Aiming at the problem that the quality of fans control circuit board is not stable, this paper designs and develops of multiparameter networked reliability testing system of eclectic fans circuit board based on the virtual instrument Labview. This system adopts distributed structure, which consists of three parts: the measurement and control node, virtual instrument PC, interference sources. The sensing nets measurement and control node with embedded processor, controls test model, process, jamming signals voltage and frequency of circuit interference source, and real-time online collects parameters of control circuit boards key components on operation process ,such as, voltage and temperature, and then through the sensor network sends those dates to Labview virtual instrument machine. The Labview software does display storage, and comprehensive analysis of operation. The application shows that the system can accurately and rapidly acquire circuit board components parameters, operate stably and reliably, and play an important auxiliary function to find the products quality problem and improve the circuit board design.

AbstractHaving reviewed general conditions and various difficulties of routine measurement and control of tobacco humidity, the authors present a new periodic-automatical principle which they developed for the determination of the moisture content of tobacco. Tobacco specimens continuously taken from the conveyor by an automatic sampler are tested by the principle of conductibility with constant pressure and time values. A velocity of 5 to 9 measurements per minute can easily be achieved. The measuring process is controlled by electronic programming. The results are recorded as deviation from a desired value by a registering instrument giving preferably also an account of the time of sampling. The said value to be fixed at choice represents a given electric resistance which is adjusted to the desired humidity value, to the temperature at the measuring point and to the specific properties of the respective tobacco mixture. Supplementary appliances for the automatic indication of ranges, the direct registering of figures and the storage of results can be incorporated with the apparatus presented. It is also possible to take parallel measurements of temperature and to compensate for its influence on the measuring results.

AbstractTwo high-temperature X-ray diffraction cameras are described which have been employed at Battelle to determine thermal expansion of metals and ceramic materials. Specimen preparation and temperature measurement and control are described. Lattice-parameter data vs. temperature are presented for uranium, uranium dioxide, and magnesium oxide.

Previous research has revealed that passive (involuntary inhalation) tobacco smoking during gestation can have adverse effects upon the developing fetus. These prior investigations did not concentrate on changes in fetal morphology. This study was undertaken to delineate fetal neural abnormalities at the ultrastructural level in mice pups exposed in utero to passive maternal smoking.Pregnant study animals, housed in a special chamber, were subjected to cigarette smoke daily from conception until delivery. Blood tests for determination of carbon monoxide levels were run at 15-18 days gestation. Sciatic nerve tissue from experimental and control animals were obtained following spontaneous delivery and fixed in 2.5% gluteraldehyde in 0.1M cacodylate buffer pH 7.3. The samples were post-fixed in osmium ferrocyanide (1:1 mixture of 1.5% aqueous OSO4 and 2.5% K4 Fe(CN)6). Following dehydration, the tissues were infiltrated with and embedded in Spurr. Sections were stained with uranyl acetate and lead citrate.
