The primary purpose of the study was to consolidate Google APIs to improve project management. The applications used for the development were Google Docs, Google Calendar, and Google Talk. The GDocs4Ruby was used to interact with the Google documents API and to store everything in the Google server. The researchers used classes that were included in the GDocs4Ruby library and the GCal4Ruby was used to interact with the Google Calendar API. GData4Ruby was applied to interact with any Google APIs based on the GDATA protocol. Through GData4Ruby, the researchers had the ability to authenticate with Google and had an access rule class for managing user through Google Access Control List (ACL) feeds. Constructive research method was applied. Interviews and survey were utilized to facilitate the data gathering and evaluation of the study. It was found that six out of seven or 85.71% of the testers were able to achieve the functionalities mentioned during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) conducted to experts in project management.

The goal of these researchers is to figure out (1) characteristics of the emotional intelligence of teenagers in RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung; (2) foster parents guidance pattern in fostering emotional intelligence RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung in adolescents; (3) results foster parents guidance pattern in fostering emotional intelligence RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung in teens. This research used the qualitative approach with descriptive research method, the selection of subjects and informants by means of random and data gathering techniques through observation, interview and documentation against six people and three foster care parents foster care. The research results obtained by researchers concluded that child before obtaining care of foster parents in RPSAA has the characteristic of low emotional intelligence. Parenting patterns are applied in the RPSAA to foster care parenting is democratic. While parenting results in fostering emotional intelligence RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung teenager in concluding that foster care teens have had a pretty good emotional intelligence, that is visible from how they are able to control all the feelings on him, even though there are teenagers who do not yet fully meet aspects of emotional intelligence.

The aim of this paper is to establish an international framework for sustainable project management in engineering, to make up the lack of research in this field, and to propose a scientific theoretical basis for the establishment of a new project management system. The article adopts literature review, mathematical programming algorithm and case study as the research method. The literature review applied the visual clustering research method and analyzed the results of 21-year research in this field. As a result, the project management system was found to have defects and deficiencies. A mathematical model was established to analyze the composition and elements of the optimized international project management system. The case study research selected large bridges for analysis and verified the superiority and practicability of the theoretical system. Thus, the goal of sustainable development of bridges was achieved. The value of this re-search lies in establishing a comprehensive international project management system model; truly integrating sustainable development with project management; providing new research frames and management models to promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.

This study examines the extent to what the program implemented in educators' instructional process. A survey research method of mixed approach was employed by which observation, questionnaire and interview were used as data gathering tools. As a result, the overall extent to which the programme is being applied in the educators' instructional process was found to be not satisfactory due to session planning and action research that seen as not being practiced at all in the colleges. Besides, most limitations identified during observation overlap with that of our pre-service teachers diagnosed during independent teaching practice. As influential factors, three potential challenges were found and discussed in line with the desired recommendations.

The legislature as First Estate of the realm represents citizens and sovereignty. It makes the law, serve as checks on the activities of the executive (oversight) and represent the citizens in constituencies. The responsibility of the Parliaments is to guarantee that accountability and transparency of government activities are maintained in order to curb misuse of public funds, corruption, while effecting good practices. It also scrutinizes the nominees for top government positions by the executive arm while it ensures that the requests sent by the executive are properly examined in order to avoid inefficiency and non-performance. However, the paper relying on secondary research method and data gathering discover that limited political will by legislators, inadequate funds, deteriorating infrastructural facilities, pressure from the Executive, predominance of inexperience legislators in the art of lawmaking and the tendency to place a higher premium of personal and pecuniary interests at the expense of public interests are antithetical to the effective legislative power of summons and appointment ratification in the National Assembly. Therefore, the paper recommended that there is a need for legislators to shun mediocrity and rise above pecuniary, sectional and party interests in favour of the protection of democracy and its practices.
