Choosing a Management Model for the Tolmachevo Aerotropolis Inter-Municipal Project

Securing religious and multicultural character values is very important to be instilled as early as possible through education. This is due to education not only providing increased intellectual ability, but also is responsible for integrating character values in students. At least there are some aspects that need to be developed in the education phase of school children including intellectual aspects, emotional aspects, social aspects, physical aspects, aspects of movement, aesthetic aspects, and moral aspects. Based on this opinion it can be seen that the cultivation of religious and multicultural character values in madrasa ibtidaiyah level students needs to be done in order to realize a future generation of adults and character. On the other hand, the cultivation of multicultural values is also an urgent matter to do.This study aims to find a character education management model based on the integration of religious and multicultural values in MI Banyumas Regency. The research method with research and development methods. The results of the study of the character education management model based on the integration of religious and multicultural values that were developed effectively for use in character education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The results of the t test through the paired t test method showed that there were significant differences between the character values before and after the implementation of character education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. These results reinforce that character education is effectively used in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.

Abstract: The quality of madrasah education needs to get serious attention both from process aspect and its result. The quality of madrasah education is also influenced by the family and community environment. This brings with it the need for a review and mapping of the quality management model of education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The Madrasah Ibtidaiyah of Purwokerto and MI Ma'arif Pageraji Purwokerto were chosen to be the subject of this study with the consideration that the school has a good quality management system. This study aims to find the typology of quality management education in MI that is effective so that it can be replicated. Based on the findings of the data, it can be concluded as follows: (1) Quality planning conducted in MIN and MI Ma’arif pageraji Purwokerto through (a) improvement of teacher competence, through OJT activity (on the job trainning), (b) teacher. (c) Development of natural competence matrix. (d) Parent and community cooperation in establishing some madrasah programs. (2) Quality control system conducted in MIN and MI Ma’arif pageraji Purwokerto done through supervision activities. (3) Quality assurance conducted in MIN and MI Ma’arif pageraji Purwokerto done internally by madrasah and audited through accreditation activities run by the accreditation bodies of madrasah or other institutions externally. Conflicts can be dangerous or may even benefit a relationship, depending on how they are resolved. Because conflict creates strong emotions, emotions are not suitable as a basis for constructive problem solving. Conflict escalation rarely benefits a relationship, especially if it creates selfishness, stubbornness, and withdrawal from relationships. What's worse, conflicts can lead to physical disputes and actual violence, a community can work together, but it can be that at other times the community that has worked together can turn into social conflict. Conversely, people who initially conflict can change to work together for a certain time. For that social processes that occur are very dynamic, these conditions are very dependent on the power management model that runs in the community concerned thus interpreting the conflict based on the causes of conflict are: specific behaviors, norms and personal roles and dispositions. Conflict can also occur in the name of religion, caused by several factors including: superficial religious knowledge, fanaticism, religion as a doctrine, symbols, religious figures, history, fighting for surge.
