The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Japanese language extracurricular on study result of the students of SMA N 1 Ambarawa, and to find out the factors that influenced Japanese extracurricular activities at SMA N 1 Ambarawa.This quantitative descriptive method has a population and samples in this research are students of class X MIPA 4, X MIPA 6, X SOS 3, and X Language who have the results of learning Japanese and participating in Japanese extracurricular activities. The method of data collection is carried out observation sample and documented the activities. The data obtained is calculated using SPSS and produces a value of 0.483, and with N = 53 and a significance level of 5% is 0.266 (0.483 2 0.266). From the results of data processing, there was a contribution of 23.3%, which means that Japanese language extracurricular activities affect the Japanese study result of SMA N 1 Ambarawa students by 23.3%. The biggest factor affecting Japanese extracurricular activities is the student psychological factors in order to add more information about Japanese Leanguage and Culture (97.2%).

Research that the author did aim to know how to design inventory system on Planet Phone.The method used is quantitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used are literature study, observation, and interviews. From the research conducted found that there is a problem on inventory data processing. The process of inventory data processing only by writing using a general ledger. So this causes inaccuracies and delays in reports. Therefore the authors make the information system by using PHP and MySQL database. This system consists of inputting inventory data, inventory reports, sales reports and income reports. As for some suggestions given to tackle the problem is by connecting the system with internet connection, for employees more quickly and effectively in penginputan inventory data and owner can also know the sales reports and income reports more quickly without having to come directly to the store.

This study aims to determine the influence of jurisprudenceachievement toward the practicing of mahdhah worship in MTs NegeriBanjarangsana students. This research uses a descriptive method with aquantitative approach. Data collection are taken from observation, interviewsand questionnaires. Quantitative data processing is completed throughdescriptive data processing with Rank Spearmans (Rs) correlation. Theinfluence of fiqh learning achievement toward the practice of mahdhahworship of MTs Negeri students is relatively high with a value of 0.63 with theresult of determination of 39.69% with a significant value of T count = 3627while ttable = 1.725.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan menelaah dan merevisi teks deskripsi pada siswa kelas VII SMP. Objek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 29 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data dalam peneltian ini terdiri dari metode observasi, metode tugas, dan metode dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan hasil analisisnya disajikan dalam bentuk angka dan dijelaskan dalam suatu uraian dengan rumus Penilaian Acuan Patokan (PAP). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kemampuan menelaah dan merevisi teks deskripsi pada siswa tergolong normal, dengan rincian 41% siswa berkemampuan tinggi, 59% siswa berkemampuan sedang, 0% berkemampuan rendah, dan diperoleh IPK 65 yang berkisar antara 55 sampai dengan 65.Abstract: This study aims to describe the ability to review and revise the description text in class VII SMP students. The objects in this study were 29 students. The method of data collection in this study consisted of observation methods, task methods, and documentation methods. Data analysis uses quantitative descriptive method and the results of the analysis are presented in numerical form and explained in a description using the Standard Reference Assessment (PAP) formula. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the ability to review and revise the description text in students is classified as normal, with the details 41% of high-ability students, 59% of students with moderate ability, 0% of low ability, and 65 GPA which ranges from 55 to 65.

The formulation of this research problem is how the influence of Leadership and Job Satisfaction on Work Discipline at Balai Diklat Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Pematangsiantar. The research method used in this paper is literature research and field research. Its population is employees of Balai Diklat Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Pematangsiantar amounted to 57 people. The data used are data by qualitative and qualitative data, and data collection techniques by questionnaire, interview and documentation. Then the technique of data analysis using qualitative descriptive method and quantitative descriptive method. Results of analysis of multiple linier regression is Ŷ = 26,243 + 1,232X1 + 0,681X2, means there is a positive influence between leadership and job satisfaction on work discipline. The strength of the relationship between the three variables is strong, is r = 0,752. From the coefficient of determination can be explained high low work discipline 56,5%, and the remaining 43,5% explained by other factors that are not discussed in this study. From the results of processing and calculation of the questionnaire, the authors get the conclusion that the leadership and job satisfaction applied Balai Diklat Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Pematangsiantar have a positive and significant effect on work discipline. This is proven by hypothesis testing simultaneously, where the test result fhitung (35,062)> fhitung (3,17) with significance level 0,000 < alpha 0,05. The formulation of this research problem is how the influence of Cultural Organization and Commitment to the Teacher Performance at SMK GKPS 2 Pematangsiantar. The research method used in this paper is literature research and field research. Its population is employees of SMK GKPS 2 Pematangsiantar amounted to 64 people. The data used are data by qualitative and qualitative data, and data collection techniques by questionnaire, interview and documentation. Then the technique of data analysis using qualitative descriptive method and quantitative descriptive method. Results of analysis of multiple linear regression is Ŷ = 68,710 + 0,715X1 + 0,914X2 means there is a positive influence between cultural organization and commitment on teacher performance. The strength of the relationship between the three variables is strong, is r = 0,672. From the coefficient of determination can be explained high low employee performance 45,2% and the remaining 54,8% explained by other factors that are not discussed in this study. From the results of processing and calculation of the questionnaire, the authors get the conclusion that the cultural organization and commitment applied SMK GKPS 2 Pematangsiantar have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. This is proven by hypothesis testing simultaneously, where the test result fhitung (25,170) > fhitung (3,15) with significance level 0,000 < alpha 0,05. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi dalam meningkatkan kompetensi 4C (Critical Thinking, Creativity, Communication, & Collaborative). Kompetensi 4C sangat diperlukan di masa mendatang dalam mencari tenaga kerja karena persaingan semakin ketat. Banyak juga tugas-tugas yang seharusnya dilakukan oleh manusia tetapi tergantikan dengan robot. Hal tersebut dikarenakan pada abad ke-21 ini perkembangan teknologi semakin pesat. Sehingga perlu ada keterampilan yang tidak dimiliki oleh robot yaitu keterampilan kompetensi 4C. SIDH (Sekolah Indonesia Den Haag) merupakan salah satu sekolah Indonesia luar negeri yang sangat memperhatikan kompetensi 4C. Pada sekolah tersebut selalu berupaya untuk meningkatkan kompetensi 4C dengan berbagai strategi. Dengan cara diskusi saat pembelajaran, mengikuti ekstrakulikuler, dan bekerjasama dengan pusdatin. Meningkatkan kompetensi 4C di SIDH juga dapat melalui melalui pembelajarn PAI. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode diskriptif kualitatif. Metode ini memberikan data berupa data verbal. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dengan guru di SIDH yaitu Safreni Candra Sari dan Ponco Handayawati melalui media aplikasi zoom dan dokumen yang diperoleh berupa gambar atau foto yang menunjukkan beberapa kegiatan di SIDH. Strategies to Improve 4C Competencies (Critical Thinking, Creativity, Communication & Collaborative)The purpose of this research is to find out strategies to improve 4C competence (Critical Thinking, Creativity, Communication, & Collaborative). 4C competence is needed in the future is looking for workers because the competition is getting tougher. There are also many tasks that should be done by humans but are replaced by robots. This is because in the 21st century the development of technology is increasingly rapid. So there need to be skills that robots don't have, namely 4C competency skills. SIDH (Sekolah Indonesia Den Haag) is one of the Indonesian overseas schools that pays attention to 4C competencies. The school always tries to improve 4C competence with various strategies. For example, through discussions during learning, taking extracurricular activities, and collaborating with Pusdatin. Improving 4C competence at SIDH can also be done through learning PAI. This study using a qualitative descriptive method. This method provides data in the form of verbal data. Data collection techniques used were interviews with teachers at SIDH, namely Safreni Candra Sari and Ponco Handayawati through the zoom application media and documents obtained in the form of pictures or photos showing some of the activities at SIDH.

Labor is the final process of pregnancy that the mother and family have gone through during three trimester periods. When the labor process begins, the mother's role is to give birth to her baby, while the role of the health worker is to monitor childbirth to detect complications early and with the family to provide assistance and support for maternity mothers. The purpose of this study was to provide an effect on the role of the husband on the level of anxiety of pregnant women in dealing with the delivery process at the Harapan raya puskesmas. The research design used in this study was a quantitative descriptive method, at the Harapan Raya Puskesmas Pekanbaru. The population in this study amounted to 40 pregnant women in Harapan Raya Puskesmas Pekanbaru with a sample size of 33 respondents using the Accidental Sampling method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis used were univariate and bivariate. Data collection was obtained using a questionnaire, then analyzed using the chi-square test. The results showed a significant influence between the role of the husband with the anxiety level of pregnant women in dealing with the delivery process with a value of p = 0.001. The conclusion is the influence of the role of the husband on the level of anxiety of pregnant women in dealing with the percentage of labor in the Harapan Raya Health Center Pekanbaru there is an influence between the role of your husband and the level of anxiety of pregnant women.hopefully the third trimester pregnant women can pay moor attention to their condition both phisically phisiologically and ask the husband to always provide suppore and particapate in taking care of the pragnancy as walk as in preparing the pragnancy.

This study aims to determine the influence of Contextual Teaching and Learning learning on the learning activeness of students in Aqidah Morals in MTs Puteran, Puteran Village, Pagerageung District, Tasikmalaya. The method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach. To collect the data needed techniques such as questionnaires, interview guidelines and observation guidelines. Based on the results of data processing, it was found that Contextual Teaching and Learning in MTs Puteran was classified as sufficient (a score of 32,88 was obtained, above the classification of 31,74 to 36,11 with sufficient criteria). While the learning activeness of students in MTs Puteran is relatively low (obtained a value of 29,5, is on the interpretation scale between 25,75 to 30,5 with low criteria). And the effect of Contextual Teaching and Learning learning on the learning activeness of students in MTs Puteran has a positive and significant effect with sufficient categories, it is proven that rs = 0,57 is at an interval of 0,41 to 0,60 and tcount 3,26 ≥ ttable 1,72. Contextual Teaching and Learning determines the learning activeness of students by 32,49% while the remaining 67,51% is thought to be determined by other factors.

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of job discipline on employee performance at The Madeline Hotel Bengkulu, (2) The effect of the job environment on employee performance on The Madeline Hotel Bengkulu, (3) The effect of job discipline and job environment partially and simultaneously on employee performance at The Madeline Hotel Bengkulu. This study is a type of research with a Quantitative Descriptive method, which the research compares the results of data collection and proves with numbers in a number of population through sample that are considered feasible to study. This study categorized into survey research, where the research instrument is a questionnaire. The sample in this study is the entire population of employees of The Madeline Hotel Bengkulu, and the number is 40 people. The validity test used Corrected Item Total Correlation Statement, Cronbach's Alpha reliability test, while data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of thestudy showed that: (1) Job Discipline has an effect on Employee Performance. This can be seen in the t- test that states a value of t-hit &gt; t (α / 2) 3,545 &gt; 2,026) and (sig α = 0.003 &lt; 0.05), then H1 in this study can be accepted, (2) Job Environment has an effect on Employee performance. This can be seen in the t- test which states that the value of t-hit &gt; t_ (α / 2) (4,528 &gt; 2,026) and (sig α = 0,000 &lt; 0.05), then H2 in this study is acceptable, (3) Job Discipline X1 and Job Environment X2 have an effect on Employee Performance (Y), this can be seen in the F- test which states the value of F-count &gt; F-table, i.e. (51,651 &gt; 1.97) and (sig α = 0,000 &lt;0.050), thus it can be concludeed that H3 accepted that means simultaneously the Job Discipline variabel (X1) and Job Environment (X2) have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) at The Medeline Hotel Bengkulu.Keywords: Discipline, Work Environment, Performance

The development of the economy at this time will cause very tight competition in the business field. The company will continue to develop its products by creating unique products that are different from competitors that produce similar products. At this time consumers are fanatic in choosing a product, besides they want a quality product they will also choose a product that has a brand image that is quite good in the community. Deenay veil products are currently a product that is favored by every society. At Gea Fashion Banjar deenay brand hood sales are higher each month compared to other brand hoods. Based on that, the writer is interested in researching the Effect of Brand Image on the Decision to Purchase Deenay Veil in Banjar Gea Fashion. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of Brand Image on the Purchase Decision Deenay Veil on Banjar Gea Fashion? The research method used is quantitative descriptive research method, with a sample of 50 people. The results showed that brand image had a significant influence on the decision making for purchasing veil deenay. This significance value was obtained from Fcount 29,689 with a significance of 0,000 with F table (4.04) at the significance level of 0.05 and the coefficient of determination (r²) or R square obtained by 0.328, so that the magnitude of influence was 38.2%, whereas the remaining 61.8% is influenced by other factors not included in this research variable. In conclusion, consumers make purchasing decisions due to the influence of brand image and social, cultural, personal and psychological factors.
