The present paper arises from wider research which focused on various manifestations of destructive and malicious speech behavior in spontaneous oral or written dialogs, related to the processes of information concealment and falsification in police interviews and court testimonies. A number of analytical methods were used to generate this paper: a retrospective analysis of scientific literature, comparative legal and logical analysis, extrapolation methods, and content analysis. Despite numerous experimental researches devoted to acoustic-phonetic or psycholinguistic features of lies, their results are not sufficiently reliable for forensic purposes as the expert report should not rely on assumptions. The author disputes the evidence admissibility of experts’ conclusions about utterances implying speech parameters correlating with lies detected via psycholinguistic examination in oral speech audio or video recording of a police interview or a court testimony. Forensic psycholinguistic methods and comprehensive algorithms used in some forensic experts’ reports to detect speech signs of lying demonstrate a great variety that contradicts with the principals of evidence admissibility. The insufficient development of the currently used expert approach and the lack of a unified methodology for solving expert tasks on a strictly scientific basis creates a demand for developing comprehensive methods for studying lies on the basis of forensic speech science and cognitive theory.

Growth of creative capital and ever-burgeoning interest in the creativity phenomenon appear to have been facing intimidation with new threats emerging in connection with them – the unpredictability whereof is increasing under conditions of globalisation. The purpose of this study is to analyse the possible negative consequences of human creativity, globalisation and technological development. This perspective is developed using methods of comparative theoretical and methodological analysis, methods of theoretical reconstruction of basic strategies of the creative capital formation, modelling and extrapolation methods. The issues of essence, nature, creativity and creative capital should be discussed in connection with solving social problems and studying of perspectives of human development. This is important because the human creation and creative activity can lead both to constructive and destructive processes, such as Human Development and Human disappearing from the history scene due to their own creativity. The proposed perspective substantiates the necessity of deepened theoretical-philosophic analysis of creativity and growth of creative capital in connection with the emerging threats of the human development— discloses new aspects of the topic under discussion, which did not receive sufficient coverage in the scientific literature. Conclusions of the study possess a practical meaning for substantiating the development strategies in various fields of social practice and education in terms of globalisation.

Introduction: There is the quest for sustainable eradication of threats to enhance the health of organizations. This study's curiosity is to tackle the concept of determining how an organization diagnoses the threats in its environment. Methods: This study is qualitative research and content analysis method has been adopted by the researcher. The research design of content analysis is used to create inferences from papers and observations. three people were interview through video recording. Permission was sort before the interview was granted, and the researcher assured the interviewee that every detail of the recorded video will be kept confidential. The recorded video interview data was transcribed by an expect transcriber, and were analyzed, and interpreted by the researcher Results: The study revealed that effective clinical diagnosis that leads to changes requires a sense of urgency, the establishment of a strong team of change agents. The development of a vision and strategy through careful and well-thought-out planning, and the communication of the vision for change to the business organization, the empowerment of team members to help and participate in change initiatives, and the generation of shifts. Discussion: The members of the organizations may not have a mutual perspective on the organizational diagnosis. Therefore, professionals need to consider obtaining data from various sources and consider this in their diagnosis and procedures. The study recommends that different quantitative methods can be used to diagnose business organizations.

The study examines the newspaper company „Radikal“, which is founded in 1914 and declares bankruptcy in 1939 in the wake of WWII and the major transitions in Bulgaria during that time. The company’s final end comes in 1953. There are no studies in the journalistic literature that examine „Radikal“ in detail, so this study aims to fill this gap by tracing and evaluating the company’s activities. The study uses a chronological approach and content analysis and is based on archival sources that have not been previously used in the scientific literature, as well as on newspaper sources and other references from the journalistic and historic literature. The study concludes that „Radikal“ presents a good example of a successful party-associated newspaper publishingcompany, which is why it left a significant mark on the newspaper industry in the history of the Bulgarian Kingdom.

The term “creativity” is used in a wide variety of ways in professional, technological, socio-economical and educational contexts. In this paper, an exploratory literature review of the French-language scientific literature in educational sciences was conducted, revealing the fields of knowledge that mobilize the creativity concept. Both a descriptive and a categorical content analysis were employed. The results of these analyses allowed us to situate the context of creativity and to identify five fields of knowledge: 1) teaching and personal development, 2) problem solving and computational thinking, 3) artistic approach, 4) training and/or educational programs, and 5) creativity development factors.

Currently, researchers in the field of education and upbringing are discovering connections and dependencies that were not previously identified: upbringing and subjectivity, upbringing and personal meanings, upbringing and value choice. The article actualizes the problem of professional subjective activity of a teacher and its impact on the effectiveness of educational activities. The teaching practice existing in pedagogical universities needs to be enriched by the experience of social and scientific activities of students - future teachers. Professional subjective activity of students will create conditions for effective educational activity. The purpose of the article is to analyze the concept of “professional subjective activity” in the context of its significance for the educational activity of a future teacher. Methodology. The study was conducted using a descriptive method by collecting, analyzing and summarizing scientific literature data on the problem under study in order to determine its relevance. The content analysis of scientific articles on the problem of professional subjective activity as conditions for effective educational activity of the future teacher was applied. The concepts of “activity”, “subjectivity”, “professional subjectivity” are considered. In conclusion, it is concluded that the effectiveness of the educator’s educational activity is due to the presence of his professional subjective activity. A generalized definition of the concept of “professional subjective activity” is given.

This article adopts Benoit’s functional theory of campaign discourse and Van Dijk’s socio-cognitive theory (context models) in discussing two gubernatorial debate sessions in Nigeria. The selected debate sessions (Ondo Governorship Debate and Lagos Governorship Debate) are recovered from YouTube files and transcribed. However, only utterances from candidates in the two major political parties in Nigeria, namely, Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) (now renamed All Progressives Congress (APC)) and the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), are subjected to content analysis. Context models in the aspects of discourse meaning and argumentation are also considered. Findings reveal that first, candidates’ utterances range from acclaims to attacks and defenses. Second, topics help to derive candidates’ ideologies which are further exemplified within the ambience of shared background knowledge (presupposition). Finally, candidates adopt legal/illegal jargons, explanations, statements of evidence, examples and illustrations to explicitly exemplify their mental dispositions and beliefs. We conclude by stating that candidates’ utterances were found to be relevant within the context of the debates and, by extension, the prevalent socio-political problems in Nigeria.

The purpose of the study was to investigate strawberry yogurt according to the NOVA food classification system. The object of research were strawberry yogurts from 6 different manufacturers, which are commonly available to food consumers, were randomly selected to investigate food samples under the NOVA food classification system. Based on this food, we present a methodology for assessing food safety with the application of the procedure. At the same time, we justify the classified food to Group 4, i.e. one of the 4 groups according to the NOVA system of food classification on a scientific basis, knowledge from the scientific literature. The evaluated results of the labeling of strawberry yogurt from various producers indicate that they are all classified as ultra-processed foods. Their characteristic feature is that they are industrial products with five or more, and usually many, items. Strawberry yogurt samples from various manufacturers evaluated contained 7 to 12 specific items that are not basic raw material, i.e. unprocessed or minimally processed food of Group 1.

Research problem Instructional screencasts are increasingly part of the online tutorial mix offered by academic libraries, but what makes for effective screencast design? This research provides a snapshot of screencast design in Australian and New Zealand academic libraries and appraises it through the lens of multimedia learning theory. Methodology Evidence-based design principles that promote effective learning for multimedia were identified from the research literature. A cognitive psychological approach was taken, drawing principally from Mayer’s cognitive theory of multimedia learning. The principles outlined in Mayer’s theory were translated into guidelines applicable to screencast tutorial production. These guidelines formed the basis for an assessment rubric which was applied to screencasts produced by New Zealand and Australian Universities. Content analysis was then applied to determine to what extent screencast tutorials in the sample reflected the principles outlined in Mayer’s theory. Results On average, screencasts from the institutions surveyed integrated 7.6 of 9 effective multimedia principles. The low variance across the sample suggests this high standard was approximated or exceeded by most tutorials. Australian and New Zealand libraries were of a comparable standard overall with similar areas of strength and weakness. Implications Mayer’s principles provide a useful foundation for designing effective multimedia instruction. The translation of these principles into screencast design guidelines will hopefully serve as useful considerations. Commonly neglected principles (coherence, signalling and segmenting) present areas for design improvement but also opportunities for further research in an academic library context.
