The content of the terms «corporate relations» and «corporate policy» has been clarified, and the principles of rational organization of corporate relations in domestic companies have been systematized. The main tasks of management to improve corporate policy using the system of corresponding regulations (standards) have been formed. Recommendations are given to improve the practice of strategic business planning in terms of key functional areas of business. Methodical approach to evaluation of corporate synergy in integrated structures is proposed.

In work dynamics of key indicators of innovative activity in economy of Russia in recent years is considered. The conclusion is drawn on lack of system positive changes in the innovative sphere of the country. On the basis of the analysis of domestic and foreign practice recommendations about formation of the national innovative system (NIS) promoting more effective realization of the state industrial and scientific and technical policy are formulated. Author's vision of key segments of the domestic NIS focused on the priority directions of creation of scientific and technological innovations of the national importance is offered. Recommendations about development of specific administrative mechanisms for each of the offered segments are made. As perspective instruments of realization of NIS it is offered to use the innovative scientific and technological centers and scientific education centers. Methodical and practical questions of formation of data of the integrated structures are considered, the corresponding conceptual framework is stated.

The purpose of the study was to analyze the structure of the economic space of the Russian Arctic within the framework of determining the prospects for the economic development of the Arctic regions. The unevenness of the economic space of the Russian Arctic and the focus on the extraction and export of natural resources are determined. It is revealed that vertically integrated structures play a key role in the Russian Arctic. It is determined that the specific feature of this region is the ethnoeconomics, the long-term development of which is the dominant direction of the national policy in the field of agriculture of the Russian Arctic.
