The issues of designing anechoic chambers for antenna measurements of a certain type – em-bedded in the premises of industrial purpose are considered. The advantage of such chambers is a positive economic effect associated with both the reduction of costs for construction work, and with the possibility of joint use of auxiliary room systems in the process of operation. Known ap-proaches to the design of chambers for antenna measurements are based either on ensuring a min-imum level of aesthetics, or minimum overall dimensions. In this case, it is necessary to provide a compromise between the parameters of anechoic stability and overall dimensions while ensuring the technological accessibility of the entire usable area of the room. Aim. The aim of the work is to justify the form and geometric dimensions of the chamber. Research Methods. In the process of re-search used the methods of geometric optics. When justifying the form of the chamber, practical aspects were taken into account, namely, the common form of industrial premises and workshops, as well as the possibility of effective use of common radio-absorbing materials to cover the cham-ber from the inside. In the process of finding the optimal effective geometric dimensions, the quality functionals were assumed to be aechoic and dimensional parameters. Results. A chamber in the form of a rectangular trapezoid is optimal for embedding in industrial premises. The expressions for the geometric dimensions of the chamber, ensuring the absence of first- and second-order reflections in the working area, have been found. The optimum value of the deflection angle of the back wall of the anechoic chamber was found. Conclusion. Based on the above technique, an anechoic chamber of a compact range for antenna measurements has been realized.

This paper explores the comparative analysis of the financial controlling, who is a result from the common controlling concept and the financial management. In the specialized literature, financial controlling is seen as an innovative approach to financial management. It is often presented as the most promising instrument of financial diagnostics. Generally speaking, financial controlling is seen as a process of managing the company`s assets which are valued in monetary measures. The difference between the financial management and the financial controlling is that the second covers all functions of management, analysis and control of finances, aiming at maximizing their effective use and increasing the value of the enterprise. Financial controlling is often seen as a function of the common practice of financial management. Its objective is to preserve the financial stability and financial sustainability of enterprises operating in a highly aggressive business environment.

Anechoic chambers are widely used in performing EMC measurements according to the established EMC standards. As in space area, EMC measurement is critically important to ascertain all of electrical and electronic components in the satellite body will function correctly without fail during launching and operation mode. Recognizing the needs and importance of performing the EMC measurements, the shielding performance of the chamber should be prioritized to ensure the interference of electromagnetic wave from outside going to inside the constructed chamber does not exist. As to maintain the shielding element, periodic checking and inspection should be well planned by conducting a specific test. This paper outlines a series of procedures that are developed while running the test. The test will characterize the shielding performance at four (4) frequency ranges using different types of antenna set. Typical test results are gathered and presented at the measured frequencies. Based on the results, it is concluded that the shielding performance of anechoic chamber is standing in good condition at three (3) ranges of frequencies except for frequency of 10 kHz to 200MHz. Several steps are recommended to remove or eliminate the random noise.

In the design of disconnected steering trapezoid, the Fmincon function of MATLAB optimization toolbox is used to optimize its basic parameters. First, establish the optimal mathematical model. Second, obtain wheel angle curve of inside and outside steering by least-squares fitting. Finally, compare the curve with the ideal Ackerman geometric curve to get the optimization parameters of disconnected steering trapezoid. The example of optimized design validated that the actual curve of deflection angle of the both sides of steering wheel was almost close to perfect Ackerman geometry curve, it ensures the steering of wheel do pure rolling in the common conditions, which reduce tire wear

The emergence of monetary surrogates is a consequence of the inability to comprehensively meet the public needs for servicing the turnover of various objects (property, rights, etc.) solely with the help of money. Bringing a short-term positive economic effect, monetary surrogates compete with state money, disrupting money circulation. An important role in limiting monetary surrogates is played by legal remedies, the effective use of which is possible only if the content of the legal category «monetary surrogate» is determined. At the same time, the norms of law do not disclose its content, and in the scientific community there is a discussion on this issue, while its vector is shifted towards understanding the monetary surrogate only as a means of payment, unnecessarily narrowing it. The reliability and validity of the results are achieved through the integrated application of the comparative legal method (when comparing the concepts of money and monetary surrogate, as well as other single-order legal categories), logical-theoretical methods, and other research methods. As a result of the study, the authors tried to determine the content of the legal category «monetary surrogate» from the standpoint of his main economic functions of money, which allows not only to distinguish this category from related concepts, but effectively apply various legal restrictions, which the use of monetary surrogates. Theoretical bases of research of private monetary systems are developed, in particular, their classification on the following signs is carried out: appointment, the status of the issuer, sphere of distribution. It is determined that the main reasons for the emergence of private money are the insufficiency or unsuitability of public currencies to service economic relations. The place of electronic money in the modern globalized economy is highlighted. It was found that the emergence of cryptocurrencies initiated a new stage in the development of the monetary system, which is characterized by the lack of a single issuer and the inability of the state to regulate them.

The article considers some methodological issues of researching the potential of the regional consumer market, analyzes the indicators characterizing the availability and use of labor potential, infrastructure elements, commodity stocks in Novosibirsk region. Index multiplicative models of the studied indicators allowed us to obtain a quantitative assessment of the influence of factors on the consumer market potential. The development of retail trade turnover is regarded as a social and economic effect of the consumer market functioning. The author came to the conclusion that there is a lack of effective use of the regional consumer market potential and there are problems in the retail regulation system.

The essence of the organizational-economic mechanism formation at the enterprises and its treatment are investigated. It is determined, that at present the unified scientific approach to the treatment of the notion «economic mechanism» and «organizational-economic mechanism» is not available. Being based on the analyses of the literature devoted to the problem of investigation the essence of the organizational economic mechanism of energy-saving, the statement of the notion of the organizational-economic mechanism of energy-saving has been proposed. It includes the system of interconnected economic and organizational components affecting the power recourses consuming and their application in industry, the latest achievements being taken into account. The proposed organizational-economic mechanism will facilitate the reduction of energy dependence, the growth of the production output competitiveness and the effectiveness of the innovation technologies application at the enterprises. The energy-saving was considered to be the kind of the power-resources saving activity at the enterprises which results in the fuel-energy resources consuming decrease or replacing of one type of power resource by the other. The main tasks of the mechanism are presented. It is shown, that the organizational-economic mechanism of energy-saving at the enterprises combines organizational and economic measures affecting both economic and organizational factors of energy-saving for productions of the product unit. It results in raising activity efficiency. In order to obtain the project level of energy efficiency the economic stipulation and financial inducement are expected by the mechanism. It is found that essence of the organizational economic mechanism of energy-saving at the enterprises provides the effective application of economic, engineering and organizational measures of the energy- saving, which will ultimately affect the significant economic effect at the enterprise. The essence of the organizational and economic mechanism of energy saving ensures effective use of economic, technical and organizational measures for energy saving.

Opioids remain a major advance in pain medicine, but their power comes with responsibility. The prescription of opioid medicines has become a major policy issue in all nations across Europe. In this chapter of European Pain Management we offer a brief history of the use of opioids for pain, with a focus on how the modern challenges have developed, followed by a review of opioid prescribing across Europe, compared with that in North America. The harms of opioid use are reviewed, as are the barriers to their effective use in the European context. A working example from the United Kingdom is given, but a focus on the common experiences across Europe is maintained. The challenge for pain clinicians is always to offer the best treatment for the person with enduring and intrusive pain, but not at the cost of exposing a larger population of patients to harm.

Abstract The uneven spatial distribution of stations providing precipitable water vapor (PWV) observations in China hinders the effective use of these data in data assimilation, nowcasting, and prediction. . In this study, we propose a complex network framework for exploring the topological structure and the collective behavior of PWV in mainland China. We used the Pearson correlation coefficient and transfer entropy to measure the linear and nonlinear relationships of PWV amongst different stations and to set up undirected and directed complex networks, respectively. Our findings revealed the statistical and geographical distribution of the variables influencing PWV networks and identified the vapor information source and sink stations. Specifically, the findings showed that the statistical and spatial distributions of the undirected and directed complex vapor networks in terms of degree and distance were similar to each other (the common interaction mode for vapor stations and their locations). The betweenness results displayed different features. The largest betweenness ratio for directed networks tended to be larger than that of undirected networks, implying the transfer of directed PWV networks was more efficient than that of undirected networks. The findings of this study are heuristic and will be useful for constructing the best strategy for the application of PWV data in applications such as vapor observational networks design and precipitation prediction.
