In this paper,an identification method of kiwifruit maturity was established by using electrochemical impedance technique ,which used the electrochemical workstation and home-made needle-shape three-electrode system.We did it by taking samples from eight kiwifruit of different maturity,and by optimizing the measuring position,perturbation amplitude,excitation frequency,and utilizing BP neural networks.In the experiment,the measurement position was in the South of equator,perturbation amplitude 10mv,characteristic frequency 158Hz501Hz926Hz respectively.It selected 80 samples as a test set to establish the BP neural network recognition model and five samples of each characteristic parameters was selected,predict for a total of 40 samples.In the experiment,the identification accuracy reached 100% with these parameters.With higher recognition accuracy,the method provides a new method for the quick recognition of kiwifruit maturity.
