The article presents the authors’ strategy for the formation of positive motivation of students to educational and project professional activities, based on students’ project activities structuring and management at different hierarchical levels. For each level (academic discipline, main professional educational program, faculty, university, region, country) the authors propose various forms of project implementation, the content of which meets modern school challenges, professional community requirements and contributes to the transformation of the diffuse nature of students’ needs towards professional motives. In the course of the research, both theoretical methods (pedagogical literature analysis, modeling) and empirical methods (pedagogical experiment, questionnaire) were used. The basis for the experimental part of the study was made by 1st year students of Pskov State University, taking the course “Pedagogical Education”, studying the discipline “Introduction to Pedagogical Activity” that is built on the basis of a project-oriented program. An important educational effect of the presented strategy implementation was the growth of motives for professional self-realization, improvement of the emotional background of students’ motivation for professional activity, awareness of the subjective need for active interaction, as well as the acquisition of certain educational skills related to project activities and useful for teachers’ successful work.

The onus on therapists to seek the consent of their patients before publishing clinical material may be one reason why so few decide to write about their experience. There are inevitable and unavoidable tensions in balancing the duty of care to patients with other ethical responsibilities, including the needs of the professional community for education and scientific advancement. In this paper, we explore the context and dynamics of seeking consent from couples and families to publish material relating to their therapy and propose a way to manage some of the ethical dilemmas involved in writing about patients that is in keeping with the contemporary analytic literature on the interpersonal unconscious between patient and therapist, and the interpsychic/interpersonal dimensions of therapeutic action. Throughout this paper, the term “patient” is used to designate couples and families as well as individuals.

At present, the current legislative and regulatory documents do not contain a clear and unambiguous answer to the question, what buildings and structures should be designed resistant to progressive collapse. In this regard, the analysis of the legal and regulatory requirements of the need for calculations to prevent the progressive collapse of buildings and structures due to hypothetical or suspected local destruction is presented. The main legislative requirements of technical regulation in the field of ensuring the mechanical safety of buildings and structures, as well as the requirements of regulatory documents regarding the design of the protection of building and structures against progressive collapse are considered. The analysis of the fundamental principles features of the calculation for the structural protection against progressive collapse is given. Some issues discussed by the professional community in the direction of possible ways of solving the actual problems of the presented problem are considered. The conclusion is made about the need for further dialogue of the professional community on the development of a common position on the protection of buildings and structures from progressive collapse, which should be reflected in the legislative and regulatory requirements.

This is about the pedagogical experience ahead of or beyond any pedagogical activity or action. It is therefore about perfectibility and/or dealing with something both theoretically and existentially. It is about inclusion and dialogue, but in an indirect manner, and school as a low threshold institution: heterogeneity, pluralism and multiculturalism as the primary characteristics of a modern school in a modern society. This makes school an institution important to life and knowledge. The need for a pedagogy created through a strong scientific orientation through practice or as I prefer; realism, urgent: Pedagogy framed by a good, relevant and strong understanding of context. This makes demands on teachers' competence. It demands more than possessing pedagogical scientific competence. A certain extent of double(d) competence and more is demanded both about what happens in science and about what happens in society and openness always through language and critical thinking or philosophy. This is about becoming teacher in/and for the fractured future and about what we might “give” (student) teachers in addition.
