. The analysis begins with a theoretical consideration of the process of achieving not only the reliability, but also the truth of the results of research (on the basis of philosophical theories of truth). The semiotic control of the correctness of the epistemological, socio-economic and mathematical propositions used is illustrated by the material of various studies. They were analyzed and implemented using the proposed semiotic methodology to ensure the reliability of indicators. It has no analogues known to us so far and includes a general semiotic methodology and its important variant – a comparative methodology for determining the indicators of state statistics. This allowed us to solve some problems of general economic nature (starting with the most important language the correctness of the use of formally rigorous mathematical apparatus in research in the natural), and a number of serious problems to determine the practical effectiveness (or inefficiency) of the parameters of social policy.

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), which is triggered by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection, continues to threaten global public health. Developing a vaccine that only requires single immunization but provides long-term protection for the prevention and control of COVID-19 is important. Here, we developed an adeno-associated virus (AAV)-based vaccine expressing a stable receptor-binding domain (SRBD) protein. The vaccine requires only single shot, but provides effective neutralizing antibodies (NAbs) over 300 days in rhesus macaques (Macaca mulatta). In addition, the NAbs are at much higher levels than seen in the sera of convalescent patients. It is worth to note that though we detected the pre-existing AAV2/9 NAbs before immunization, the vaccine still induced high and effective NAbs, and did not boost the AAV2/9 NAbs levels in rhesus macaques. Importantly, AAV-SRBD immune sera efficiently neutralized the SARS-CoV-2 P.1/P.2, B.1.1.7, and B.1.351 variants. Together, all the data suggest the vaccine has great potential in preventing the spread of SARS-CoV-2.

The article presents the main areas of educational activities in the Belarus Agricultural Library. The library has long-term experience in organizing and carrying out advanced training courses on the programme «Information and Software Support for Professional Activities (Librarianship)». Examples of interaction between the library and educational institutions are given. The article illustrates the informational support of quality educational processes in the agrarian institutions of higher education rendered due to their servicing under the agreements for the provision of paid library and information services.

The importance of the current study lies in the psychological preparation of coaches, their abilities and skills that can be measured for them and the possibility of being distinguished by them by coaches, and thus its reflection on their players because the players always derive challenge, enthusiasm and other psychological skills from their coaches and their characteristics that encourage players to perform well, The research problem is that there are basic and distinct features that should characterize the personality of the trainer and control most of his behaviors in different life situations because of their great and effective role in making him able to face the difficulties and challenges of life and at the same time lead to the development of his personality and as a result of the poor availability of information about job absorption. When volleyball coaches we realized The existence of a problem related to the measuring tool, as well as the existence of an ambiguous or unclear relationship between the job absorption and the spirit of challenge towards competition and the detection of such a characteristic among volleyball coaches, and the aim of the research is to identify the relationship between the absorption of career and the spirit of challenge for coaches of the Iraqi Premier League clubs in volleyball and prepare my standards Occupational absorption and the spirit of challenge for coaches of the Iraqi Premier League volleyball clubs, and identifying the two scales of the Iraqi Premier League volleyball coaches and the spirit of challenge for coaches of the Iraqi Premier League clubs in volleyball. 112) players from eight clubsThey are the (Army - Police - Industry - Erbil - South Gas - Al Daghara - Al Qasim - Al Bahri) club, then a sample of 56 players was randomly selected and they are club players (Army - Police - Qasim - Al Daghara). Challenge After addressing the results, it became evident that some coaches of the Iraqi Premier League clubs in volleyball enjoy a high level of professionalism and a spirit of challenge. There is a correlation between functional absorption and the spirit of challenge. Therefore, the researcher recommends working to develop the skills and abilities of coaches of the Iraqi Premier League clubs in volleyball and employing the skills and abilities possessed by each coach by improving their abilities and skills in the field of absorption (cognitive, intellectual, physical, emotional and social) by involving them in the counseling, cooperative and training courses conducted by the Union and the club In order to educate the trainer and his knowledge in all areas of concern, its main topic.

In the article the substantiation of selection of innovative pedagogical technologies and application for competence-oriented preparation of future teachers of mathematics for technologicalization of educational process in the conditions of profile school is carried out. Innovative educational and information technologies are analyzed, which comprehensively contribute to the formation of professional readiness of future mathematics teachers to the technologicalization of the educational process in the profile school in the system of professional training in higher education institutions. Promising innovative pedagogical, educational and information technologies that acquire further relevance in the educational environment are identified. It is proved that the introduction of training courses for future mathematics teachers on the use of innovative educational technologies in specialized schools provides a favorable educational environment for the formation of research competencies, including the use of mathematical analysis in modeling experiments and mathematical statistics. Analysis of the results of experimental research confirms the effectiveness of experimental learning using innovative educational and information technologies for the formation of professional readiness of future masters of mathematics to technologize the educational process in a specialized school. The introduction of training courses for future mathematics teachers on the use of innovative educational and information technologies in specialized schools provides a favorable educational environment for the formation of research competencies, including the use of mathematical analysis in modeling experiments in specialized schools. The family of RNA viruses, Coronaviridae has been responsible for the past two epidemics of many viral related diseases and viral pneumonia. Currently, the covid-19 pandemic is brought about by another member from the Coronaviridae family named SARS-CoV-2 (severe acute respiratory syndrome-corona virus), which arose from China in December 2019. Coronavirus was not considered primarily a pathogen in the human population until the outbreak of SARS-CoV-19. Coronavirus causes a variety of infectious diseases in many livestock, poultry, and pet animals resulting in great economic losses. Because of the long-term experience attained with animal CoV, veterinary medication could assist with producing a superior comprehension of the cause and spread of SARS-CoV-2 and could drive future exploration in human medication towards the improvement of safe immunization and successful immunogenic and antiviral medications. This review focuses on general morphological and genomic features, origin of coronaviruses, its specific impacts on animals in relation to zoonotic potential and food chain wrongdoings. In addition, we propose some recommendations and control strategies that could be applied in combating the threats imposed by the covid-19 pandemic.

ABSTRACT The genetic basis of DDT-resistance was studied in a population of Drosophila melanogaster. This population was unique in that it had been continually selected for DDT-resistance since 1952 and had achieved a very high level of resistance. The genetic basis of resistance was studied by means of a chromosomal analysis. Fifteen combinations of resistant and control chromosomes were tested using a time-based DDT test. The analysis of the data showed that resistance was multifactorial with each of the three major chromosomes involved. Dominant and recessive second and third chromosome effects were found to be much more important than those of the first chromosome, which had no detectable recessive effects. Second and third chromosome resistance genes showed incomplete dominance. The average dominance of the second chromosome was much less than that of the third chromosome. These large-scale differences between chromosomes' effects and average dominance may indicate that a small number of resistance genes are involved. Two significant interactions between chromosomes were found. Scaling difficulties make the interactions difficult to interpret without further data. It seems possible that positive interactions between resistance have been developed by the long-term directional selection in this population.
