Background: Pregnant women may be at risk of unpredictable obstetric complications such as: bleeding, dystocia, acute fetal suffering, pre-eclampsia and eclampsia. This maternal-fetal prognosis of obstetric emergencies is influenced by factors that are most often related to complications that alter the course or outcome of a pregnancy and require prompt care. The objectives of this study are to analyze the factors that influence the maternal-fetal prognosis of obstetric emergencies; determine their frequency, describe the clinical profiles of patients and evaluate the maternal-fetal prognosis.Methods: The study was conducted at the Mamou Regional Hospital. It was a 6-month quantitative, descriptive and analytical study, from July 1st to December 31st, 2016, including all parturient women whose term is greater than or equal to 28 weeks of amenorrhoea.Results: The study covered 377 obstetric emergencies out of a total of 1273 deliveries, or 29.61%. Factors influencing the prognosis were: young age, parity, unfavorable socio-economic conditions and difficult baseline conditions. The main obstetric emergencies recorded were acute fetal suffering, disproportion and narrowed pelvis. The dominant mode of delivery was caesarean section with a frequency of 89.65%. Maternal lethality is 3.44% and fetal lethality is 5.14%.Conclusions: Obstetric emergency is a frequent situation where better management would improve the prognosis of the mother and fetus.

The unhygienic environment of the hospital will allow the transmission of diseases that can affect public health in that hospital.  Therefore, hospital sanitation services need to be organized in order to create a comfortable and clean hospital environment, so that it can support efforts to cure and prevent the transmission of nosocomial infections in the hospital environment.  The purpose of this study was to determine the number of germs on the inpatient bed of District Madani Hospital of Palu.  The method of this study used descriptive with observational approach. The study population was all inpatient beds in Melon, Jambu, Rambutan, Nangka, Semangka, dan Markisa treatment rooms at Madani Regional Hospital of Palu.  The sample of this study was a part of the impatient bed in rooms of Melon 10, Jambu 10, Rambutan 10, Rambutan 9,  Semangka 7, and Markisa 4, which were taken by simple random sampling.  The results showed that the number of germs did not meet the requirements of> 10 colonies / cm².  So it can be concluded that the number of germs on the inpatient bed of the treatment room at the Palu Madani Regional Hospital does not meet the requirements.

Work motivation is an influential condition for arousing, directing, and maintaining behavior related to the work environment including nurse work motivation. The purpose of this study was to edit the Nurses' Work Motivation in the Inpatient Room of Majalaya Regional Hospital. This type of research uses analytic survey methods. The sampling method uses a total sampling technique with a total sample of 55 nurses in 6 inpatients. Data collection techniques using a work motivation questionnaire. The analysis used is univariate. The results of the study 28 people (50.9%) have high work motivation. The conclusion of the results of this study some nurses have work motivation of nurses in the inpatient room of Majalaya Regional Hospital. Based on the results of the study are expected to require motivation support to increase work motivation of nurses.
