Research objective: to determine the program content and methodological peculiarities of physical education of primary schoolers with impaired posture during the physical training classes. Research methods: analysis of scientific, methodological and special literature; definition of physical development and physical preparedness (control tests); pedagogical observation; mathematical and statistical data processing. Research results. The primary school age being the period of growth and skeletal development, it is very important to pay particular attention to primary schoolers’ correct posture development, as it directly defines the condition of their physical health. Faults in children’s posture are a condition that we can stop from progressing and correct provided that we take prompt preventive measures. The right use of specially selected complexes of physical exercises, active games and regular workouts at home prove to have improved physical development in children with impaired posture. Secondary school teachers of physical training can qualitatively manage the process of pupils’ physical education in class by carrying out systematic pedagogical control, using the specific program content and accounting for the methodological peculiarities in the physical education of primary schoolers with impaired posture.

The article reveals the influence of physical exercises on the development of morpho-functional indicators of student youth. It was found that in students who regularly exercise, physical development indicators are within normal limits. In addition, exercise improves the psychological state of those who engage, increases motivation for physical education, improves well-being. The modern focus on the creative assimilation of physical culture by the future specialist requires an orderly system of effectiveness on his intellectual, emotional, volitional and practical activities. This allows us to talk about physical education as an important way of forming a personality, citizen and future specialist, purposeful pedagogical process of involving student youth in the values of national physical culture. The purpose of physical education in higher education - the formation of physical culture of personality, creation conditions for general and professional training of students and increase on this basis of intellectual, creative and cultural wealth of the state. Achieving this goal involves the formation of the necessary motivational core of physical education and self-education, systematic physical culture and sports activities and development of physical abilities. It is known that movements are the final expression of almost all processes occurring in the body. Unmet need for muscle activity has negative consequences for the functional state of the body and physical performance. Systematic physical exercises for a long period of time naturally lead to specific changes in the physical development of students. At the same time, the data of physical development studies become especially important when they are associated with indicators of the functional state of the organism, its efficiency and preparedness.

This article examines the impact of physical training on crime among juvenile convicts, namely, how physical activity, a set of physical exercises and much more can affect the behavior of juvenile convicts and, directly, contribute to their correction. Proper physical education of minor children is a powerful factor in preventing and deterring crime. The urgency of the need to involve adolescents in active sports is important in order to develop the values of physical education and improve the form and orientation of the promotion of physical education and sports in order to minimize juvenile delinquency.

Introduction: physical health of a person is a natural state of an organism caused by normal functioning of all its organs and systems. It is an invaluable asset for the entire community.Training sessions in the discipline "Elective courses in physical culture and sports" in high school prepare students for life and contribute to his harmonious physical development. They train the body, make health stronger, improve physical qualities, abilities and skills, thereby, improve physical fitness and sports achievements; create favorable conditions for a long and active life.In addition, they contribute to the education of such necessary moral personality traits as morality, aesthetics, hard work, and also forms intellectual development.All this is necessary for future specialists in their professional work in the field of education, medicine, law, agriculture, military Affairs, etc. Therefore, physical culture and sports is a special complex social phenomenon, which is not limited to the solution of physical development, and implements all kinds of social activities of society, shows its health, cultural importance both in social life and in the system of education, education and recreation.The purpose of the scientific article is to determine the problems of physical education in higher educational institutions, as well as, on the basis of the results of the sociological survey of students of leading universities of Ulan-Ude to determine the attitude to the discipline "Elective courses in physical culture and sports" in high school and to physical culture in general.Materials and methods: the paper uses the main methods used in the pedagogical and social sciences and humanities, first of all, analytical and systematic approaches, a secondary analysis of empirical research data. The study is based on the analysis of literature on the issues of interest to us and sociological survey of students.Results: the article reflects a number of problems that exist in the system of physical education, the causes of negative aspects – hypodynamia, hypokinesia, professional and domestic stress, nervous and physical overload. It is concluded that the influence of physical training and sports have a positive impact on physical fitness, performance, psychological stability and health in General. In addition, it is the prevention of so-called "sedentary diseases" and computer addiction. The attitude of students of higher educational institutions of Ulan-Ude to physical training and sports.Discussion and conclusions: today's society is deeply interested in ensuring that the younger generation is physically developed and healthy. The great influence of physical culture and sports on health, moral and volitional qualities and spiritual world of man is undeniable. Numerous studies and experience of the use of means and methods of physical culture and sports in the process of physical education in universities prove their effectiveness in the formation of students ' physical fitness, spiritual and moral education, contribute to successful socialization and professional self-determination, health, personal safety, which, in the end, contributes to the strengthening of the student, to increase the level of unification of the society to address issues of national security and further stable development of the state.

Background. Theoretical analysis of research papers allowed us to establish that physical preparation of pu-pils in elementary grades as an area of scientific and pedagogical knowledge was not investigated enough. Despite great efforts to cover a lot of questions and undoubted theoretical and practical significance of educational research, it should be noted that the problem of physical education for younger pupils using sports games in the lessons of physical education remains open to theoretical understanding and experimental study. There is a lack of specific studies that reveal the basic trends and ways to optimize the studied phenomenon. Worsening situation in the area of physical training in junior classes and individual indicators of health status in the country encourages looking for scientific solutions of the problem. Research aim was to define the most effective methods of physical education for 8–9-year-old girls, learners of the second and third grades, during physical education lessons including elements of sports games in a comprehensive school.Methods. Research participants were 64 girls from the second and the third grades. They were divided into 4 groups – 3 experimental groups and one control group. During the experiment, group E1 was allotted 75% of the time of the lesson for training technical actions of sports, group E2 – 50% in E3 – 25%, for the development of physi-cal skills – 25, 50 and 75% respectively. The effectiveness of the proposed program was estimated by the changes in the indicators of physical development and general physical fitness.Results and conclusions. Physical development of girls during the school year changed considerably. The most clearly expressed change was noted in the results of the changes in the girls’ body weight, from 20.32 to 23.24% in all groups. No significant differences between the experimental and control groups in terms of physical development were identified. Indicators of general physical fitness for the whole period of the experiment significantly increased in all the groups studied (p < .05–.001). They may be divided into two groups:•  The first group included indicators which were significantly higher in the experimental group E3, where more time was devoted to physical training (running at 30 m, the hand strength) during the physical educa-tion lessons; •  The second group included indicators which were significantly higher in the experimental group E1, where more time was devoted to sports (long jump, making a shot, running 3 x 10 m) during physical education lessons. Thus,  the  lessons  of  physical  education  with  elements  of  sports  promoted  more  intensive  development  of the overall fitness of girls aged 8–9 years compared to those who attended physical education lessons conducted according to the general curriculum.Keywords: girls in the second and the third grades, physical education class, physical development, physical ftness, sports and games.

The article considers philosophers’ and teachers’ scientific views on physical education and its impact on the personality’s all-round development; and formation of physical education as a science. Plato’s, Socrates’s, and Horace’s ideas of the importance of exercise and motor activity in different periods of people’s life have been identified; J. Comenius’s thoughts about the importance of properly selected, dosed physical exercises, their regularity in strengthening the children’s health, about their important function in terms of spiritual and ethical education have been revealed. J. - J. Rousseau’s thoughts on the importance of hardening of the body and senses and the formation of motor skills, moving games and daily walks in physical development; the idea of free upbringing of a comprehensively developed strong, skillful and intelligent personality have been given. J. Locke’s ideas about physical education from the person’s first days of life, about the study of refined manners, ballroom dancing, and other elements of gallantry, which externally distinguish “the noble” from the commoners, have been presented. Georges Demeny's thoughts on the importance of continuity of gymnastic exercises, the use of stretching exercises, relaxation, and movements to music have been revealed. The following ideas have been considered: the contribution to the theory of children’s physical education of such doctors and progressive figures as E. Pokrovskyi and E. Dementiev; Georges Demeny's gymnastic system of physical education with continuous classes, use of stretching exercises, relaxation and movements to music; the close connection of the mental education process with physical exercises of K. Ushynskyi; P. Lesgaft’s theory of physical education, based on the laws of harmony, gradualness and sequence of human development. The four groups of physical exercises and games by P. Lesgaft, and the idea of the folk games educational role have been proposed. The role of a teacher’s word, addressed to the child's mind and including sample mechanical imitation, an inseparable link between mental education and physical exercises, has been stated.

Purpose: to work out and experimentally prove model of professional-applied physical training of medical higher educational establishments’ students. Material: in the research 80 students participated. In questioning physical education instructors of medical higher education establishments (n=20) participated. Results: influence of students’ professionally important characteristics on general physical fitness indicators and functional state has been shown. Directions of students’ physical fitness parameters’ individual diagnostic and control over physical education effectiveness have been offered. Volumes of physical exercises in the structure of training have been found: special training (15-20%) and competition exercises (20-30%). Conclusions: the need in raising the level of professionally important for students’ abilities has been noted: speed power, static power endurance, power endurance, coordination of arms’ movements, static balance.

The article presents the results of a study indicating the positive effect of recreational aerobics and therapeutic physical culture on the development of motor abilities in primary school-age girls with 1-2-degree scoliosis. This study discusses how Pyisical Education Teachers Educator (PETE) adopt Physical Literacy (PL). Knowledge is the foundation of PL to know what to do and when is the right time to do it. The research has a goal, so that PETE understands the definition of PL. This research study contains 3 stages, the first is determining the objectives of the PL, the second is curriculum planning and the third is the learning approach. The method used is a literature review of several opinions about PL in Physical Education (PE). The national PE curriculum is structured and developed to achieve national education goals that are adapted to current conditions and future needs in order to live regularly and actively, through Physical Activity (PA). For this reason, efforts should be made to create a healthy lifestyle and maintain physical fitness (PF). PL is a potential that can be optimally developed for children from an early age. The role of PE is very important in the formation of PL in children, where cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects are in the goal of PE which can provide motivation, confidence and enthusiasm to continue doing PA.

The aim of the following work was to study the hemodynamics in symmetric main arteries (MA) and its changes in elderly patients with arterial hypertension (AH) under the complex treatment involving physical training (PT).Materials and methods. The study included 122 hypertensive patients aged 60-90 years (76,8 ± 1,3 years). Common carotid (CCA), femoral (FA) and the shoulder (SA) arteries with the definition of velocity and volumetric hemodynamic parameters in them were examined using complex dopplerography.Results. In elder hypertensive patients the MA were increased in comparison with healthy intima-media and the diameter of the arteries at lower speed and volume of blood flow indices mainly in the CCA. Drug treatment of several patients improved these figures only in the FA and SA. PT, when included in the medical complex of elderly patients with hypertension proved to have positively influenced the hemodynamics not only in the FA and SA, but in the CCA as well.Conclusion. Complex treatment of elderly hypertensive patients using PT improves blood circulation of the limbs and brain, increasing the oxygen supply of the latter.
