The purpose of this article is to demonstrate and illustrate the results of spending meas‑ ures in Poland of European Social Fund (ESF), which supports human resource develop‑ ment and, in particular, the systematic improvement of employee qualification. A start‑ ing point is the presentation of the European Social Fund in Poland. Then the Human Resource Development (HRD) is defined and analyzed from a few theoretical perspectives. In the following part of the article an analysis of progress is made in implementation of the strategic objectives of the Human Capital Operational Program (HCOP) and then the results of the implementation of the European Social Fund in Poland are presented. The final section shows conclusions and future research directions.

This study aims to analyze the role of human resource development in developing the people's economy through social institutions. By using qualitative methods and collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation at the Al-Falah Social Fund Foundation (YDSF) Surabaya as a research sample. The results of the study explain that the development of human resources at the Al-Falah Surabaya Social Fund Foundation uses a spiritual and material approach. Through these two approaches, human resource development works with programs that aim to improve human resources both spiritually and materially. In addition, this article also explains the obstacles faced and their solutions to be implemented by the Surabaya Al Falah Social Fund Foundation in order to optimize the quality of HR.

The aim of this study is to determine factors influencing human resource development of mechanical enterprises in Vietnam. The 392 usable data were collected; the Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and the model and hypotheses were tested with Pearson's Correlation Coefficient. The research findings indicated that four factors affecting human resource development of mechanical enterprises including (i) Technology, (ii) Learning Motivation, (iii) Learning Culture of the enterprise and (iv) Abilities of employees. Furthermore, recommendations are proposed to enhance human resource development in mechanical enterprises.

This study aims to reveal the management of Islamic educational institutions in developing human resources in the era of disruption with the research focus covering: 1) Analysis of the response of Islamic educational institutions in developing human resources in the era of disruption, 2) Analysis of the transformation of human resources in the era of disruption. Islamic educational institutions after participating in development activities in the era of disruption. 3) Identify challenges and opportunities for Islamic educational institutions in developing human resources in the era of disruption. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. Data was collected by using interview, observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques include data coding, data classification, data reduction, data exposure, research findings. Technique of data validity using source triangulation. Research informants are the principal, the person in charge of human resources, educators and education staff. The results of the study show that: 1) Analysis of the response of Islamic educational institutions in developing human resources in the era of disruption includes a) Planning for human resource development in the Era of disruption, b) Organizing human resource development in the Era of disruption, c) Directing resource development human resources in the era of disruption, d) Coordination of human resource development in the era of disruption, e) Supervision of human resource development in the era of disruption, 2) analysis of the transformation of human resources for human resources at Al Hikmah Boarding School Batu after participating in development activities in the era of disruption namely mindset, motivation, knowledge, abilities and skills. 3) Identification of challenges and opportunities in developing human resources in the era of disruption, namely a) rate of change, b) commitment of human resources, c) leadership, d) Infrastructure, e) Success and Competency Trap.
