Enterprise transformation is an important way for enterprises to gain sustainable competitive advantage. This paper aims to study the relationship between organizational change and enterprise transformation. Based on 303 valid questionnaires, the results show that organizational change has a positive impact on enterprise transformation. Organizational change has a positive effect on management innovation. Management innovation plays an intermediary role between organizational change and enterprise transformation. Employees' attitude toward change plays a regulating role between organizational change and enterprise transformation, while employees' attitude toward change plays a regulating role between organizational change and management innovation. Self-motivation plays a second-order role in the adjustment of employees' attitude towards organizational change and enterprise transformation. Self-motivation plays an insignificant role in adjusting organizational change and management innovation. Organizational motivation plays a second-order role in the adjustment of employees' attitude towards organizational change and enterprise transformation. Organizational motivation plays a second-order role in adjusting organizational change and management innovation.

In a rapidly changing business environment, the entrepreneurship of top management is essential for the survival and sustainable development of the enterprise. Building on the view of the strategic choice theory, this study identifies the relationship between entrepreneurship, market-oriented culture, and work engagement. Data were collected from 493 employees regularly working in small and medium-sized firms in South Korea. The results of this study indicate: (1) entrepreneurship (consisting of innovation, proactiveness, and risk-taking) has a significant positive influence on market-oriented culture, (2) entrepreneurship positively affects work engagement, (3) market-oriented culture has a significant positive effect on work engagement, (4) the effects of innovation and proactiveness on work engagement are significant, controlling for market-oriented culture, showing the partial mediating effect of market-oriented culture on work engagement, and (5) CEO trust moderates the relationship between risk-taking and work engagement. Theoretical and practical implications are suggested.

The major objective of this research is to examine the relationship between poverty, income inequality and economic growth from some selected developing countries. This study uses panel data for the period of 2002-2015. All the data is taken from world development indicators (WDI). To find out the results, we have used Hausman test an econometrics technique for panel data in this research. The results of the study indicate that poverty and income inequality have a negative impact on economic growth on the other hand Gross capital formation, labor force, total population and government consumption and expenditure have a positive impact on economic growth. The result tells us that changes in these variables have a significant and positive effect on the dependent variable. To achieve the goal of economic growth developing countries should reduce poverty and take meaningful steps to overcome the problem of inequality in the society which can be very helpful in achieving the goal of economic growth.

Employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment are the key factors that affecting the performance of enterprise’s employees. Through using empirical research method to explore the relationship among the three with the sample of 330 employees of an enterprise. The results show that: Employees’ job satisfaction have a positive effect on job performance significantly; Employees job satisfaction positive effect on organizational commitment; Organizational commitment played a partial intermediary role in the process of job satisfaction improving performance.

It is well-documented in literature that one major challenge facing Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) is resource constraints. This affects SMEs’ potential for innovation, as innovation is resource-intensive. To survive the competition, it is expedient that SMEs find more creative and innovative ways to operate. This present study sought to ascertain how SMEs could adopt a bricolage strategy to achieve a competitive advantage. The study also sought to determine the mediating role of new product creativity in this relationship, which formed a key contribution. Data was gathered from 334 SMEs using a simple random sampling technique. The data was analyzed using the covariance-based structural equation modelling (CB-SEM) approach in Amos (v.23). Various validity and reliability tests were run before testing the significance of the various hypotheses of the study. It was concluded that bricolage had a direct positive effect on SMEs’ competitive advantage. Bricolage further had a direct positive impact on new product creativity, whiles new product creativity had a direct positive effect on SMEs’ competitive advantage. It was also realized that creativity had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between bricolage and SMEs’ competitive advantage. Although this study did not directly assess the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic on business operations, the data for the study was gathered during the pandemic period, as such, the results of this present study could offer some practical clues on how firms could achieve competitive advantage during the outbreak of pandemics.

Individual readiness to change is important in the success of the organization for making changes. When employees are ready, they will be able to follow the organizational changes that occur. Employee readiness to change will have a positive impact on organizational change. There are various factors that can affect change readiness in employees including employee engagement and work value. This study aims to determine the effect of employee engagement and work value on change readiness in employees of PT. Budi Perkasa Alam. The measuring instrument used in this study is the scale of change readiness, employee engagement and work value scale. This study involved 150 employees. The results showed that partially employee engagement and work value had a positive effect on change readiness in employees with t-count value X1 (5.513) t-table (1,976) and t-count X2 (5,896) t-table (1,976). Simultaneously, employee engagement and work value variables significantly influence change readiness in PT employees. Nature Mightiness (F count = 67.230; p 0.05). Employee engagement and work value contributed to change readiness by 47.8% (R-square = 0.478). The implications of this research are expected to the management in order to maintain an understanding of the values and goals of the organization and involve employees in making organizational decisions.

The literature on innovation suggests that cooperation in R&D has a very positive effect on the performance of firms' technological innovation, but little is known about its impact on organizational innovation. Thus, this chapter aims to analyze the effect of R&D cooperation on firms' abilities to introduce organizational innovation. A quantitative study was made based on a sample of 5,079 Portuguese firms from the CIS 2010-Community Innovation Survey 2010. The results showed R&D cooperation with clients to be predominant in organizational innovation performance. Cooperation with competitors, universities, and state laboratories has no significant effect. R&D cooperation with other firms within the same group and with suppliers has a significant positive impact on organizational innovation in the workplace. In addition, cooperation with consultants is significant in business practices and external relations. This study contributes to the development of theory on organizational innovation, examining the relationship between R&D cooperation and organizational innovation.

Abstract Behavioral science in the field of finance and investment is among new topics raised in recent years. The relationship between financial sciences and other fields of social sciences such as financial psychology has caused researchers to do many researches regarding the behavior of investors in the financial markets and their reactions to different situations. Based on the theories of financial behavior, shareholders' decision to buy and sell stocks is under the influence of internal and external psychological factors. Through designing and experimental testing of the model of investors' financial behavior in the Tehran Stock Exchange with an emphasis on brand, this study was an attempt to investigate the influence of these factors. To this end, financial, psychological and social factors were considered as the most important external factors influencing the behavior of investors and, considering the mediating role of brand awareness, their impact on perceived risk and perceived return as well as investment intention was tested. The research population consisted of all individual investors in the Tehran Stock Exchange. In order to determine the sample size, considering unlimited population, Cochran formula was used and hence the sample size was determined to be 145. For data collection, standard questionnaire was used. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to test the reliability of the questionnaire and the research hypotheses were tested using path analysis. The results showed that psychological factors have a positive impact on perceived risk and returns. Financial factors had a positive impact on perceived risk but no impact on perceived return. The impact of social factors on perceived risk and perceived return was not confirmed. Moreover, the results showed that brand awareness has a moderating role in the relationship between social factors and perceived risk and return. However, its moderating role was not confirmed in the relationship between the psychological and financial factors and perceived risk and return. Perceived risk had a positive effect on attitude toward the brand. However, the impact of perceived return on attitude toward the brand was not significant. Finally, the attitude toward the brand had a positive effect on shareholders' investment intention.

The objective of this paper is the study of the link between social and financial performance and the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030. The methodological tool of this contribution tries to measure the effect of social and financial performance and the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030. The main purpose of the research is focused on the empirical approach justified by the use of a linear model. The paper presents the results of an empirical analysis that showed a positive effect of social and financial performance on the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030. The results found suggest that size, risk, and sector do not moderate the relationship between social responsibility and financial performance. The results showed a positive impact between social and financial performance with the objectives of the Kingdom Vision (2030) and implied that social and financial performance has a positive and significant relationship with the Kingdom Vision (2030). The results of the research can be useful for companies to promote the social and financial performance for a good realization of the Kingdom Vision (2030) and provide information to take the necessary policy suggestions to maintain the social performance and limit the average of financial performance.

This research is conducted in order to evaluate the purpose of studying the customer relationship practices and customer satisfaction in PHEI that offers undergraduate degrees in Malaysia.  According to the results obtained, it proves that CRM practices contain more positive effect on its customer satisfaction. The sample size used was only focused on PHEI that offer undergraduate programmes in Malaysia.  According to the research conducted, there are few limitations that disclose the exact relationship between CRM and Customer Satisfaction. Education industry has become one of the major growing industries in Malaysia with various numbers of competitors. Thus, this study allows policy makers of PHEI to focus and implement CRM practices that would have an increase of direct positive impact of satisfaction for their customers.  The study conducted also helps to evaluate not only CRM and satisfaction but also evaluate the effect of the Gender and Age Group factors that reflects on the relationship.

The paper focuses on the effects of technology-push and demand-pull determinants on firm's innovation propensity comparing start-ups and established firms in the specialized suppliers' industry. Specifically, it explores technology-push and demand-pull effects in isolation and in their interaction using a sample of European firms in the period 2007-2009. Our main results show that either the technology-push and demand-pull determinants exert a positive impact on innovation propensity in both start-ups and established firms, Moreover, in start-ups, we discovered that the demand-pull determinant plays a strong moderating role in the relationship between innovation propensity and the technology-push determinant. The paper contributes in making managers more aware of the effect that some choices concerning the composition of the firm’s workforce may produce on the firm’s innovation propensity. There are also implications for policy makers whose overemphasis on demand pull incentives may disempower the positive effect of the technology determinant on the innovation propensity of start-ups.
