The relevance of the article is due to the importance of the development of export of high-processing industries. Objective: to develop methodological support for assessing the neo-industrial export specialization of regions and its determining factors. The research methods included identifying potential assessment parameters and testing their applicability based on the analysis of economic development statistics of the region selected as an example. The proposed methodological support for the assessment of neo-industrial export specialization includes its integral assessment, assessment of goods and services, assessment of the contribution of the high-tech component to the change in exports, ranking of regions by absolute values of high-tech exports. The method of assessing the factors of neo-industrial export specialization involves the assessment of indicators that identify these factors of exo-and endogenous order – the development of manufacturing production, innovation potential, transport potential, the development of the export support system, and the international demand for the region's products. The practical significance of the proposed methodological support lies in the fact that it makes it possible to analyze the neo-industrial export specialization of Russian regions and the factors of its development, and to identify and analyze possible directions of development in this area.

This paper aims to examine export, import and trade intensity, export specialization index, Herfindahl-Hirschman index for bilateral concentration and diversification indices to analyze the specializations, structure and trends of deficit in bilateral trade between Bangladesh and China from 1995 to 2018 and policy recommendations in this regard. The results reveal that the gap of export and import intensity between Bangladesh and China is widening rapidly perennial. The export specialization indices expose very significant outcomes where among the analyzed 16 sectors; 6 sectors exhibit high specialization, 3 sectors demonstrate medium, 3 sectors exhibit low and the rest of the 4 sectors disclose no specialization for Bangladesh’s export to China. The findings of the Herfindahl-Hirschman Index (HHI) reveal that from 1995 to 2010 the export of Bangladesh to China concentrated within few sectors but from the year 2011 to 2018 the export has been reclassifying steadily into diversification. The overall analysis of the indices suggests the necessity to be improved of the level of intra-industry trade between China and Bangladesh. Moreover, emphasis should be given to the sectors having a high specialization that endure the capacity to narrow the trade deficit. Furthermore, the export baskets of Bangladesh to China require to be diversified. Hereafter, various measures and implications are also suggested in the policy recommendation for further improvement.

Topicality. The relevance of change of export specialization of Russia has paramount character. Methodical approaches to an economic assessment of recreational resources of the region are considered (rent, expensive, standard, etc.), their critical evaluation is given, and expediency of application of a complex method of an assessment is proved. It consists in group of all existing methods and allocations of indicators of efficiency by each group of methods. The system of calculation of an integrated (complex) indicator of an economic assessment of recreational resources is given.Aim and tasks. For stimulation of agrotourist activity in the Russian Federation we conducted researches on measurement of agrotourist capacity of the economic region of Russia united in the North-South program for a long time. Tasks of identification of agrotourist capacity of regions at respect for the principles of territorial division of labor were set, and according to rationalization of placement and specialization of branches.Research results. Import substitution of food opens ample opportunities for entrance tourism which is a peculiar form of export of food production and tourist's services. It especially is important that organic production often is perishable (hot bread, pair milk, cottage cheese, sour cream, etc.). From this it follows that tendencies of small farms in the village (LE, K(F)H, SPK, etc.) on reception of foreign tourists have the prospects. The interests of the tourists wishing to get acquainted with the multinational culture of Russia features of national crafts and crafts, dream natural places are many-dimensional complemented with consumer goods in the form of organic production. As a result of carried out researches it has turned out that indicators on tourism and agrotourism have coincided. The economic sense is quite explainable here. In the future prospect, it is expedient to transfer all internal and entrance tourism to agrotourism or tourism of rural territories, there is an insignificant part of a tourist's product in the large cities of regional value. Agrotourism on the international standards includes the small and average cities, reflecting all means of placement, natural and cultural and historical potential.Conclusions. As a result of a research, it is possible to draw a conclusion that today the scheme of the movement of financial resources - from tourist to the agricultural enterprises is of particular importance. The calculations which are carried out according to this scheme allow to define for three-year term limits of multiplicative stability of agrotourist production, components 5,9 and 11,7 trillion rubles.

The paper is devoted to the study of Russia’s export specialization in the countries of Africa in the period from 2001 to 2017. A comprehensive analysis of the dynamics, the commodity and geographical structure of Russian exports to the African continent has been carried out. Using bilateral trade data for product groups at the level of two digits of the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System (HS), this study examines the main patterns of comparative advantage in Russia’s trade with the countries of the region in the early 21st century. Based on the calculation results of the bilateral revealed comparative advantage index (RCA), authors identified a group of Russia’s trade partners in Africa, characterized by the largest number of export specialization product groups: Algeria, Angola, Guinea, Egypt, South Africa. Comparative analysis of Russia’s export specialization in Africa with the main partners in terms of trade turnover indicates, that Russia has more diverse comparative advantages in trade with some African countries (17 product groups), than with European ones, such as Germany (9 product groups) and Netherlands (8 groups). The study shows that Russia has export specialization in the following main product groups in African countries: HS 84 ‘Nuclear reactors, boilers, machinery and mechanical appliances; parts thereof ’, HS 85‘Electrical machinery and equipment and parts thereof ’, HS 87 ‘Vehicles other than railway or tramway rolling-stock, and parts and accessories thereof ’, HS 48‘Paper and paperboard’ and HS 10‘Cereals’. The authors revealed, that the intensity of Russia’s export specialization in African countries increases with the augmentation of the technical complexity of products exported. It proves that Russian industrial products have competitive advantages in the African market. The development and strengthening of economic cooperation with Africa is one of the most important direction of non-commodity and non-energy exports expansion and geographical diversification of Russian trade. The paper concludes by discussing the promising avenues for the future Russian-African export partnership.

The paper attempts to determine Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) and Revealed Symmetric Comparative Advantage (RSCA) of Indian agriculture sector with respect to top five agriculture exporting countries viz; USA, UK, UAE, Singapore and China. The study evaluates the structure of comparative advantage from 1995-2017. Data as per the Standard International Trade Classification (SITC-1) is used to compute RCA and RSCA index. The indices reveals the comparative advantage in case of majority of commodities like fish, fish preparations, fruits, vegetables, sugar, sugar preparations, miscellaneous food products, wood, lumber and cork. Increasing world demand for exports trailed by the competitiveness of Indian exports has played an important role in export performance.
