This thesis has designed a remote control system which takes Micro controller Unit AT89S51 as the core for library temperature and humidity. The system consists of temperature and humidity data acquisition, wireless transceiver, Micro controller Unit and PC data display modules. The system can detect and control temperature and humidity of library remotely in real time, avoid the traditional manual labor tedious, and contribute to the storage of paper documents.

In some industry and physical systems, work pieces should be baked for a long time before it is used. During heating, the temperature should change according to a line with a given slope, and the vacuum degree should be propriety, so the monitoring and control system is necessary. The monitoring system is used to monitor the vacuum, temperature in the heating system, it can also start the whole system and stop it when the situation is emergent. The control system make the heating system keep a programmed temperature. In this paper, a heating box is design, when the vacuum in the box is lost, the interlock system will turn off turbo pump power supply; at the same time, the control and monitoring systems are designed, the control system is made by PLC and the morning system is constructed by LabVIEW program, and the two systems communicated each other through TCP/IP.

Current technological developments are very fast and progressing. One of the developments that occurs in the IoT (Internet Of Things) system. Many IOT (Internet Of Things) systems already have open source and can be suitable as needed, therefore by utilizing technological advancements, lamp controllers and house doors are made using Telegram applications. This control system can carry out home communications and control home electronic devices such as lights and house doors remotely using the Wemos and Arduino UNO microcontrollers. The Telegram application is used to send commands connected to the io.adafruit.com server. This system can provide notifications sent to the Telegram application when the house door is opened. The conclusion of the results obtained when the tool needed to communicate with the server is 12.94 seconds. For the voltage of 4 lights ± 220 V AC and for servo voltage ± 4.8 V DC. For the response time of the tool to the server ± 3 seconds, while the response time of the tool to Nextion LCD is ± 1 second

We developed a novel catheter operating system with an integrated force sensor for medical applications which included a highly precise master-slave remote control system. This paper explains the system design and control system in detail. As part of our research, we designed a micro force sensor and included it in the system to ensure safe operation in intravascular neurosurgery applications. We performed operation simulation experiments and analyzed the operating errors. The experimental results indicated that the proposed force sensor-based catheter operating system works well and can be controlled remotely, and the force feedback can effectively improve operability at an aneurysm.

In recent years, mobile communication technology develops at an alarming rate and the development of mobile communications technology enables high-speed wireless data applications become possible. SMS Remote Control System Based on GSM uses mobile phone as the tools for sending control commands, SMS group sending device as the tools to receive the control instruction, PC as the analytical tools for the control commands, and smart appliances as the final controlled objects. It is an ultra long-range wireless control system based on the global mobile communications network.

Pulp and paper processes frequently present nonlinear behavior, which means that process dynam-ics change with the operating points. These nonlinearities can challenge process control. PID controllers are the most popular controllers because they are simple and robust. However, a fixed set of PID tuning parameters is gen-erally not sufficient to optimize control of the process. Problems related to nonlinearities such as sluggish or oscilla-tory response can arise in different operating regions. Gain scheduling is a potential solution. In processes with mul-tiple control objectives, the control strategy must further evaluate loop interactions to decide on the pairing of manipulated and controlled variables that minimize the effect of such interactions and hence, optimize controller’s performance and stability. Using the CADSIM Plus™ commercial simulation software, we developed a Jacobian sim-ulation module that enables automatic bumps on the manipulated variables to calculate process gains at different operating points. These gains can be used in controller tuning. The module also enables the control system designer to evaluate loop interactions in a multivariable control system by calculating the Relative Gain Array (RGA) matrix, of which the Jacobian is an essential part.
