The research was focused on operational measurements of tractor plough tools and their subsequent utilisation and simulation under laboratory conditions by a hydrostatic simulator. In this field, theoretical and experimental works were focused on tractors, whereby the proposal of laboratory test arose out of the loading characteristics of the three-point linkage of the tractor. These characteristics were obtained from the agricultural tractor’s operation in plough aggregation. Measurements were performed with the following tools: tractor with carrier-mounted four-mouldboard plough PH1-435 and tractor with Kuhn plough manufactured by. The subject of these measurements was to obtain the time courses of forces and pressures in the hydraulic system of the three-point linkage during ploughing with carrier-mounted and semi-mounted ploughs. For objective comparison of the obtained results during experimental measurements, we determined the characteristics of measurement conditions focused on physical and mechanical properties of the soil – bulk density, moisture, penetrometer resistance and slide strength of the soil.

The results of theoretical and experimental works devoted to the determination of the physical and mechanical properties of water–saturated soil are analyzed. On the basis of a comprehensive analysis, conclusions are formulated, and a method is proposed for determining the Young’s modulus and Poisson’s ratio for water-saturated soil, depending on humidity (degree of saturation) and porosity. Tables of data on the physical and mechanical properties of water–saturated soil are proposed. The study established the places of formation of local stress concentrations along the inclined layer. The values of dangerous stress concentrations found in various areas of the mountain slope that are vulnerable to collapse are shown in the tables.

The goal of the measurement of the tractor ZTS 164 45 equipped with digital electrohydraulical control EHR-D BOSCH during ploughing with ploughs KUHN (4 bottoms) and 5 PHX 35 (5 bottoms) was to obtain time dependent states of pressure in the hydraulic system of the three point hitch of tractor. From the point of view of comparison of obtained results testing conditions were determinated with respect to physical and mechanical properties of soil such as soil volume mass, soil humidity, penetration resistance and shear resistance of soil. Beyond these measurements also measurements of operation parameters as a&nbsp;ploughing depth, ploughing width, working speed and fuel consumption were accomplished. The measured results of physical and mechanical properties of soil show big content of loam elements and stones in the soil. Simultaneously the measured results of the operation parameters of the ploughing sets confirmed that the ploughs KUHN and 5 PHX 35 are suitable for tractor ZTS 164 45. Based on the measured results there is a possibility to infer following conclusions: Control system of the three point hitch offers a reliable function. Hydraulic circuit is equipped by an improper distributor which causes pressure peaks which are corres-<br />ponding with safety valve adjustment. Hydraulic circuit has a&nbsp;low conductive resistance. Loading of tractor body is higher when using mounted plough than with semi mounted plough.

Thermoplastic and soluble in organic solvents polyetherimide is of great interest for the creation of heat-resistant composite materials with high physical and mechanical properties. In recent decades, the main scientific approaches to the synthesis of polyimides with the ability to process from melt and solutions in organic solvents have been developed. According to this methodology, the glass transition temperature of rigid-chain polyimides is reduced by increasing the flexibility of the main polymer chain and/or by reducing the intermolecular interaction. Evolution of fine organic synthesis is one of the priority directions of development of chemical technology. Chemistry of high-molecular compounds is the subject of research by various domestic and foreign scientists. This interest is due to the prospects for the use of materials for industrial purposes. The polyetherimide contains various aromatic, heterocyclic and cycloaliphatic groups and systems in its chain. This article describes the main approaches to the creation of polymers with improved, compared with polyimides, technological properties and prospects for their application in the production of filled composite materials based on them. The paper presents the properties of the materials under consideration as a justification for the creation of heat-resistant composite materials.

This contribution is oriented on the field of dynamic loading analysis of three-point hitch of tractor hydraulic pump. The hydraulic pump is placed in circuit of three-point hitch of the tractor ZTS 160 45. Obtained data from operation experiments will be applied for simulation of dynamic loading of the tested hydraulic pump. The measurements were realized during position control with ploughing sets: tractor ZTS 160 45 + plough 5-PN-30 and tractor ZTS 160 45 + plough 7-PHX-35. During the test physical and mechanical properties of soil and operating parameters of ploughing sets were investigated. Pressures of hydraulic system were in range from 3.2 to 7 MPa at aggregation with plough 5-PN-30 and hydraulic pump was loaded. Pressures of hydraulic system during ploughing with ploughing set tractor ZTS 160 45 + plough 7-PHX-35 were in range from 1.8 to 14 MPa and two times hydraulic pump was unloading in time 2 seconds.

The subject matter of the research: fine-dispersed mineral ad-ditives based on raw materials and industrial wastes for the production of self-compacting concrete with prescribed high physical and mechanical characteristics, the use of which will be economically more justified by re-ducing energy consumption, evaluating their contact with superplasticizers. The aim: the analysis of mineral additives based on local raw materials and industrial wastes combined with a superplasticizer for the production of self-compacting concrete with high physical and mechanical properties. Materials and methods: scanning electron microscope JEOL JSM-6490 LV, X-ray fluorescence spectrometer for elemental analysis ARL OPTIM, X, ThermoTehno, Switzerland; gas analyzer Gank 4. The parameters to study are as follows: sedimentative and chemical composition of mineral additives, molding properties of a concrete mixture, mechanical properties of concrete. The result: mineral additives with the use of local raw materials and in-dustrial wastes have been analyzed, optimal costs have been selected for the optimal hydration reaction behavior and the formation of a denser structure of self-compacting concrete. Conclusions: studies of finely dispersed mineral additives in combination with a superplasticizer have been carried out in order to obtain self-compacting concrete with specified high physical and mechanical proper-ties.

The subject of this paper was a research of physical and mechanical properties of LVL composed of peeled poplar veneers in core layers and only outer layers of beech peeled veneers, so as the examination of window frame glue joint strength produced of this material. LVL boards have been hot pressed in industrial conditions, using appropriate phenol formaldehyde (PP) adhesive. Samples for corner window frame glue joint strength testing were glued with PVAc D4 class adhesive. Statistical analysis showed that there were significant differences both in moisture content and density of LVL boards regarding their thickness, while in the case of hardness this difference did not exist. Examinations of LVL glue line shear strength showed that both phenol formaldehyde (PP) and PVAc D4 class adhesives fulfilled standard requirements. The results of corner window frame double tenon glue joint strength produced from combined poplar-beech veneer LVL indicated that such material could be used to produce window frame corner joint, strong enough to withstand the additional load, without an increase of the cross section.

This paper reports the experimental works performed to improve the properties of recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) by using different acid molarities at low concentration as agent for surface treatment. The effects of using RCA after treatment on the improvement in the strength of concrete were evaluated and compared. The findings reveal that this treatment can enhance the physical and mechanical properties of RCA. Moreover, treated RCA particles can significantly promote surface contact between the new cement paste and the aggregate, thereby improving the strength of concrete.

Crushed brick (CB) used in high strength concrete as partial replacement of cement is the subject of this paper. It is a waste material and so its exploitation is needed to be found. Concrete industry can be proper area as CB is a fine material and is pozzolanic active. Basic physical properties and mechanical properties were investigated. Open porosity and bulk density achieved the best values when 30% of cement was replaced by CB. Matrix density decreased with rising addition ratio. The values of compressive strength was the highest for 30% replacement level and with 60% addition ratio were not lower than for the reference mixture. The conclusion is, that according to studied parameters 30% of cement substituted by CB is the most profitable addition ratio.
