3D modeling has widely been used because of their ease in visualization, understanding and generation of manufacturing drawing sheets compared to 2D drafting. 3D Modeling is the timeconsuming process and many draftsmen does not have the skill to draw a 3D object inside a CAD packages. Internal combustion engine consists of two type of valves inlet valve and exhaust valve. The pair of inlet and exhaust valve is called as poppet valves. Exhaust valve is the mechanical object reputedly required nearly in all internal combustion engines. In this paper we are automate the exhaust valve design by creating graphical user tool using visual basic programming language inside the Microsoft excel spreadsheet. This excel spreadsheet is later integrated to CREO database for automatic 3D valve Modeling. Exhaust valve is the nose of the internal combustion engine to eject the exhaust gases out form the engine at a time of exhaust stroke. It is continuously come under the high temperature and pressure. Steady state thermal analysis has been carried out using FEA. To demonstrate our study, we are considered to design and analysis the exhaust valve for Honda CB Twister 110cc having chamfer angle of 45 degrees. For the 3D modeling we use CREO and ANSYS 18.0 is used for FEA analysis.

The purpose of this research is to make design automation possible by parametric design and design associability in 3D CAD. Applications of the technology in liquid food packaging machinery and its advantages are presented in the paper. For regular shapes such as circles or lines, parameters are used to link the dimensions of relative parts while for irregular shapes such as curves, associability is used to do the job in an assembly. Commercial 3D CAD software and Microsoft Excel software were used for the application. It is proved that same merit applies to designs of other machineries, on reducing design time and design mistake, enhancing consistency and easy documentation, therefore liberating designers from redundant day-to-day routine computer-paperwork to make more innovative contributions to their job. The impact of the design-automation technology on machine design is great.

Products such as modular partition walls of vault rooms (with or without vault doors) are made at the request of the client who chooses the safety degree and provides the available dimensions of the wall that should be made. Modular construction of vault walls is the system of construction of industrially made elements which are composed in situ, which allows design of products adjusted to individual requirements of clients. Since the vault wall modules repeat in every new project and since they differ only by their number and dimensions, the use of modern CA (Computer Aided) tools and the possibility of application of parameter and variant design shorten design time and eliminate possible errors in the process of design of modular vault walls, which reduces the costs of production and increases the level of product quality. The paper presents the procedure for calculation of parameters of parts, modules and the entire vault wall in Microsoft Excel based on which the 3D model of a modular vault wall is automatically configured and developed in software package Autodesk Inventor.
