The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of comprehensif measuremet performance system, kejelasan peran, and organization commitment to managerial performance. The samples are marketing manager, production manager, and human resources manager from manufaturer industries in Riau and Kepulauan Riau Province. The data was analyzed with Smart Partial Least Square Program. The result as follow: first the result support the hypothesis that comprehensif measuremet performance system affect managerial performance, second comprehensif measuremet performance system affect kejelasan peran, third comprehensif measuremet performance system affect organization commiyment, and also support that organization commitment affect manajerial performance. But this study doesnt support the influence of kejelasan peran to managerial performance.

AbstractAssessment of diversity of native species produced in forest nurseries of Rio de Janeiro State. The objective of this paper was to evaluate the diversity of native species produced by nurseries in the State of Rio de Janeiro. The diagnostic and survey were conducted during the months of February, March and April of the year 2010, the research included all nurseries that produced seedlings of Atlantic Forest species. The fieldwork consisted of visits to the 70 surveyed nurseries, in which a list of the species produced in the nursery was requested and the seedling production manager was interviewed, filling in a questionnaire covering various topics related to seedlings production. We observed 277 forest species native from the Atlantic Forest produced in the nurseries. In average, the nurseries produce 56 different native species. The total diversity of native species produced in the State of Rio de Janeiro is low, as well as the mean diversity, since more than half of the nurseries work with a list of 50 or fewer species, what is insufficient considering the diversity of forest species that occur in the different vegetation types of the state. Keywords: Forest seedlings; forest restoration; Atlantic Forest.

Ergonomics in industry takes many forms and a variety of techniques are applied for the data collection of ergonomic concerns. At the Rover Group (BMW) Swindon site, chosen shop floor associates are trained in the principles of ergonomics. They lead all ergonomic assessments with the full support of the local production manager known as the ABA plan owner. This Ergonomic “facilitator” uses an ergonomic assessment sheet known Associate job Analysis A.B.A. developed by BMW AG Germany. This takes the form of simple charts to store issues categorised as Red Amber or Green (RAG) concerns. It can effectively deal with local and departmental issues using an ergonomic approach. The author, who is the site ergonomist, will share results of the activities within their environment and explain the principles of Ergonomic Self-Reliance and the infrastructure that supports it.

Quality standart has became the fundamental parameter for the perfection of every product. Human resource is a valuable assets for the productive company that the quality standart it held should be clearly elaborated to maintain the quality and the work performance remains effective. The following research aims to review how the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system affects the employee's work performance. The 52 respondents of this research consist of production managers and human resource department employees of electricity and elecrtronic companies at Batamindo Muka Kuning, Batam. Data analyzing method used for this research is a simple analytical regression. The research results that the application of ISO 9001:2008 quality management system is effectively affects the employee's performance which goes as the ISO 9001:2008 quality standart procedure. According to the result, it is vital for the company to ensure the continuance of socialization to the whole employee in order to avoid any possible human errors, and to maintain the costumer satisfaction. This research verges on production manager and HRD division of electricity and electronic company at Batamindo Muka Kuning, Batam, therefore, it suggest for the next further research to use the sample from the other company or another district
