The article deals with the issues related to the problem of ballistic design of the space system of remote sensing of the Earth on stable near-circular solar-synchronous orbits with long-term existence of spacecraft. We propose a rational method of maintaining a solar-synchronous orbit in given light conditions with prolonged active lifetime of space systems. In solving this problem, the total time of normal operation of the system for a given period of operation, during which the most favorable conditions for the use of spacecraft are provided on the main parts of orbits, is taken as a target function.

В статье представлены результаты исследования возможности применения при криогенных температурах водородного уровня дискретных приборов и монолитных схем на основе нитрида галлия в составе малошумящих усилителей сантиметрового и миллиметрового диапазона длин волн для приемных устройств систем дистанционного зондирования Земли из космоса и в составе криогенных комплексов наблюдения космического пространства. The article presents the results of the research on the possibility of using discrete devices and gallium nitride monolithic circuits at the cryogenic temperatures of hydrogen level as part of low-noise amplifiers of centimeter and millimeter-wave bands used in receivers of Earth remote sensing space systems and in cryogenic systems for space observation.

Одна из задач работы - формирование модели оценки проектов газовой сферы. В качестве решения предложены модель оценки проектов и адаптированный алгоритм. Identifying the degree distribution of land cover networks is helpful to find analytical methods for characterizing complex land cover, including segmentation techniques of remote sensing images of land cover. After segmentation, we can obtain the geographical objects and corresponding relationships. In order to evaluate the segmentation results, we introduce the concept of land cover network and present an analysis method based on statistics of its degree distribution. Considering the object-oriented segmentation and objects merge-based spectral difference segmentation, we construct the land cover networks for different segmentation scales and spatial resolutions under these two segmentation strategies, and study the degree distribution of each land cover network. Experimental results indicate that, for the object-oriented segmentation, the degree distributions of land cover networks follow approximately a Poisson distribution, regardless of the segmentation scales and spatial resolutions. For the objects-merge method based on spectral difference segmentation, degree distributions exhibit heavy tails. Compared with all the segmentation results, the pattern spots after objects-merge better retain the integrity of geographical features and the land cover network can reflect more accurately the topological properties of real land cover when the threshold of objects merge is suitable. This study shows that we can evaluate the reliability of segmentation results objectively by analyzing the degree distribution pattern of land cover networks.

The temporal-spatial dynamic variation of vegetation coverage from 2010 to 2019 in Urad Grassland, Inner Mongolia has been investigated by analysing on MODIS NDVI remote sensing products. This paper applies pixel dichotomy approach and linear regression trend analysis method to analyze the temporal and spatial evolution trend of vegetation coverage over the past 10 years. The average annual vegetation coverage showed a downward trend in general from 2010 to 2019. The vegetation distribution and change trend analysis provide a thorough and scientific reference for policymaking in environmental protection.

The article discusses and presents the formulation of problems of inter-project unification of on-board systems in the development of modifications of spacecraft that are part of space systems for remote sensing of the Earth. It is shown that when developing a complex of advanced space systems, it is possible to partially combine unified on-board systems and finished products, which, under given constraints, provides a minimum of total costs. The formulation of the main task of inter-project unification of spacecraft for remote sensing of the Earth using finished products and partially unified on-board systems and a special case of the problem — conducting an economically justified inter-project unification from completely unified on-board systems (aggregates) of promising modifications of spacecraft is given. The initial data and limitations for solving the main and particular problems are determined. The tasks are presented in a deterministic setting. The concept of optimality of the choice of areas of unification of each on-board system is formulated, which is characterized by the minimum of a criterion having an additive structure, this is the total economic effect for areas of unification. It is believed that the analysis of the results of solving the problems of inter-project unification in the development of promising modifications of spacecraft will reveal the directions of inter-project unification of those on-board systems for which it is most appropriate; to formulate the fundamental principles of modernization of space systems and creation of modifications of spacecraft for remote sensing of the Earth in the planned period.

It is found that the traditional BDA methods are not appropriate the system target BDA. A new method of the system target BDA is proposed in this paper. Firstly, based on Hierarchy Analysis Method (AHP), the system target function index system is set up. Secondly, the step of system target function damage assessment method is analyzed and proposed based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP). Finally, an example of air base damage assessment is given to verify the validity and availability of the proposed method.
