The main problems connected with modelling of complex technological systems of greenhouse production are considered. The methodological approaches used at present on the basis of classical comparative analysis with subsequent heuristic conclusions are analysed. Based on the study of this issue, it was concluded that the development and implementation of innovative technologies that affect the individual subsystems of the greenhouse complex do not provide the optimal solution to improve the energy efficiency of the system as a whole. There is a need to create a new synergistic technological paradigm for abandoning costly full-scale models and developing models with a high level of adequacy of real technological processes.

In particular, teachers project educational programs, pedagogical technologies, including educational, upbringing, development subsystems. Thus, the preparation of teachers for design activities becomes relevant, and this in turn determines the understanding of the productive application of projecting logic, the formation of technologies for such activities. Project activity is multifaceted and multifunctional, as it allows to form both engineering skills and abilities, as well as psychological and pedagogical. The psychological basis of didactic projecting is the readiness of the individual to constantly improve their competence, mobility of professional functions. New Ukrainian and world realities set new tasks for the higher educational establishments, which are related to the search for new, modern methods that allow to increase the effectiveness of training. Currently, topical are the issues of not only professional but also the personal development of the student forming the priority in the implementation of educational activities in universities, preparation for future professional activities, as well as for successful interaction in society. The concept of «individual social competence» is an important factor in creating a system of educational process which takes into account aspects of professional development, and at the same time the peculiarities of the formation of the student personality. The author analyses the concept of «competence», considers the key competences for lifelong learning, identified by the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union, including social competence, studies the scientific achievements of Ukrainian and foreign scientists, including G. Gedviliene, H. S. Han, K. M. Kemple, U.P. Kanning, M. Horenburg, G.W. Ladd, H. K. Ma, K. Monahan, M. Monnier, O.V. Varetska, N.I. Hlebova, D.V. Hubareva, O.I. Hura, M.O. Doktorovych, I.B. Zarubinska, O.O. Subina, V.M. Shakhrai. They explored different aspects of social competence of different age categories. The author concludes that, despite different interpretations, all scientists agree that social competence is an acquired skill, it can be formed and developed throughout life. It was also determined that the developed social competence determines the status of the individual in society, it affects the success in professional activities. The high level of social competence allows a person not only to be realized in professional activities, but also to influence the processes in society, which in turn determines its stability. The author’s definition of the concept of «individual social competence» is given in the paper; the author concludes that social competence is an integrated ability that contains other competencies: spiritual, civic, communicative, linguistic; the concept of social competence is closely related to professional competence, without the successful interaction of the individual with society it is impossible to acquire the skills and abilities inherent in a qualified specialist. Thus, an important task for modern higher education is the formation and development of social competence of students, which is the key to successful implementation of the future specialist in professional activities. The educational process should be aimed at forming a system of knowledge about interaction in society, understanding the system of social values, ability to cooperate in society, the ability to communicate constructively, because only a socially competent person can.

The relevance of the research topic is determined by the current state of higher education, which leads to the need to take a fresh look at the problems of training specialists, the formation of the intellectual and creative potential of the individual, as well as the problem of the formation of psychological readiness for professional activity. The study was carried out at The Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia (N = 113), using the following methods: “Self-assessment of readiness for professional activity”, R. Cattell's 16-factor personality questionnaire (Sixteen Personaflity Factor Questionnaire, 16PF); Methodology for diagnosing value orientations in a career "Anchors of a Career" (E. Shein, translation and adaptation by V.A. Chiker, V.E. Vinokurov); Methodology for the diagnosis of socio-psychological attitudes of the individual in the motivational-need-sphere O.F. Potemkina. The study used the methods of mathematical statistics: comparative (t - Student's test) and factor analysis (principal component method). The processing of the research results was carried out using the statistical package SPSS 12.0. It was revealed that in the group of students working in the specialty, the actual level of development of psychological readiness for professional activity was 30%, potential – 65%, elementary – 5%. In the group of students not working in the specialty, the current level of readiness development was 20%, potential – 50% and elementary level – 30%. Reliably significant differences were revealed in terms of the following indicators: "C – emotional stability" (t = 3.649; p <0.001), "E – dominance" (t = 3.827; p <0.001) and "O – anxiety" (t = -7.672; p <0.001); “Professional competence” (t = 4.009; p <0.001), “Management” (t = 3.019; p <0.01), “Autonomy” (t = 3.889; p <0.001), “Service” (t = 3.674; p <0.01); “Result orientation” (t = 5.740; p <0.001), “Altruism orientation” (t = 3.220; p <0.01), “Work orientation” (t = 4.216; p <0.001). Relevance and statement of a problem. Now processes of socialization of younger generation undergo profound changes. They are characterized by transformation of space-time characteristics – narrowing of the field purposeful, expansion of processes of spontaneous socialization. At the same time the methodological approaches and methods of a research aimed at the analysis of the static phenomena applied in pedagogics become insufficient for a research of chaotic processes. There is a need for search of methodology and methods of a research within which the analysis of processes of spontaneous socialization of modern children and teenagers is possible. Research search shows that the solution of this task is possible on the basis of nonclassical methodological approach. Research objective: identification of opportunities of nonclassical methodology for a research of processes of spontaneous socialization of the modern child. Research problems: representation of the methods in logic of nonclassical methodology aimed at the analysis of these processes. Object and subject of research: the situation of development of the child which is characterized by experiences concerning the relations and readiness for an exception of social interaction in various spheres of activity and immersion in the Internet environment. Subject domain of a research: complex of the relations which are the cornerstone of purposeful and spontaneous socialization of the teenager. Research methodology - nonclassical (anthropological) approach. Research materials. In the course of work on a problem the research methods based mainly on the individual and communicative practicians aimed at the analysis of experiences and communication of the child were developed.
