One of the conditions for the spread of the Russian language is the education of foreign students in Russian universities. Consequently, the search for new approaches to teaching Russian as a foreign language becomes relevant. Practice has shown that literature is a guide to understanding the characteristics of the Russian language and the development of oral speech. The object of the study is a literary text in the system of teaching the Russian language. The purpose of this work is to search for the effective forms and methods of teaching foreign students the Russian language on the basis of literary text. The results of the study showed that the most effective form of training is the use of educational technologies based on practice-oriented aspects of semiotics. On the material of the Gogol's poem "Dead Souls" the technique of working with literary text is shown.

Russia has a rich experience of cooperation with diff erent countries in the fi eld of culture, science, and education. The strategic goal of foreign policy is to popularize the Russian language. The most urgent problems of studying the Russian language abroad (in China, Turkey, Cyprus, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Belgium, Holland) have been analyzed: the complexity of the educational process, the necessity of logical thinking in the learning process, the essential features of the phonetic system and grammar. The modern approaches of teaching Russian language have been analyzed, including the use of tongue twisters, radio broadcasts, and curatorship of foreign students by native Russian speakers. New educational technologies (including theory of multiple intelligence) have the potential to reduce the negative impact of the identifi ed problematic aspects.

In the article, the authors consider the main features of the introduction of digital innovative methods in educational activities, as well as the significance of their application for teaching foreign students. The transition to a digital society in which information and knowledge are the main social values means radical changes in the educational system. Study of education issues in a digital society has shown a direct relationship between international cooperation and continuous education system, because in the context of the study features of education in the information world the idea of education throughout life, continuing education, needs to obtain a new vector of development. The article highlights the main problems in the development of academic mobility programs for students and solutions, as well as criteria for the effectiveness and profitability of an educational program for international students. The main features of the introduction of digital innovative methods in educational activities are also analyzed. It is noted that modern educational technologies based on artificial intelligence are increasingly being implemented in universities and other higher education institutions, complementing existing educational programs and transforming them into innovative digital ones. The article describes the forms of introduction and use of artificial intelligence and its functions in higher education. The transformation of educational relations is largely associated with the transformation and use of new digital educational technologies. The article describes the traditional and new digital educational technologies.

The article discusses the use of innovative educational technologies in Russian as a foreign language classes in the preparatory course. The described technologies allow teachers of RFL, working with the foreign students studying in the field of intellectual property protection, to organize the educational process more effectively. The relevance of using such technologiesis due to the general integration and information processes taking place in the society, as well as the orientation of the modern educational system to enter the world educational space. Currently, one of the main components in educational activities is educational and creative, which reveal the capabilities of the personality of a foreign student, a future lawyer.

Objective of the article is to identify trends in the field of education in higher education in modern conditions, to characterize the applied methods of using the preparatory department in teaching foreign students. Applied methods : The use of information and communication methods makes it possible to carry out the educational process in a distance format and to carry out the effectiveness of their application. The u-learning concept offers a wide variety of tools and means, thus offering the most appropriate way in the learning process. Results . The effectiveness of educational technologies used in teaching, such as the availability, structuredness of information for the purpose of its determinism and visualization, has been developed. The analysis of progress is carried out on the example of foreign students of the preparatory department in the discipline of Information Technologies. Application of various forms of technology to improve student achievement. Conclusions . The article deals with a complex and controversial problem of the educational process in the context of a general transition to distance learning. The new reality requires awareness of both new conditions and the teaching methods themselves. The use of social networks within the framework of the teacher's choice of forms of education and their adaptation for a specific training course ensures purposefulness, orderliness and efficiency of the educational process.
