The domestic and foreign factors of formation and formation of the historiosophical views of the young M. I. Kostomarov are considered. It was shown that during the Kharkiv period the formation of the historiosophical vision of M. I. Kostomarov took place, and in Kiev the formation of the main features of his historiosophical concept. It was proved that in the mid–1830s − mid–1840s M. I. Kostomarov was formed and established as a Ukrainian philosopher of romantic, nation-loving, Slavophil and christocentric world outlook. In the creative work of the thinker found a reflection on such historiosophical problems as histogenesis of mankind, including the Slavs, the purpose, motive, content, structure and prospects of Ukrainian history. In the center of the historiosophy M. I. Kostomarov was the Ukrainian people as a motive of historical existence with their peopleʼs idea, character and needs. According to the thinker, the key factor in the progress of history was the issue of faith, which was interwoven with social, political, military and ethnic factors. The purpose of history was the realization of the main popular idea of Ukrainians, which they saw as independence and freedom. M. I. Kostomarov formulated the idea of national-cultural revival of Ukraine and the creation of a democratic and republican society within the federation of Slavic peoples, which was an alternative to the imperial regimes. Contradictions in the thinkerʼs outlook are associated with the presence of double loyalty and identity.

This article discusses the conditions, reasons and factors of characterization of religious style as a functional style in the field of linguistics. In addition, religious style and its main peculiarities, its importance in the social life, and the functional features of religious style are highlighted in the article. As a result of our investigation, the following results were obtained: a) the increase in the need for the creation and significance of religious language, particularly religious texts has been scientifically proved; b) the possibility of religious texts to represent the thoughts of the people, culture and world outlook has been verified; c) the specificity of religious language, religious texts has been revealed; d) the development of religious style as a functional style has been grounded.

This article presents a reflection on a body of creative work carried out during four years of Ph.D. research that explored the relationship between complexity theory and music. The article highlights conceptual problems that arose during the creation of the work, especially those associated with the exploration of scientific models for the creation of art. The author does not attempt to offer any final solutions but rather presents the journey undertaken through the combined artistic and research practice as a way of documenting the strategies he developed during this period of creative practice.

This article deals with the history of Russian philosophers ‘acquaintance with the ideas of O. Spengler, set forth in his work “The Decline of the West”. The authors point out that the initial orientation of Russian thought towards Historiosophy, problems of history and ontology became the key factor of Spengler’s popularity in Russia. The article considers and analyzes critical and methodological approaches to the theory of cultural and historical types by O. Spengler and N. Ya. Danilevsky within the framework of Russian philosophical thought. The authors pay attention to the ideological influence of the United States as the country which adheres to the ideas of the Enlightenment, as well as to German thinkers, who visited this country in the early twentieth century. It is concluded that the global scenario of the human civilization development, that used to be the mainstream of its formation before the events of the beginning of this year, is unsuitable and untenable. The authors insist on the important role of the theory of cultural and historical types supported and developed by Russian emigration representatives, and focus on the importance of the religious factor in the process of cultural revival.

The creative activity of Mykhailo Mykhailovych Verbytsky, as one of the brightest representatives of the national elite of the period of the Ukrainian cultural revival of the XIX century, was traced. The importance of the social-cultural mission of the artist, a priest of the Greek Catholic Church, a public figure, the founder of professional music in Galicia and the founder of the national school of composition in Ukraine was emphasized. A representative of the artistic elite, the famous composer M. Verbytsky was a model of professionalism in music and, very importantly, a bearer of national and cultural ideas. The article raises the question of the significance of the creation of the anthem song "Ukraine is not dead yet": the words of P. Chubynsky, the music of M. Verbytsky. The famous musicial composition, the words and melody of which united more than one generation, united Ukrainians around the world, influenced the formation of identity and awakened national consciousness. Working on the creation of a majestic song, the authors realized that the songs-hymns encode political levers, which reveal the potential for democratic development of the nation and the consolidation of citizens. After Ukraine gained independence, the text of the anthem was approved, with simultaneous editing, and in March 2003, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On the National Anthem of Ukraine" to the music of V. Verbytsky, P. Chubynsky's words "Ukraine is not dead yet, and Glory, and Will "– is one of the most important state symbols. Emphasis is placed on the fact that M. Verbytsky is the author of music for the National Anthem of Ukraine and his life choice, active social activity and creative work carried out a social-cultural mission. The talented composer, spiritual mentor, patriot M. Verbytsky realized the value of what he was doing, worked selflessly and sacrificially, promoting the position of self-affirmation of Ukrainians as free and self-sufficient people.

Lately marble is viewed as most significant beautifying construction materials. MP is which severalty impact on nature and medical issues. Marble powder materials are a fine powder. It is developed from chopping, molding and washing process. The creation of cement is expanding about 3% yearly. The creation of 1 ton of cement frees around 1 ton of CO2 to the air. This explorationmeans to intend the impression of using MP as in part substitution of cement. Cement which is one of constituents utilized in the creation of concrete has gotten costly and scant because of which development cost increments. In present investigation cement has been partially replaced with marble powder in five different percentage mixes of 0%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% weightiness of cement content in concrete. The key factor taken into concern is proportion of MP concrete is tested for workability, compressive strength, flexural strength and tensile strength.

New idea bearers during the first two decades after the Liberation became foreign artists among whom are standing out the names of Ivan Mrkvička, Yaroslav Veshin and Boris Schatz – who binded a decade of his life with Bulgaria. And this life is filled with difficulties, unexpected twists and noble ambitions. The remarkable personality of Boris Schatz as a talented sculptor, organizer and pedagogue stands out in the context of the artistic life of his time, where no major cultural event occurs without his energetic interference. It is his efforts to promote modeling as one of the most important disciplines of the artistic education that leads to the creation of the Sculpture specialty at the National Academy of Art. When Schatz dies in 1932, the Bulgarian art has already passed a long way of development, of change of ideas and conflicts between trends and generations. The academism of the “realistic school”, which has earned the artist`s particiality, has long ago been rejected, but his personality remains among the most prominent representatives of the new Bulgarian sculpture.

Abstract Are migrant religious communities a ‘home away from home’ as is often claimed? What is home and how does religion feature in the creation of home and belonging in the process of migration? This article interrogates the oft-mentioned communalities in language, culture, ethics and ethnicity as key factors in home-making and belonging. Building on Thomas Tweed’s argument concerning the home-making features of religion, I argue that ritual is the key factor. Looking at the ritual of anointment in the Celestial Church of Christ (CCC) in Amsterdam, this article concludes that in a migration context both the leadership and members invest in anointment as a ritual of home-making, resulting in the negotiation of an inherited practice to create – albeit temporary and contested – experiences of home and belonging.

Why was the title of president selected? What was the role of president going to look like? How long should the single executive serve? Should the person be term-limited? Providing a legislative or law-making role for the president was the subject of considerable debate at the beginning. Inventors solve problems: they tinker until they have a workable device. The creation of the presidency was a process of trial and error.

To be interpreter and at the same time creator seems to be the rule in contemporary dance. It is expected of the dancer to contribute to the making of the piece in which he will appear. Similarly, the choreographer's assistant (also referred as rehearsal assistant) has an active role in the process of creating a dance piece. This paper proposes an analysis of a creative process in which the question of authorship emerges—in our point of view—as the main issue. The onomastic pieces of French choreographer Jérôme Bel will serve as the basis of our analysis, and especially the piece called Isabel Torres, in which the interpreter and the choreographer's assistant had a much more important role in the creation than the choreographer himself. Premiered in 2005, Isabel Torres was supposed to be a Brazilian version of Véronique Doisneau (created in 2004, for the Paris Opera). The creative work made by the dancer and the rehearsal assistant made of it more than a mere version: Isabel Torres is an autonomous piece—so autonomous that Bel offered it to both dancer and assistant, to present it wherever they wished. Who signs Isabel Torres? In which terms is it presented in programs? Do dancer and assistant consider themselves as authors? How does the choreographer deal with it? The absence of the choreographer, the people involved in it, and the kind of work developed in the creative process makes us question the notion of authorship in contemporary dance pieces.
