In order to solve the problems of low security and response efficiency and slow running speed of the current designed higher education system, a higher education system based on artificial intelligence technology is designed. Firstly, according to the characteristics of artificial intelligence technology, intelligent teaching system, agent technology, and data mining technology are introduced in detail. Then it analyzes the overall and detailed functional requirements of the system and adaptively generates knowledge content and teaching mode suitable for students’ ability and personality by using intelligent reasoning ability and the collection and analysis of students’ personality characteristics. Through data mining of intelligent teaching system, the decision tree about curriculum is obtained, and the students’ cognitive ability is calculated. Based on the theory of cognitive science, using the “double master” teaching mode, combined with agent technology and intelligent teaching system, the system function is divided into six modules. Through the design of database structure and data table, the design of higher education system based on artificial intelligence technology is realized. The experimental results show that the proposed method has high security and response efficiency, fast running speed, and good teaching effect.

Currently there is an increasing interest in data mining and educational systems, making educational data mining as a new growing research community. Higher education, throughout the world is delivered through universities, colleges affiliated to various universities and some other recognized academic institutes. The main objective of higher education institutes is to provide quality education to its students. Indian education sector has a lot of data that can produce valuable information which can be used to increase the quality of education. Good prediction of student’s success in higher learning institution is one way to reach the higher level of quality in higher education system. In this paper we analyzed the potential use of data mining in education section and survey the most relevant work in this area. Data Mining can be used for dropout students, student’s academic performance, teacher’s performance and student’s complaints. As we know large amount of data is stored in educational database, so in order to get required data and to find the hidden relationship, different data mining techniques are developed & used. Various algorithms and data mining techniques like Classification, Clustering, Regression, Artificial Intelligence, Neural Networks, Association Rules, Decision Trees (CART and CHIAD), Genetic algorithms, Nearest Neighbor method etc. are used for knowledge discovery from databases and helps in prediction of students academic performance. In future work we can apply different data mining techniques on an expanded data set with more distinct attributes to get more accurate results.

After first surveying the development of academic studies of Islam within the modern Turkish higher education system, this essay provides an inventory of material that has been translated from Western languages into Turkish. It is inevitable that orientalist studies will have a place of tremendous importance in this analysis. However, approaches to the Qur'an and its exegesis which have been developed under the influence of the Western scientific and cultural world encompass a larger range of literature that includes not only the orientalist studies themselves but also the criticisms directed against these studies. Particular attention is paid to the work of Fazlur Rahman and Arab scholars influenced by Western methods, and an assessment of the various issues related to the critique of orientalist works is provided.

Subject .This article discusses the need to bring into line with the future activities of specialists the content of their preparation, the formation of a system model of higher education, which takes into account today's and prospective requirements of the labor market. Objectives. The article aims to research the labor market in four regions of the Volga Federal District of the Russian Federation: the Republic of Tatarstan, Mari El Republic, Chuvash Republic, and the Ulyanovsk oblast, as well as discuss problems and prospects of interaction of universities with enterprises and organizations of these regions. Methods. For the study, I used the methods of logical and statistical analyses, and in-depth expert survey. Results. The article analyzes the state of regional labor markets, presents the results of the expert survey of labor market representatives and heads of the regional education system, and it defines possible ways of harmonizing the interaction of universities with the labor market. Conclusions. The article notes that although the number of employed with higher education is growing, at the same time there is a shortage of highly qualified personnel in certain professions, on the one hand, and unskilled workers, on the other. Also, the article says that the universities do not prepare the necessary for the regions specialists in a number of professions or they provide a set of competencies different from the requirements of the labor market, so it is necessary to form and develop effective directions of cooperation between educational institutions and employers.
