This essay looks at the real revolution that has taken place since March 2020 in educational activities for Pre-Service Teachers for Students with Special Needs.Starting from only partly tested previously in distance learning, universities have had to quickly redesign lessons, workshops, final tests, and, in some cases, selective testing by moving them online. How much of this unquestionable educational emergency can be transformed into new opportunities? To answer the question, the essay takes the points of view of both the TFA Course’s coordination work supporting a small university and a rather significant number of students (1367 in total). A survey questionnaire expressed some, at times, surprising viewpoints.

The result of study in a modern institution of higher art education is focused on the personal and professional growth of the student through the development of his independence. However, personal development is inseparable from professional. In both the first and the second case, the principle of self-development is the basis. Here the ability of the person to prepare own vital activity for practice-oriented transformation which is a basis of self-realization of the person, its progressive self-development is important. In the course of self-organization there are changes in life, and the ability to develop it affects the formation of readiness to meet the requirements of the time. Here an important part of professional training in higher art education is the formation of motivation in future teachers of music art, because the activity of students is determined by internal reserves, motives, needs, desires, abilities. The technology of time management in the development of professional competencies of future music teachers is aimed at the rational use of strength and health of students, to increase the level of personal self-organization. In terms of technology, the teacher's activities include the following actions: the first stage - the motivation of students and the creation of optimal conditions for a clear distribution of the budget of educational time of self-organization; the second stage - the motivation of future teachers of music to self-diagnose the development of their individual tempo-rhythmic characteristics of self-organization (speed, accuracy, tempo, rhythm of work performed); the third stage - the motivation of future teachers of music to plan educational activities, the ability to determine the sequence of implementation of the planned program of action in the process of self-preparation, as well as the ability to analyze, evaluate and monitor the results of independent work. Time management technology contributes to the design of an intensive path of self-educational activities based on a system of methods and regulators of activity, the algorithm of rational use of time; theoretical prerequisites for this technology were: the law of saving time, the principles of scientific organization of labor, the theory of temporal dynamics of human life, individualized models of educational time (optimal, developmental, functional and pedagogical), activation of cognitive activity (algorithmization of educational activities, programmed learning, time methods) -management), the idea of saving and rational use of time, its subjective organization, issues of work, rest, etc., this technology includes consideration of the scientific component, based on the achievements of pedagogical theory and best practices.

The new era creates new opportunities and poses a number of challenges for education to adapt to the emerging prospects of digital transformation of educational activities. The article provides a brief analysis of domestic and foreign works on the problems of digitalization in education. It is shown that, along with the benefits offered by the digital space, there are many problems of its use in educational activities. The solution of these problems is primarily associated with the training of teachers to use new opportunities for the organization and implementation of distance learning forms, the development of their digital competencies. At the same time, it has been shown that in both foreign and domestic universities, students in their majority prefer contact forms of classes and want a live dialogue with teachers, despite their rather high digital literacy. Therefore, the emerging digital didactics is very important to determine the ratio of traditional and distance learning will be able to provide a comfortable learning environment and a high level of training of future specialists. These and other questions can be answered by digital didactics, which has not yet been developed by scientists and educational practitioners.

The educational process in a modern primary school involves a change in the position of the student: from the object of study they become active subjects of educational activities, which requires the activation of their self-organization. At the same time, the essence and purpose of education is not in the scholastic increase of information, but in the information support of the constant development of an individual. This problem is especially relevant in the context of distance learning in the New Ukrainian School (NUS), so increasingly popular are learning technologies aimed at enhancing the educational and cognitive activities of students and forming their readiness for independent work. Life in modern society requires that an individual develops the qualities of autonomy and organization: independence, initiative, ability to think creatively, etc. These qualities are considered as components of a single process of self-organization of an individual. Synergetic can be interpreted as a methodological basis for educational, prognostic, organizational and didactic-managerial educational activities. We characterize synergetic as an opportunity to solve problems of education in accordance with modern challenges. Despite numerous studies, the problem of implementing a synergetic approach in the formation of skills of self-organization of educational activities of primary school students remains open. The article describes the synergetic approach as a methodological basis of the theory of self-organization of educational activities of junior schoolchildren. The research of scientists in the field of synergetic, namely the transformation of its ideas in pedagogy as a basic idea of the theory of self-organization of educational activities of primary school students, analyzes the key ideas and positions of synergetic through the prism of interpretation of the educational process. The explication of the problem is carried out in the context of the analysis of the pedagogical system of primary school. The study presents the features of the synergetic approach in the first grade school. The essence of the synergetic approach as an interdisciplinary direction of cognition is considered. It is established that the synergetic approach allows to form self-organization of educational activity. It has been studied that the educational process in primary school can also be considered an open system, as it carries out a continuous process of exchange of information (knowledge) between teacher and students (feedback), and constantly changing the content of education according to society as a whole. The content of educational and cognitive activities during the formation of skills of self-organization of primary school students from the point of view of synergetic approach is revealed. The main regularities of the process of teaching junior schoolchildren as an open and complex system and a complex of multicomponent, interdisciplinary and multilevel knowledge are outlined, providing an opportunity to identify the main areas of synergetic ideas in the educational process. It is concluded that the implementation of a synergetic approach to the management and organization of the educational process of primary school will significantly increase its efficiency, make the educational process more flexible and universal.

In the realities of today, when all educational institutions of higher education are switching to a distance education system, it is necessary to find the main pedagogical motivational incentives for students. For a full scientific understanding of modern educational challenges, new, non-standard pedagogical approaches are required, which will help to open up wide opportunities for modeling innovative educational processes in the context of distance learning using new approaches, in particular synergetic, which has traditionally been applied to exact and natural Sciences and is a new self-organizing system.
