The article is devoted to the results of an actual study, the purpose of which was to develop and implement design solutions for adaptively supporting configurations of the “1C: Enterprise 8.3” platform for subsequent practical application in the development of typical configurations for solving applied problems of small and medium-sized enterprises. The relevance of the study is determined by several positions. Firstly, the introduction of information technologies in the most important sectors of the economy helps to increase labor productivity, improve the overall investment climate in Russia, and helps to reduce the dependence of the country’s economy on commodity exports. Secondly, the low degree of realization of the potential of boxed solutions is due to the fact that many enterprises relate to the implementation and subsequent maintenance of such solutions as technical projects, not taking into account their business component. Thirdly, in some cases, when purchasing a replicated solution, it needs to be adapted to business requirements and the new IT infrastructure. Adaptation is carried out at the implementation stage or at the stage of supporting the implemented solution. However, the success of such work depends not only on the implementation and support specialists, but also on the availability of descriptions of specific rules, actions, and work that must be performed. At the same time, a lack of logically structured recommendations on their adaptation after acquisition and implementation is noticeable. The study took place in two stages. At the theoretical and methodological stage, a study of the subject area was carried out. The use of structural and object-oriented analysis and design tools made it possible to analyze the business processes of transferring data from the existing BOSS-Kadrovik automated system (AS) to 1C: ZUP, as well as the process of writing off material balances from account 10 to “1C: Accounting 3.0”, identify problem areas (analysis of IDEF0 functional models) and formulate the image and boundaries of the project (requirements model in the form of a use case diagram – Use Case). Selected adaptive support options were determined in accordance with the support rules recommended by 1C when implementing standard implementation technology. For the “1C: Salary and Enterprise Management 3.1” configuration, it was decided to develop a configuration extension, for adapting the “1C: Accounting 3.0” configuration, the creation of external processing. The design phase of work on the topic of this study involved the development of design solutions for the adaptation of the indicated configurations. At the same time, data models were developed at the logical and physical levels, the requirements for information support in the form of database directories were formulated. In addition, the dynamic component of the solutions being developed was examined, namely, the transitions of some objects from one state to another when fulfilling the selected precedents and the results of the state change. For these purposes, a special type of UML diagram technique was used – activity diagrams. Implementation of design solutions for adaptive configuration support was carried out on the 1C: Enterprise 8.3 platform. Testing the implemented solutions yielded positive results. In addition, the cost of adaptive support was calculated. In the calculation, the time norms for the configuration stage proposed by 1C were taken into account.

Today's modern supply chain represents a complex and real-time, organization, resource, activity, information, and data source that is involved in the distribution of products and services ranging from upstream to downstream of the supply chain. In the past 4.0 supply chain technology was not just a linear business function, but as the center of the main process of ecosystems that are in a blind spot chained by value. With information as a foundation in the decision-making process so that information can create integrated and efficiently coordinated supply chains. So that it can show continuity from planning to production, inventory, quality, and price control in each chain. An inefficient distribution that results in mistrust among stakeholders, because it has an impact on the decline and loss of value chain in quality and quantity. Integrity problems from the data collected were found in this study. These findings include the identification of various stakeholders, including farmers, importers to customers, and regulators, as well as their needs, which will be described through the use case, and BPMN. The results obtained are that the main actors (stakeholders) of the system are divided into farmers, importers, processing factories, headquarters, hauling services, and markets (customers) in the distribution of product information flow systems. Suggests tracking and tracing based on real-time data flow of product information coming from each actor in the sugar supply chain that is equipped with an accurate data distribution information support system.

"Product lifecycle" is a comprehensive indicator of the entire product lifecycle. Today, there is a need to solve the problem of improving the efficiency of equipment development at the design stage, which determines the main technical characteristics, manufacturability, ease of operation and repair. Also, due to the wide range of used modern and technological computer-aided design systems and other information technologies, the process of developing a new product is significantly simplified. Mathematical modeling followed by digital 3D visualization allows optimizing most of the design solutions, technical and economic indicators, and operating modes based on multivariate calculations and simulations that constitute the essence of a computer experiment, which repeatedly speeds up and reduces the cost of creating new, innovative, competitive equipment. Intense competition in the market forces manufacturers not only to look for new design solutions, but also to optimize the existing life cycle of equipment, thus the relevance of this work is due to the improvement of the design stage in the life cycle of the machine, through the use of a new concept of information support using CAD SolidWorks.

The article clarifies the purpose and objectives of information support for agricultural enterprises, highlights its features and examines its condition. It is established that: mostly managers and specialists are aware of the need for information support of production and business processes, the existence of a direct link between the volume of production of the enterprise and the level of its digitalization. It is noted that most companies use electronic document management technologies, the availability of their own sites, which are almost never used for advertising, partner search and expanding the customer base for the sale of agricultural products. This state of information support for agricultural enterprises causes: constant duplication of information and information flows; the difficulty of quickly finding the necessary information in a timely manner; loss of important information due to lack of automated system control; irrationality of the use of information, which leads to increased material, human and financial costs; growth of labor costs for search, processing, storage of necessary information; impossibility of conducting automated analytical analysis and static reporting. It is substantiated that for improvement of information support in agricultural enterprises and increase of productivity of personnel and convenience of their work in the uniform information architectural environment, it is expedient to carry out modeling and forecasting of business processes with specification of information inquiries, to analyze existence of failures and delays of information flows. and interdependence with other information blocks, develop scenarios for timely and reliable information support for the implementation of all business processes. Improved information support in agricultural enterprises on the basis of a single integrated information architectural environment with a structural delimitation of telecommunications access will provide a range of competitive advantages.
