In this article, the organizational and economic mechanism of security management is part of the overall system of the economy as a whole with its peculiarities. It is established that the purpose of organizational and economic mechanism of management of natural, anthropogenic and ecological safety is to harmonize economic and environmental interests of social production: vertical - state, regional, local, horizontal - territorial, departmental, at the level of relations between enterprises, etc., as well as establishing an effective security assurance procedure. The objective of the organizational and economic management mechanism is to strengthen and enhance the natural, anthropogenic and ecological security of the country, under the following conditions: to function within the current legal framework; to provide reliable protection of national and regional interests in the field of guaranteeing natural anthropogenic and ecological security; create conditions for forecasting and timely prevention of threats and adverse processes of security compliance; be effective in both normal and emergency situations; be determined by a clear structure and functional separation of the authorities. It is confirmed that the organizational and economic mechanism of environmental safety is based on the following principles: scientific validity, economic responsibility, complexity, economic calculation, payment for the use of natural resources. The structure of the economic mechanism of nature management and nature conservation activity is developed. The classification of economic instruments for guaranteeing environmental safety has been formed. The modern organizational and economic mechanism of ecological safety has been developed, which provides the process of functioning of ecological safety and is supported by the legal, organizational, technical, socio-cultural and informational components. It is proved that the economic component of the organizational and economic mechanism determines the preconditions for the functioning of financial and economic relations between the participants of the process of guaranteeing environmental safety. The effectiveness of the economic subsystem is ensured by close interaction and interaction with the organizational, through the institutionalization of the components of the system and mechanisms of their organizational interaction: subordination, powers, rights, responsibilities, regularity and forms of organizational relations.

The article is devoted to the development of the methodology of rational management of the economics of environmental management. The importance of this study stems from the need to establish principles and strategies for sound economic management to promote economic development, sustainable resource use, reduce environmental problems and support human livelihoods. This article highlights the latest developments in the field of economic development management strategies for environmental management. Regulatory forecasts are proposed to rationalize management in accordance with the strategic goals and the achievement of established measures for the development of the environmental economy, which allows to ensure the country's competitiveness. Theoretical approaches and practical recommendations for the formation of the structure of rational management of the economy of natural resource use have been developed. The article reflects the current research results in the field of development of the methodology of rational management of the economics of environmental management. The features of environmental management are revealed and their assessment is proposed, where the functional purpose of rationalization, the purpose and the direction of the results are highlighted as classification signs. The practical experience of the level of achievement of planned values of indicators of environmental state subprograms in the Russian Federation is analyzed. The advantages of rational management of nature management economics are shown. The key elements of this article can be used as theories and strategies for justifying, selecting and implementing economic and economic projects, integrating environmental protection measures, mitigating environmental impacts, mitigating the effects of climate change and managing climate change. The conclusions drawn are based on an assessment of good or bad governance and technical judgment.

Objective: to investigate the problem of greening economic relations in the management of economic processes to determine the essential content of this category, to outline the main problems and identify existing obstacles to its greening of economic relations in the management of economic processes, as well as to try to develop an economic management mechanism. on the financial interests of the participants involved in the processes related to the use of natural resources. Method. The research led to the use of methods of scientific knowledge: formal logic, analysis and synthesis, systems approach, theoretical generalization, causation, scientific assumption, comparison, expert research methods. Results. The study showed that in defining the essence of the category of "greening" in scientific circles has not yet formed a single approach; scientists hold different views on this. It is established that quite a few of them understand the issues of integration of ecological and economic aspects of greening. The article defends the position on the need for such an integration combination. The interaction and relationships of participants in the process of greening, which the authors include society as a whole, the state and enterprises that use natural resources in their economic activities. The inclusion of economic incentives in the mechanism of environmental management, which is based on the economic interests of these entities, is justified. The main legislative acts regulating economic relations in the management system of economic processes taking into account the requirements of environmental nature are analyzed, a comparative analysis of the main provisions and identified imperfections of institutional tools for greening economic relations in the management system of economic processes in Ukraine. The author's definition of the concept of "greening" as a complex phenomenon formed on the basis of a combination of systems of processes and measures for the effective from the standpoint of economic and environmental criteria for the use of natural resources. The order of combination of economic interests in the system of greening of management of economic processes is specified. Scientific novelty. The essence of greening is defined as a system of processes and measures for the management and use of natural resources that meet the criteria of efficiency and savings, requirements for reducing the destructive impact on society and the environment, and are based on economic interests of all economic actors participation in the implementation of these processes and measures. The interaction of these economic entities is studied and the necessity of reforming the fiscal levers of influence on the users of natural resources is substantiated. Practical significance. The study proved the need to clarify the content of economic relations in management processes and increase the environmental and economic efficiency of the interests of business entities in modern conditions. The presented scheme creates preconditions for development of the effective mechanism of restoration of natural resource potential and increase of efficiency of managing. The urgency of improving teachers’ competences is behind the reason of teachers forum and workshop in education. However, every program should be evaluated to find out whether the program has reached its goal. This study puts its purpose on first, seeing whether the programs subject teacher working group increasing the competence of teachers in SMKN 2 Toraja Utara, especially in professional competence. The second is to give informations that contribute to programs improvement. The evaluation model that is used is contex, input, procces and product (CIPP)  model which evaluate a program in four aspects: context, input, process and product. Data were collected through observation, questionnaire, interview, school document and program documents. The finding is the programs (teacher forum and workshop) categorized satisfactory and still need improvement in rules, materials, learning strategy, time, facilities and teachers motivation should be improved.

Influence of Lignosilicon – plant growth and development activator, synthesized by IWC on the basis of wood chemical processing waste, and "Azotobakterin" bacterial products commercially produced by Bioefekts Ltd, on oats quality and harwest were tested in field conditions. Products were added to oat seeds into the box of seeding – machine before sowing. Three variants (each field of 1 ha) with different dosages of products applied were used: 10 and 40 kg/ha of lignosilicon and 400 g/ha of azotobacterin. It was shown that on the background of all products tested the harvest of oat increased significantly, vegetation time shortened, plant resistance to diseases increased, grain quality improved; most of all this indices changed positively on the background of lignosilicon (dosage of 40 kg/ha). The results obtained have demonstrated that lignosilicon and azotobacterin has good prospects for biological agriculture.

Purpose. To determine the main directions of research, based on the analysis of the UA scientists’ works devoted to the study of problems of industrial nature management, features of the development and functioning of various industries within the territory of the Lviv region. Results. Today, the transformation of the system of nature management goes beyond economic transformations and cannot ignore the previously described theories. Various issues of industrial nature use, its geospatial features in the region and the ecological problems caused by its development as well as features of their development and functioning within the territory of region allow to define the following basic directions of these researches: aspects of certain industries development, environmental and economic problems of industrial development. Conclusions. The powerful potential of nature management in the Lviv region can ensure the effectiveness of the transformations carried out in the region with a combination among economic, social and humanitarian spheres. The urgent tasks of the further development are as follows: to create an effective qualitatively advanced structure of the economy of the high-tech industrial complex of the developed social infrastructure as well as to improve the ecological situation and living conditions of the population in the region.

The paper is devoted to the problem of training specialists in the field of regional environmental management. Environmental management in maritime regions of the Russian Federation has its own characteristics related to the inclusion of marine areas in the processes of natural resources extraction, protection and restoration of their reserves. The labor market of maritime regions requires bachelors and masters majoring in Ecology and Nature and Geography, understanding of the maritime region as a special geosystem. Methodological development of the training model allows us to define the vector of students professional competence development in the field of regional environmental management. The authors present their vision of this model, including justification of approaches, definition of principles for establishing the objectives, selection of content, organization of learning process and evaluation of results of training of ecologists and geographers in maritime region. The authors think that system and environmental approaches most effectively enable the training of students in activities of professional communities. Learning outcomes of students - ecologists and geographers within the framework of the proposed model meet the needs of the labor market of the maritime region, and may be the basis for the development of the professional standard Specialist in the field of environmental management.

<p>Teachers have a very significant role in improving the quality of education, notably at the level of basic education that equips students with the ability to provide basic knowledge and skills. Teacher working group of Hinduism which is as a spot for teachers of Hinduism at the elementary school level in professional teacher training and helping to solve problems faced in carrying out the learning process needs to get the attention of various parties. Therefore, this paper attempted to examine the teacher's competency in relation to the teacher working group with the title of “Improving the Quality of Competency of Hindu Religion Teachers through Teacher Working Group in Denpasar City”. This paper used the qualitative research method, the location of the research was in the Hindu teacher working group spot in Denpasar City, the type of data was descriptive, with primary and secondary data sources, the informant determination techniques used purposive sampling technique, data collection methods used observation, interviews, literature studies, and documentation, as well as used data analysis techniques. The results of the study showed that, first, the form of activity of the Hindu Teachers Working Group in Denpasar, namely holding workshops, conducting routine meetings, and carrying out <em>Tirtayatra</em>. Second, the constraints and efforts made in improving the competence of Hinduism teachers are human resources and infrastructure. By Karen, the struggles made were to hold workshops as an effort to promote the human resources of teachers as professionals, and efforts to rent places and infrastructure so that activities could run well. Third, the role of the teacher working group in improving the competence of Hindu religion teachers is to play a role in four Hindu religious teacher competencies, namely pedagogical competence, personality competence, social competence, and professional competence.</p>
