The problem of this research was about decrease in dividend policy BUSN Devisa listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which is measured by Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) over the last two years. These factors affecting the dividend policy were liquidity which is measured by Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and profitability which is measured by Return On Equity (ROE). The purposes of this study were describing the liquidity, profitability, dividend policy, the effect liquidity on dividend policy, the effect profitability on dividend policy, and the effect of liquidity and profitability on dividend policy. This research utilised descriptive and verificative, the technique which is used was multiple correlation, and hypothesis testing used t Test (partial significance test) and F Test (simultaneous significance test). The data is gained from secondary data which is from the annual report and summary of performance BUSN Devisa from 2010-2014. The population of this study was 25 BUSN Devisa listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with 4 samples through purposive sampling technique. The result of hypothesis testing in partial showed that liquidity and profitability effected the dividend policy significantly. The result of hypothesis testing showed that the liquidity and profitability effected on dividend policy significant simultaneously.Keywords: Liquidity, Profitability, Dividend Policy

This study aims to determine the effect of growth opportunity and return on equity the capital structure of the automotive sub-sector companies and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2018. The sample used in this study is the automotive sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2018. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method and obtained 8 companies. The data collected is secondary data with the method of documentation through www.idx.com in the form of a company annual report. The analytical tool used for hypothesis testing is SPPS 20. The results of this study are (1) Growth opportunity does not have a significant effect on the company's capital structure. (2) Return on equity has a significant effect on the company's capital structure.

This study aims to analyze the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policy on the value of the company. This research is classified as causative research. The populations in this study are all Manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. The sampling technique in this study is using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 213 samples. The data used is secondary data. The data analysis method used is multiple regression. The results showed that investment decision variables affect the value of the company in a positive direction, funding decisions affect the value of the company in a negative direction, and dividend policy affects the value of the company with a positive direction on Manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. With this research, it is expected that researchers who can further conduct research related to factors that influence the value of the company whose impact is higher than what researchers have met. Dividend policy is one of the most important activities which investors will wait and interpret the action as a positive signal because it indicates the firm performance (a firm which distributes dividend considered has better performance). Dividend policy is a strategical decision since it will impact firm credibility and firm value. This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, growth opportunities, leverage, and size on dividend policy in the automotive industry which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2009 to 2016. The automotive industry is one of Indonesian middle-class standard measurement and it will be the biggest automotive ASEAN market in 2019. We use secondary data and use pooling regression (panel regression) to analyze the result of the study. The result shows that profit margin, return on asset, and size has positive and statistically significant on dividend policy, growth opportunities has the negative effect and statistically significant on dividend policy, while return on equity and leverage do not affect the dividend policy. <p><em>The Objective of this research is to analyze the factors of financial report fraud with pentagon fraud analysis. This research uses six independent variables which is pressure used financial target and financial stability as proxy, opportunity with proxy  ineffective monitoring, rationalization with change in auditor as proxy, capability with proxy of CEO’s education, and arrogance with proxy frequent number of CEO’s picture, while the dependent variable is fraudulent financial statements proxied by restatement of financial statements. </em><em>This research uses secondary data that is financial report and annual report. The sample of this study is 110 samples from financial statements of financial companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2015-2017 period. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling method. The method of analysis in this study uses logistic regression analysis method.</em><em>The results of this research shows that the financial stability variable and ineffective monitoring are significant in detecting fraudulent financial statements. While financial targets variable, auditor’s change variable, CEO’s education variable, and frequent number of CEO’s picture are not significant in detecting fraudulent financial statements.</em></p>

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of partially or simultaneously financial leverage and dividend policy on firm value in manufacturing companies on the Indonesian stock exchange. Data collection uses secondary data using purposive sampling technique. The population in this study is the automotive sub-sector manufacturing companies and components listed on the Indonesia stock exchange during the 2014-2016 period of 15 companies, while the samples taken were the number of observations for 3 years (2014-2016) with the number of companies observing 12 obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that all hypotheses have a significant effect based on the t test and F test. This means that both partially and simultaneously financial leverage and dividend policy have a significant effect on firm value in manufacturing companies on the Indonesian stock exchange.

This study aims to determine the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) and Return on Equity (ROE) on the value of the company or Price to book value (PBV) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of this research is quantitative research. The Data on this research is secondary data derived by collectin from literature and documentation. The sample in this study is 16 companies which listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2012-2017 period. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method. To analyze the data using a panel data regression test with software Eviews 9. The results of the analysis show that a partial debt to equity ratio has a positive and significant impact on firm value (PBV), while dividend payout ratio and return on equity have no significant impact on company value (PBV). The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.9378 or 93.78%. This shows that 93.78% of the company's value (PBV) is influenced by the debt to equity ratio, dividend payout ratio and return on equity. While the remaining 6.22% of the company's value (PBV) is influenced by other factors. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh debt to equity ratio (DER), divident payout ratio (DPR) dan  return on equity (ROE)  terhadap nilai perusahaan (Price to book value) (PBV) di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang berasal dari kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 16 perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2017. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probality sampling. Analisis yang digunakan menggunakan uji regresi panel dengan software eviews 9.  Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukkan dalam analisis menunjukkan debt to equity  ratio secara parsial berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV), sedangkan dividend payout ratio dan return on equity tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV). Koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,9378 atau sebesar 93,78%.  Ini menunjukkakn bahwa 93,78%  nilai perusahaan (PBV) dipengaruhi oleh debt to equity ratio, dividend payout ratio dan.  return on equity.  Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 6,22% nilai perusahaan (PBV) dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain

The purpose of this research is conducted to analyze factors the extent of influence (Liquidity - CR), (Leverage - DER), and (Dividend Policy - DPR) that can occur with (Firm Value - PBV). Manufacturing Industry Company was chosen because of fluctuations in stock prices that surged from the Composite Stock Price Index. The theory used is the signaling theory, trade-off theory, and dividend policy theory. The data used are secondary data with a sample collection method using purposive sampling. Where the research population is used is manufacturing industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2016-2018 observation period a number of 157 companies, with the final sample of this research obtained 34 selected companies that became the sample criteria. Data analysis techniques were performed using descriptive statistics and panel data regression analysis, with the help of the application E-views version 9.0 and Microsoft Excel 2013. The results of the research partially revealed that the variable (Leverage - DER) had an influence on (Firm Value - PBV) while the variable (Liquidity - CR) and (Dividend Policy - DPR) have no influence on Firm Value. And the independent variables affect the dependent variable by 16.64%.

This study aimed to determine the effect of Return on Equity (ROE) and Debt to Total Asset Ratio (DAR) on Firm Value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia’s Stock Exchange 2015-2019, both partially and simultaneously. The research was categorized as an associative research by using. 179 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) as a population. The sample obtained from 63 companies were selected using purposive sampling technique. The data in this study are secondary data obtained through the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) and related company websites then being analyzed with multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression test, and normality test. The results showed that the Return on Equity (ROE) has a positive effect on Firm Value, Debt to Total Asset Ratio (DAR) has no significant effect on firm value, and Return on Equity (ROE) & Debt to Total Asset Ratio (DAR) has affect on firm value.   Keywords: ROE, DAR, Book Value.

<p><em>The purpose of this study is to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of Corporate Growth, Company Size, Capital Structure and Return On Equity Against Dividend Policy. The population of this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2013 until 2015 as many as 131 companies. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique so that resulted 22 company. Data analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The result of the research shows that company growth does not influence Dividend Policy, while Company Size, Capital Structure and Return on Equity influence to dividend policy.</em></p><p>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan dari Pertumbuhan Perusahaan, Ukuran Perusahaan, Struktur Modal dan <em>Return On Equity</em> Terhadap Kebijakan Dividen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2013 sampai tahun 2015 sebanyak 131 perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik <em>purposive sampling</em> sehingga dihasilkan 22 perusahaan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pertumbuhan Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kebijakan Dividen, sedangkan Ukuran Perusahaan, Struktur Modal dan <em>Return on Equity </em>berpengaruh terhadap Kebijakan dividen.</p>
