Poultry farming is one of the most profitable and highly productive branches of agriculture. However, despite the achievements, there are many unresolved problems remaining in industrial poultry breeding. In particular, violating technological rules of feeding and housing and an amiss environmental state lead to deterioration of the immune system and development of a number of pathologies, which heavily reduces the productivity of this area of agriculture. Based on the above, much attention is focused on the search for drugs that would optimize the metabolism in the bird’s organism, struggle with infectious agents, and increase the productivity of an organism. The study allows to comprehensively examine the properties of plants containing phytobiotic components and the use of modern technologies for producing and standardizing these components, when their experimental and manufacturing approbation lets widely apply plant extracts to animal feeding as dietary supplements of the latest generation based on raw materials of natural origin.

The traditional way of producing sand-lime products is connected with the use of three basic raw materials i.e. quartz sand of natural origin, water and quicklime ground lime. During hydrothermal treatment in an autoclave, chemical reactions take place between the calcium and silicon ions. As a result of these reactions, the products are created that provide advantageous appropriable traits. In order to improve the durability attributes of the discussed products, diabase and barite aggregate was introduced into the raw material mass. In addition, the change in the densification method of the silicate mixture was applied. Layering was replaced instead of traditional pressing. The article describes sand-lime products modified with diabase and barite aggregate in an amount up to 15% by weight. Two methods of thickening the sand-lime mixture were used: pressing and layering. The change of the applied technology significantly influences, among others for water absorption. The best result was obtained using 5% and 10% modifiers. Modification with 5% content of diabase aggregate and 5% content of barite aggregate increases the strength by over 60% in relation to the reference sample. The obtained properties are reflected in the image of the microstructure examined by means of the scanning electron microscope. In the sand- lime products, both traditional and modified with diabase and barite aggregates, the C-S-H phase and tobermorite is present. These phases are characteristic for autoclaved products, although depending on the method of thickening occur in varying degrees and intensities.

Studies are devoted to a method for producing concentrated carrot juice with the aim of introducing candy caramel into the formulations using unconventional raw materials and a source of dye of natural origin. Currently, consumer demand for natural dyes that can be obtained from vegetable juices is growing. Carrot juice is especially rich in carotenoids. The production of carrot juice for commercial purposes involves thermal sterilization and lowering its pH, since its natural pH is approximately 6.0, which exposes the product to a high risk of bacterial contamination. Pressure processing is a new non-thermal technology used to pasteurize food products, and it has been scientifically proven to produce microbiologically safe and stable products with improved quality. It was found that the concentration process (0.08 MPa/45.4?/40min) significantly increases the amount of ?-carotene (50%). compared to freshly squeezed carrot juice. The resulting carrot juice concentrate in a significant amount contains solids on a refractometer of 75.8%, ?-carotene 6558 ?kg / 100 g, and also a slight increase in titratable acidity was noted twice. Formulations of candy caramel with the addition of carrot juice concentrate in the amount of 25, 50 and 75% by weight of water with the exception of the dye included in the control sample were developed. The obtained research results showed that candy caramel with the addition of carrot juice concentrate corresponds to physicochemical parameters in accordance with the requirements of GOST, but differs in tasting evaluation of caramel samples.

The results of assessing the detoxification ability of raw materials of natural origin – propolis, buds and birch leaves (Betula pendula), buds and pine needles (Pinus sylvestris) in relation to lead and cadmium ions in in vitro experiments using the I. method. G. Mokhnacheva. The plant raw materials used in the experiment contain a large number of biologically active substances, including flavonoids (propolis, buds and birch leaves, pine buds), vitamin C (pine needles), which provide a detoxifying effect. Mass concentration of heavy metals was measured by inversion voltammetry on a TA-07 analyzer. It has been shown that raw materials of natural origin have a positive effect on the decrease in the content of lead and cadmium in model solutions. The use of pine needles caused a decrease in the level of lead to 78.4 %, pine buds to 67.4, birch leaves to 62.4, birch buds to 59.4, propolis to 57.6 %. The concentration of cadmium ions in the solution decreased under the influence of pine buds to 25.9 %, birch leaves to 19.3, propolis to 17.7 pine needles to 17.1, birch buds to 14.8 %. It has been established that the most effective lead detoxifiers are propolis, pine buds and needles; cadmium – buds of pine.

The results of determining the components of biofuel obtained from tall oil by transesterification in the presence of methanol are presented. It is shown that the main components of the feedstock and product based on it are natural fatty acids and their derivatives, the total mass fraction of which can be more than 80 %. The composition of the used raw material and the product of its processing — a mixture of FA methyl esters, contains impurities of organic compounds of natural origin, the amount of which ranges from 0,001 to 3 %. It is expedient to determine lipid components with an accuracy of ± 20 % by gas chromatography with flame ionization detection, which establishes the presence of individual FAs in the mixture at a level from 0,1 to 40 %. Analysis of the composition of minor components with a low content from 0,001 to 0,1 % can be carried out by chromatography with a mass-selective detector. It is shown that a lot of organic compounds of natural origin are found in the biofuel product, the list of which includes substituted derivatives of amines, heteroalcohols, alkenes, oxiranes, acetals. The product is obtained from vegetable raw materials and contains residues of biochemical substances of wood origin. The total amount of such compounds with chromatographic mobility up to 10 min, 10…20 min, and more than 20 min in the analysis did not exceed 1,5…2 %. The minimum concentration of some compounds was less than 0,001 % of the total components. The analyzed biodiesel samples obtained from distilled TM did not contain, according to the mass spectrometry data, harmful impurities of bromine, iodine, phosphorus and sulfur-substituted organic compounds. In the work, the conditions for determining the complete pool of minor compounds were selected, and the influence of the composition of analytes on the analysis result was discussed. A conclusion is made about the potential environmental safety of liquid biofuel based on HM due to its component composition, which provides generally safe fuel combustion in engines of technical devices.

We had worked out a method, which for synthesis organic and inorganic hybrid nano-composite by using the new nano stabilizer. We find possibility to solve some problems by using humus substances as the organic stabilizer of a new kind for nano-composites. Humus substances have the diversified molecular structure, which could spent through it one or several nano-composites, which have size corresponding primary globules. It gives the chance to stabilize a water solution and nano-composites, also to control biologically-activity of nano-composites by changing ratio of humus substances and nano-composites. Because of the humus substances are widespread and inexpensive raw materials of a natural origin, it is very good idea, that using the substances for creating brand new silver contained nano-composite materials.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.5564/pmas.v0i1.56 Proceedings of the Mongolian Academy of Sciences 2010 No.1 pp.26-38
