The paper reviews main approaches to the design of practice-oriented basic professional educational programme (master’s degree).It describes a new approach to graduate training through the acquisition of professional actions in quasi-professional activity.This training is constructed around the professional actions of kindergarten teacher necessary for supporting the educational process in kindergarten.The content of professional training in compliance with the new programme involves mastering specific activities, such as carrying out educational monitoring, analyzing its outcomes and designing the educational process in accordance with features and needs of children of a particular educational institution.Finally, the paper outlines the factors which promote better practice-oriented graduate training in modern conditions (network interactions with kindergartens, availability of supervising educators).

In the context of a pandemic and the introduction of quarantine measures, the issue of proper organization of the educational process without interfering with the curriculum becomes especially relevant. Distance learning is a way to solve this problem, but for this type of learning to be effective, it is necessary to understand what digital technologies will help to master the educational programme. Therefore, the purpose of the study was to identify which of the modern digital technologies are the most effective for distance learning, and based on the analysis to develop a model of online training for bachelors of arts. The study applied an analysis, which helped to evaluate modern digital technologies in terms of efficiency for use in distance learning, and modelling, which helped to create an optimal learning model in terms of distance learning.

ABSTRACT The new approach to the higher education modernization based on the realization of competency-building modular programs has been considered. This approach closely supports competency-building approach to professional training of modern specialists within the context of current theoretical and methodological principles. The European dimension of competency-building approach and its basic concepts as well as its implementations in educational process have been characterized. It has been stressed that competency-building approach shifts the focus from teaching to acquiring competencies within the educational process. It has been defined that labor market growing demands, rapid technological change, globalization, increased academic and labor mobility require the use of the competency-building approach to future teachers’ aptitude to improve their professional level, which is a pre-requisite and priority in higher pedagogical education modernization. The connection of the competency-building approach with individually-oriented and active approach to learning has been considered, as it concerns student’s individuality and can be implemented and tested only when an individual student carries out a certain set of actions. The approach requires the transformation of the educational content, its conversion from the objective model that exists for “all” the students, to subjective outcomes of each student, which can be measured.

The article analyzes the state of research of the problem of professional training of specialists in the pharmaceutical industry in the pedagogical theory and practice of higher medical (pharmaceutical) educational institutions. The criteria of comparison of development in different periods of professional training of experts of the pharmaceutical industry in Ukraine, which formed the basis of analysis of each historical period, have been determined. Indicators revealing the content of each criterion have been singled out. In the development of professional training of specialists in the pharmaceutical industry in Ukraine from 1921 to 2017, five periods have been determined on the basis of analysis of archival sources and scientific and methodological literature. The basis of their division is the criterion of changes in the organizational and institutional development of the professional training of specialists in the pharmaceutical industry in the context of socio-political changes, the conditions of economic development of education in general and pharmaceutical education, in particular. A systematic analysis of the tendencies of the transformation of the professional training of specialists in the pharmaceutical industry in Ukraine during the twentieth century has been carried out, up to the year 2017, among which general, special, specific tendencies have been singled out. The general tendencies of professional training of specialists of the pharmaceutical industry in Ukraine for all historical periods havebeen singled out: gender equality of future specialists; the independence from ethnic origin, religion inobtainingthe education; increasing popularity of the profession of a pharmacist, pharmacist, master of pharmacy; professional training of specialists in the pharmaceutical industry in different types of schools; the increase in the number of different types of schools for the professional training of specialists in the pharmaceutical industry; the improvement of methods and organizational forms of professional training of specialists in the pharmaceutical industry; practical direction of the educational process of professional graduate training of specialists in the pharmaceutical industry.The modern tendencies (2010 – 2017 years) of professional training of specialists of the pharmaceutical industry in Ukraine have been studied.

En correspondencia con los nuevos objetivos de desarrollo de los profesionales ecuatorianos, resulta necesario el establecimiento de modificaciones en las estructuras organizativas y el sistema de organización del proceso educativo de la Carrera de Educación Básica (EB) de la Universidad Nacional de Educación (UNAE), en tanto que en ella se aprecian incoherencias y dificultades. Estas modificaciones se proyectan desde un nuevo enfoque que, como deber ser de la carrera, orientan y regulan su desarrollo  en las condiciones actuales de la Universidad, a la vez que constituyen el punto de partida para proyectar y ejecutar una investigación orientada a lograr ese nuevo enfoque en el proceso de formación profesional de los docentes de Educación General Básica. Desde un proyecto investigativo en marcha se debe contribuir a la solución del problema de investigación, en tanto posibilitará poder disponer de una sistematización teórica de la formación del profesional de la carrera y de su mejoramiento en las condiciones del contexto ecuatoriano. A partir de la operacionalización de la variable “formación del profesional de la EGB en las condiciones de la UNAE”, se elaborarán los instrumentos para el diagnóstico del estado actual de este proceso y, a partir de sus resultados, se propondrá una nueva concepción para el mejoramiento de la formación del profesional en la carrera. These changes are projected from a new approach, as must be of the race, guide and regulate its development in the current conditions of the university, while constitute the starting point for designing and implementing a strategy to achieve research that new focus on the process of training of teachers of basic general education. From a research project underway should contribute to the solution of the research problem, as it will allow to have a theoretical systematization of training professional career and his improvement in the conditions of Ecuadorian context. From the operationalization of the variable "professional training of EGB in the conditions of the UNAE" instruments for the diagnosis of the current state of this process will be developed and, based on their results, a new approach is proposed for improving professional training in the race. <div><p><em>The article analyzes the peculiarities of the format of native advertising in the media space, its pragmatic potential (in particular, on the example of native content in the social network Facebook by the brand of the journalism department of ZNU), highlights the types and trends of native advertising. The following research methods were used to achieve the purpose of intelligence: descriptive (content content, including various examples), comparative (content presentation options) and typological (types, trends of native advertising, in particular, cross-media as an opportunity to submit content in different formats (video, audio, photos, text, infographics, etc.)), content analysis method using Internet services (using Popsters service). And the native code for analytics was the page of the journalism department of Zaporizhzhya National University on the social network Facebook. After all, the brand of the journalism department of Zaporozhye National University in 2019 celebrates its 15th anniversary. The brand vector is its value component and professional training with balanced distribution of theoretical and practical blocks (seven practices), student-centered (democratic interaction and high-level teacher-student dialogue) and integration into Ukrainian and world educational process (participation in grant programs).</em></p></div><p><em>And advertising on social networks is also a kind of native content, which does not appear in special blocks, and is organically inscribed on one page or another and unobtrusively offers, just remembering the product as if «to the word». Popsters service functionality, which evaluates an account (or linked accounts of one person) for 35 parameters, but the main three areas: reach or influence, or how many users evaluate, comment on the recording; true reach – the number of people affected; network score – an assessment of the audience’s response to the impact, or how far the network information diverges (how many share information on this page).</em></p><p><strong><em>Key words:</em></strong><em> nativeness, native advertising, branded content, special project, communication strategy.</em></p>

Статтю присвячено проблемам професійного навчання соціальних працівників, зокрема розглянуто психолого-педагогічні аспекти процесу підготовки висококваліфікованих фахівців. Зазначено що в професійній психології та педагогіці набуває поширення компетентнісний підхід до сучасної освіти. Акцентовано увагу на особистісно-орієнтованому та психолого-акмеологічному напрямках професійної освіти та навчання. Особистісні якості фахівця розглядаються як метапрофесійні компетенції, що забезпечують якість праці майбутнього соціального працівника. На основі аналізу специфіки підготовки фахівців соціономічних професій окреслено загальні напрями формування професійних компетенцій соціальних працівників: пріоритет професійно-особистісного розвитку для досягнення високого рівня професіоналізму фахівця; формування психологічної, особистісної та рефлексивної компетентності; практична зорієнтованість процесу навчання. Розглянуто методи та технології активного формування психологічної та особистісної компетентності фахівця в процесі професійного навчання, а саме методика контекстного (знаково-контекстного) навчання та психолого-акмеологічні методи та процедури професійного розвитку. Стверджується, що включення до навчального процесу інноваційних, заснованих на взаємодії педагога та учня, психолого-педагогічних технологій активного навчання має формувати особистісні зони розвитку майбутніх фахівців, удосконалювати способи та засоби професійного становлення, що значно підвищує якість професійного навчання соціальних працівників. The article deals with the problems of vocational training of social workers. They are particularly considered with psychological and pedagogical aspects of training highly qualified specialists. It specifies that competence-based approach to modern education gets spreading in the professional psychology and pedagogy. The article is accented on personality-oriented and psycho-akmeological directions existing in the psychology of professional education and training. Personal qualities of the professional are considered as metaprofessional competences which ensure the future social worker’s quality of work. The general directions of formation professional competence of social workers are identified on the base of the analyses of the specific professional training socionomic professions: priority of vocational and personality development for achievement a high level of professionalism; formation of the psychological, personal and reflective competence; practical orientation of the learning process. The methods and technologies of active formation of psychological and personality’s competence of the specialist during the vocational training are reviewed in the article, specifically the method and technique of signed-contextual learning and psycho-akmeological methods and procedures of professional development. It is alleged that the inclusion in the educational process of preparation innovational, psychological and pedagogical techniques of active learning, based on the interaction between the teacher and the student, should generated personal’s development zones of the future professionals, refine the methods and means of the professional development that significantly improves the quality of social worker’s professional training.

For effective forming of creative competence in future social work experts, we suggested using the creative approach to organization of educational process in a higher educational establishment, using the potential of different disciplines in the process of professional training. We clarified the main aspects of shaping of creative competence in future social workers in classroom and outside classroom, as well as main forms of the methodology of such training. The use of the mentioned approaches will give an opportunity to shape creative competence in future social workers for work with gifted children.

Globalization, informatization, digitalization, led to large-scale changes that have problematized the modern process of upbringing. The modern practice of upbringing in Kazakhstan is aimed at solving the problem of forming an intellectual nation. The key figure in the upbringing process is the teacher. The modernization of public consciousness taking place in Kazakhstan, the renewal of both the content of education and the system of upbringing require understanding not only the content, but also the methodology of the professional training of teachers for the upbringing of children, for the organization of the upbringing system in educational organizations. We believe that the analysis of traditional and clarification of modern methodological foundations of professional training of future teachers of Kazakhstan for upbringing work will give us the opportunity to develop a strategy for training future teachers in the conditions of spiritual renewal of Kazakhstan's society. The article reveals the experience of Abai KazNPU. As a result of the conducted research, we came to the conclusion that the process of training a teacher in Kazakhstan, who has a high degree of ethnic, cultural, and religious diversity, requires strengthening the upbringing and socializing components of the educational process of the university. The strategy of professional training of a modern teacher should be a polyparadigmatic concept with the leading role of ideas of personality-oriented, competence paradigm.
