Indians are celebrating more number of festivals than any other country. In festival celebrations, flowers are used as a prime element. Without flowers we will not celebrate even single festival. Most popular flowers in south India is Nerium oleander, jasmine, rose, etc. These flowers are demanded high among the flowers due to its fragrance. Another added advantage is its less cost. Though it has many advantages, certain drawbacks limit the business. One major problem is plucking flower at the right time. It is very difficult task because the workers must pluck the flowers before its blossom. So, they have to pluck early morning around 4’o clock under weak light condition. At weak light condition workers may not able to identify the insects and snakes. Because of this workers efficiency is reduced as well as some of them died. To overcome this problem, we proposed a device for plucking and packing of flower buds. The proposed device can able to move forward, backward and rotate. Camera with light is used to capture the image of the flower bud. Image processing technique is used to match the image of the bud. Robot arm is used to pluck the bud. Container is used to pack the buds. The proposed device is a waterproof device.

Increasing the responsivity is one of the important issues for a photodetector. In this paper, we demonstrate an improved NMOSFET photodetector by using deep-n-well (DNW) structure which can improve the responsivity of the photodetector significantly. The experimental results show that the responsivity can be enhanced greatly by the DNW structure and is much larger than the previous work when DNW is biased with 0.5 V, while the dark current exhibits almost no increase. Further characterization indicates that the diode formed by the bulk and DNW can efficiently absorb photons and has a large gain factor of the photocurrent especially under low light condition, which gives a more promising application for the detector to detect the weak light.

Abstract This research indicated that one cave fish species of Oreonectes jiarongensis can recover the transparent to black under the light condition, this species belongs to the Oreonectes, Nemacheilinae, and distributes in Libo County, Guizhou Province, China. The changing process time was 14 days. This is the first time that suggests the cave vertebrates which lived in the dark environment not longer time could change the body color in the light environment, and has a new adaptive strategy for the darkness condition. The result may indicate that this species entrance the underground river not so long time, and the genes not mutation, which control the melanin express, it still has the physiological regulation mechanism under the light condition.

Acid phosphatases are widely distributed in different tisssues of various plants. Studies on subcellular localization of acid phosphatases show they might be present in cell wall, plasma lemma, mitochondria, plastid, vacuole and nucleus. However, their localization in rice cell varies with developmental stages of cells and plant tissues. In present study, acid phosphatases occurring in root cap are examined.Sliced root tips of ten-day-old rice(Oryza sativa) seedlings were fixed in 0.1M cacodylate buffer containing 2.5% glutaraldehyde for 2h, washed overnight in same buffer solution, incubated in Gomori's solution at 37° C for 90min, post-fixed in OsO4, dehydrated in ethanol series and finally embeded in Spurr's resin. Sections were doubly stained with uranyl acetate and lead citrate, and observed under Hitachi H-600 at 75 KV.
