AbstractThe Dynamic Compacting (DC) method is promising method to produce considerable-size nonporous wares. The phenomenon is based on the impact of shock wave on the initial powders of amorphous alloys. Every time when the shock wave propagates through the bulk of substance then the temperature rises substantially. Therefore there is a need of study of the DC’s effect on the structure and properties of the amorphous alloys. The results of the thermal analysis (in particular, Differential Scanning Calorimetry) of the samples of the soft magnetic alloys are presented in the report. These results concern with amorphous alloys of 5BDSR, GM414, 10NSR trademarks before DC and after DC, respectively. It is shown there is single low-temperature endothermic peak (near 300C) and there are several high temperature exothermic peaks (near 540C, 650C, and 700C). The first peak is related to glass-transition, the following peaks are related to formation of nano-crystalline phases. It was proved by XRD analysis data. The optimal regimes of the thermal processing of final wares were chosen on the base of thermal- and XRD-analysis. The study of the effects of these regimes on the properties (magnetic conductivity, specific losses etc.) of the circular magnetic conductors was executed. In particular, thermal- as well as thermo-magnetic processing of magnetic conductors based on 5BDSR amorphous alloy (after DC) essentially improves their magnetic properties. For example, magnetic conductivity fÝ increases approximately by factor 17 with respect to the magnitude before DC.

Silicon steel plate is main material of motor and transformer , and was always used die for its production . Through water cutting test , the cutting speed of beeline and arc and water pressure was adjusted , the water cutting technology was mastered . The quality of production such as dimension , burr height was controlled well . The cut area was not rust because of using dry technology and the magnetic conductivity was not affected using water cutting . It will provides a speediness way for silicon steel plate production .

New copper(II) complexes of general composition: CuLX2.nH2O (X = Cl-, n = 0.25; X = NO3-, n = 0.5), Cu2L3Cl4.2H2O, CuL2X2.H2O (X = ClO4-, BF4- and NO3-) and Cu2L7X4 (X = ClO4-, BF4- and NO3-), where L = 1-phenyl-4,6-dimethylpyrimidine-2-thione, have been isolated. Chemical and thermal analyses, conductivity, magnetic susceptibility, infrared and ligand field spectroscopic data and, for the perchlorate complexes also polarographic studies, are reported. Diagnostic IR bands frequencies of counter-ions, χ(Cu-X) modes and ligand field spectra for the mono-and bis-ligand compounds, having an equatorial [CuNSCl2], [CuNSO2] and [CuN2S2] microsymmetry, indicate a coordinating character of some anions, suggesting an elongated octahedral geometry for these complexes. For the [Cu2L7]X4 (X = ClO4-, BF4- and NO3-) complexes, which exhibit at room temperature subnormal magnetic moments, a polynuclear structure with the copper(II) in a roughly square-pyramidal environment, is proposed. Polarographic data for the perchlorate complexes and for the Cu(ClO4)2-L system at various ligand concentrations, have shown that in DMF solution the prevailing species are [CuL2]2+, [CuL3]2+ and [Cu2L7]4+ confirming the oxidation state II for the copper ions in the [Cu2L7]X4 complexes.

The paper is devoted to experimental study of electroconductive properties of silica and alumina nanopowders and magnetic conductivity of nickel nanopowder, comparison with air data is carried out. The experiments showed that silica nanopowders can prevent from air disruption. It was shown also that dielectric compounds (for example, alumina) nanopowders can possess electroconductive properties.
