ABSTRACTThis paper describes the use of advanced circuitry nondestructive eddy current techniques to map compound semiconductors. Surface profiles, contour maps and diameter scans are obtained from the process wafers tested providing the necessary information to control the processes for maximum yield. We will report on how the statistics and data analysis using sophisticated computer routines to study the radial uniformity of the compound semiconductors can be used for optimum output. Additionally, a review is presented of the basic principles of measurement and the applicable test methods and standards.Important aspects that enable feedback to deposition and implant equipment enabling uniformity improvements are discussed. Specification improvements resulting from recent circuit and software additions and the measurement results are discussed.

This study aims to determine the effect of investment on employment in Central Java in 2009-2013. As it is known that investment plays an important role in the absorption of labor or can reduce unemployment. Thus with the increased investment hence the absorption of labor will also increase. The research method used in this research is quantitative research method. This research was conducted in Central Java. The test used is the instrument using the validity test. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test. The results of this study indicate that the increase can be explained by the regression equation is Y = 16595732.325 + 0.32 X. Where the constant is positive value of 16595732.325 indicates that if the investment variable is considered constant (0), then the value of labor absorption of 16595732,325 . Then the regression coefficient of the investment variable is 0.32, this means that if the investment is increased one unit, it will increase the labor absorption of 0.32.

Understanding of mathematical concepts is the ability of students to understand facts related to mathematics which can be expressed again in easily understood languages. The problem examined in this study is research on improving mathematical understanding of integer operations through the application of Probing Prompting Learning (PPL) with Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) approach. The method used is observation, documentation, interviews, and test methods, while the data analysis uses the percentage formula of the results of observations and the percentage of completeness of learning outcomes formula. Keyword: probing prompting learning, realistic mathematic education

The mechanism by which cysteine-S-sulfate is formed from the reaction of sulfite with cystine in the absence of a dedicated oxidizing agent is investigated using high-resolution NMR. Changes to reactant ratio, pH, UV light exposure and temperature were evaluated to determine the most effective conditions to achieve the maximum yield of cysteine-S-sulfate without recourse to conventional oxidizing reagents. Herein evidence is provided for both nucleophilic and radical mechanisms, by which cysteine-S-sulfate can be generated with yields of up to 96%.
