Abstract In this paper, we consider the structure of water and waves from viewpoints of two observers, one on 4-dimensional manifold and the other on 11-dimensional manifold. On a four dimensional manifold, if water contains molecules of DNA, it emits waves that by attaching to a second water, molecules give their information to it and produce new structures which are affected by the existence of DNA molecules and can be detected by PCR. Type of DNA packings in men and women are different. Consequently, their radiated waves are different and for storing their information, we need to two types of water. However on a four dimensional manifold, the structures of water are approximately the same. There is a probability that differences between various types of water could be observed in extra dimensions. On the other hand, waves that interact with water in extra dimensions can play the role of topoisomerases in biology on 11-dimensional manifold. They open packings of DNA, read it’s information and transmit it to water. Properties of these topoisomerase-like waves are different from electromagnetic and gravitational waves. However, by reducing the number of dimensions from 11 to 4, these waves become similar to known waves in four dimensions. Two structures of water and wave in extra dimensions have effects in nature. For example, waters inside the egg of women and water outside it have different structures which causes to emergence of the entanglement between them. If sperm enter water outside the egg, this entanglement is broken and some holes appear inside the egg. To fill these holes, sperms are teleported from water to water inside the egg. Another effect is radiating some topoisomerase like waves of earth and sun which are helpful for plants and transcription and translation in cells. In some cases, these waves interact with water, extract DNA from it’s structure in extra dimensions and create life.

In this paper, we consider the structure of water and waves from viewpoints of two observers, one lives on 4-dimensional manifold and another lives on 11-dimensional manifold. On four dimensional manifold, water emit waves which contain some packages of information about it's structures. If these packages achieve to the second water, produce some structures like the structures of initial water in it. If first water contain molecules of DNA, it's structures change and consequently emit different packages of information. These new packages give their information to second water and produce new structures which are affected by the existence of DNA molecules. By using the PCR and other mechanisms for second water, we can extract exact information about the initial water. Type of packings of DNAs in men is different from women. Consequently, their radiated waves are different and for storing their information, we need to two types of water. However on four dimensional manifold, the structures of water are approximately the same. There is a probability that differences between various types of water could be observed in extra dimensions. On the other hand, waves that interact with water in extra dimensions can play the role of topoisomerases in biology on 11-dimensional manifold. They open packings of DNA, read it's information and transmit it to water. Properties of these topoisomerse-like waves are dierent from electromagnetic and gravitational waves. However,by reducing dimensions from 11 to 4, these waves become similar to known waves in four dimensions. For this reason, we consider the probable structures of water and waves in extra dimensions.

Recently, some authors have shown that life can be emerged in pure water. Weconrm this claim and propose a mechanism for extracting DNA from pure water. In this model, water has two structures which are the same in four dimensions anddierent in extra dimensions. These structure are similar to the structures of DNAsof men and women in extra dimensions. This helps the water to store two dierentinformations of DNAs. Some special waves can interact with water and extract it'sstructure from extra dimension. These waves act like topoisomerases in biology on11-dimensional manifold.

In this paper, we propose a new model which allows to consider all evolutions of DNA from viewpoint of an observer on 11-dimensional manifold. In this model, DNA is an 4 + n-dimensional object in 11 dimensional space-time which is compacted to 4-dimensional manifold. This leads to the emergence of a curved space-time around DNA and production of some new waves. To exchange information between DNAs, it is needed that waves play the role of topoisomerases in extra dimensions. These topoisomerase-like waves open packings of DNA, read it’s information and compact it again. The shape and properties of these waves are completely different from gravitational and electromagnetic ones. By reducing dimensions from 11 to 4, the topoisomerase-like waves obtain the properties of known fields like gravitons and photons.

The position of women in society is often regarded as second-class, making the backward condition and used as scapegoats for the backwardness of a society and nation. And even worse, the treatment of women by putting it as second-class communities are often mentioned as religious injunctions of Islam. On the other hand, there are those who want to empower women by giving women the freedom to freely, by demanding their equality with men in all aspects, without considering the differences that have been given by God to men and women. So what happens is the increasing number of family breakdown leading to divorce and loss of sosial community building. Hence
the need for reconstruction of a fair idea about the position of women, both on the relationship of women with men, as well as the position and role of women in family and society. Based on observations of the hadiths of the Messenger of Allah, it was shown that a Muslim woman at the time (shahabiyah) has had a very complex role in the community. Nevertheless, they do not leave their primary role in the family and still uphold the ethics
of religion in the publik domain.

In the modern use, “bisexuality” refers to sexual object choice, whereas “androgyny” refers to sexual identity. In ancient Greece and Rome, however, these terms sometimes refer to human beings born with characteristics of both sexes, and more frequently to an adult male who plays the role of a woman, or to a woman who has the appearance of a man, both physically and morally. In mythology, having both sexes simultaneously or successively characterises, on the one hand, the first human beings, animals, or even plants from which arose male and female, and on the other, mediators between human beings and gods, the living and the dead, men and women, past and future, and human generations. Thus androgyny and bisexuality were used as a tools to cope with one’s biological, social, and even fictitious environment.

A modern economy is market focused. It is held that when a woman becomes a participant in the market on her own term as a rational economic agent she is empowered in an economic sense. It does not take into account the other spectrums of empowerment viz. gender political, cultural and like. A nation's infrastructure provides the basic scaffolding for development. The differences in how men and women use infrastructure services have important implications for sector policies, investment priorities, and program designs. This chapter will analyse how the infrastructure development programme as an economic process assist women to enhance capability of them within society and how its actual impact is mutually constituted by other non-economic social processes and make it an over determined matter. Our study has shown that adequate access of the social infrastructure services has fetched benefits for women and ensures empowerment of women.

This paper examines gender in an Islamic perspective. In Islam there are several controversy issues related to gender relations, including the origin of the creation of women, the concept of inheritance, witnessing, polygamy, reproductive rights, the rights of female divorces, and the public role of women. This fact will be very interesting if it is related to the Koran as the main source of Islamic teachings. Al-Quran does not deny the existence of differences (distinction) between men and women but these differences are not differences (discrimination) that benefit one party and harm the other party. By basing on the main sources of Islamic teachings, namely the Koran and Hadith, it was found some disclosures of the meaning of words related to gender such as al-rajul wa al-nisa, al-zakar wa al-untsa and al-mar'u and al-mar'ah. Various explanations in detail and globally regarding the position of men and women in accordance with their respective nature. They are created in pairs, like two sides of a coin that cannot be separated in an effort to expand their duties as khalifatullah fil ardi.
