The Study of Surfaces and Interfaces on the Reflectometer Crisp at the Isis Pulsed Neutron Source

ABSTRACTThe study of surfaces and interfaces using the specular reflection of neutrons on the reflectometer CRISP at the ISIS pulsed neutron source is discussed. The instrumentation, is briefly described, and the performance of the spectrometer being illustrated by some standard examples. Recent experimental results on the adsorption of surfactants at the air-water interface will be presented.
