The web-based Academic Monitoring System for Students with Disabilities is a software development that aims to monitor the academic activities of students with disabilities. This development needs to be done because the average Grade Point Average (GPA) of students with disabilities is often below the average GPA of their class. This system was developed using the R&D method with a prototyping approach. Based on testing with black box techniques that have been carried out, this system shows the accuracy of success, with feature suitability and user acceptance of the system by 100%. In conclusion, this system can be used as a software tool to monitor the academic activities of students with disabilities.[Sistem Monitoring Akademik bagi Mahasiswa Difabel berbasis web merupakan sebuah pengembangan software yang bertujuan untuk melakukan monitoring kegiatan akademik para mahasiswa penyandang disabilitas. Pengembangan ini perlu dilakukan karena rerata Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) mahasiswa penyandang disabilitas sering kali di bawah rerata IPK seangkatan.  Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan metode R&D dengan pendekatan prototyping.  Berdasar pengujian dengan teknik black box yang telah dilakukan, sistem ini menunjukkan tingkat akurasi keberhasilan, dengan kesesuaian fitur dan penerimaan user terhadap sistem sebesar 100%.  Kesimpulannya, sistem ini dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai perangkat lunak bantu untuk melakukan monitoring terhadap proses kegiatan akademik para mahasiswa difabel.]

ABSTRACT - Web-based information technology today is needed by the company in facilitating its activities. Likewise with PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) which handles various activities and jobs related to customer service, such as customer registration, savings and loan services, financial installment payment etc. PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Unit Cepoko is one of the branches of BRI unit that has not used the web in its activities for customer registration service so that this makes it difficult for prospective customers located far from institutions that want to become customers. Therefore it takes a web that can be used to facilitate registration of prospective customers. This study aims to design a web created using Macromedia Dreamweaver 8, where the application is expected to facilitate the implementation of the web for customer registration. Software development using Waterfall method and testing using Black Box Testing method. The results of this study is a webbased information system that allows prospective customers to register as a customer at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Unit Cepoko, Ngawi. Abstract. Applying Fisher Yates Shuffle Algorithm on The Web-Based TOEFL Preparation Application. TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) in Indonesia has been using paper all this time so the questions given to participants are still the same. Therefore, an application for randomizing the TOEFL questions is needed. The algorithm for randomizing the questions used is the Fisher Yates Shuffle algorithm, which is an algorithm to generate random permutations from a finite set. The purpose of this research is to make an application of the Fisher Yates Shuffle algorithm in the web based TOEFL Preparation application in Britania Purwokerto. Britania Purwokerto is an English language course in Banyumas. The method used to develop the application is the Extreme Programming (XP) method. After testing using the black box testing method, it is concluded that the fisher yates shuffle algorithm can be applied in the web based TOEFL Preparation application for the online TOEFL test in Britania Purwokerto.Keywords: Course Institution, TOEFL, Fisher Yates Shuffle, Extreme Programming.Abstrak. Ujian TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) di Indonesia selama ini masih menggunakan paper sehingga soal yang diberikan kepada peserta tetap sama. Oleh karena itu diperlukan aplikasi untuk mengacak soal ujian TOEFL. Algoritma pengacakan soal pada aplikasi yang digunakan yaitu algoritma Fisher Yates Shuffle, yang merupakan sebuah algoritma untuk menghasilkan permutasi acak dari suatu himpunan terhingga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat aplikasi penerapan algoritma Fisher Yates Shuffle pada aplikasi TOEFL berbasis web untuk Britania Purwokerto. Britania Purwokerto merupakan lembaga kursus bahasa Inggris yang berada di Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi adalah metode Extreme Programming (XP). Setelah dilakukan pengujian mengunakan metode black box testing disimpulkan bahwa algoritma Fisher Yates Shuffle dapat diterapkan pada aplikasi TOEFL Preparation berbasis web untuk ujian online di Britania Purwokerto. Along with the current development of Information Technology is always changing to make the security of an information is very important, especially on a network connected to the internet. But what is unfortunate is that the imbalance between each development of a technology is not accompanied by developments in the security system itself, so that there are quite a lot of systems that are still weak and have to be increased by the security wall. This study aims to design a Web-based App interface to facilitate users or administrators in securing network computers from various types of attacks. The Instrusion detection system (IDS) method is used to detect suspicious activity in a system or network using snort and honeypot. Honeypot is built on a computer along with Apache, MySQL, and Snort. Honeypot will act as a target to attract attackers and log information from the attacker and snort to apply the rules made from the web. The functional system will then be tested using the black box testing method. The results of this study concluded that Web App-based interfaces that are created can be used to help users and administrators in maintaining data and information on server computers from various types of attacks on computer networks

Abstrak— Kebutuhan akan penggunaan teknologi informasi di era modern ini memang sudah tak terelakkan lagi. Hal ini terjadi di berbagai instansi, tak terkecuali di pondok pesantren. Di sebagian besar pondok pesantren, banyak wali santri mengalami kesulitan dalam memilih asrama yang sesuai untuk putra putrinya ketika tahun ajaran baru. Hal ini terjadi karena banyaknya pilihan asrama yang disediakan oleh pondok pesantren. Asrama tersebut bervariasi mulai dari sisi biaya, fasilitas asrama, dan kegiatan asrama. Oleh sebab itu perlu dibuat suatu Sistem Informasi Asrama (SIRAMA) agar dapat membantu wali santri dalam mencari asrama yang paling sesuai dengan kriteria dan kebutuhan putra-putrinya. SIRAMA merupakan aplikasi berbasis web yang berfungsi sebagai media informasi tentang asrama di pondok pesantren. Informasi tersebut meliputi biaya awal masuk asrama, biaya perbulan, fasilitas asrama, dan jadwal kegiatan asrama. SIRAMA dibangun dengan metode waterfall dan dikembangkan menggunakan PHP Framework Yii. Setelah dilakukan pengujian dengan metode Black-box dan pengujian User Acceptance, dapat disimpulkan bahwa SIRAMA yang dibangun dengan framework Yii dapat menampilkan asrama yang sesuai dengan kriteria dari pengguna yaitu santri atau wali santri. SIRAMA juga dapat diterima dengan sangat baik oleh pengguna. Kata Kunci— Sistem Informasi Asrama, Pondok Pesantren, Pencarian Asrama, Framework YiiAbstract— The need of information technology in the modern era is inevitable. It occurs in most of institutions, including the Islamic Boarding School. Parents of Islamic Boarding School students have difficulty in choosing a proper dorm for their child in new academic year. This happens because there are many choices provided by the boarding school. The dormitories vary in terms of cost, facilities, and activities of the dorm. Therefore, it is necessary to build a Dorm Information Systems (SIRAMA) to assist  parents and students in searching a dormitory that best meets their criteria. SIRAMA is a web-based application that serves as an information media about the dormitory at boarding school. The information consists of the initial cost of dormitory entrance, monthly fees, boarding facilities, and schedule activities of the dorm. SIRAMA is developed using waterfall model, implemented using PHP Yii framework as the programming language, and tested with black-box testing and user acceptance testing. The result shows that SIRAMA is capable to recommend a list of dormitories that meets the students or parents’ criteria. Garbage is the residual material resulting from a production process, both industry and households. Based on Brebes district's statistical data, the Paguyangan sub-district is in fourth place with an average of 249.62 m3 of garbage per day. Paguyangan is one of the villages in the Paguyangan sub-district. Paguyangan has a garbage problem where people still have the habit of throwing garbage in the river and yards around the house. Based on this, the Paguyangan Village Hall plans to build a garbage bank to overcome the problem. A garbage bank managed activities such as recording saving's transactions. This study conducted a web-based design of the Garbage Bank Information System (SIBS). SIBS is an information system used to help process garbage transactions at a garbage bank. The purpose of this SIBS is to facilitate officers and customers in processing services at the garbage bank. The methodology used in system development is the Waterfall method. SIBS development uses PHP as a programming language and MySql as the DBMS. The result of this research is an information system that can be used in the management of Waste Management transactions. The results of system testing using Black box Testing and Mean Opinion Score (MOS) obtained that all components in this system are running well according to needs.

Nowadays, the application of information systems can be applied in many fields, one of which is to support the process of adopting dog as a pet. The purpose of this research therefore is to develop an integrated information system that can be used to facilitate the process of adopting dogs. The developed information system which is web-based has several main functions, such as searching for dogs, managing adoption requests, monitoring dogs that have been adopted, and periodically managing user reports. The proposed system was developed using Rapid Application Development method, PHP programming language, Code Igniter frameworks, and MySQL database. Meanwhile, the system was tested using the black box testing method.

In this study, an expert system is used to detect symptoms of damage to computer hardware. With the application of certainty factor models, it is expected to be able to detect symptoms of damage to computer hardware starting with the symptoms of damage from the computer along with solutions for handling the damage. This study aims to produce a fault diagnosis application on web-based computer hardware. This application is expected to make it easier for users to find solutions regarding experienced hardware problems. This expert system application is made using the certainty factor method so that the resulting diagnosis will display symptoms that have more certainty factors. This application was designed using UML and the PHP programming language with black-box testing. The study was conducted by collecting data through literature study, browsing, and interviews. The research method used is the waterfall method. The time of the research is from September 2019 to February 2020. This research is in an application to diagnose damage to computer hardware. Computer Hardware Damage Detection Application can be a guide for computer users in overcoming the damage to hardware with certainty factor methods and can help users in caring for computer hardware so it is not easily damaged.

Media pembelajaran yang tidak dinamis berdampak kepada efektifitas proses pembelajaran dan pengajaran. Kondisi tersebut mempengaruhi tingkat ketercapaian pemahaman siswa terhadap materi yang diberikan. Alat bantu berbasis multimedia pada proses pembelajaran sudah banyak digunakan di sektor pendidikan untuk membatu proses pembelajaran menjadi lebih baik. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu membuat media pembelajaran alternatif berbasis animasi pada studi kasus di MA. Cahaya Harapan Cisarua Bandung Barat sebagai solusi meningkatkan pemahaman siswa pada mata pelajaran Geografi bahasan siklus hidrologi. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC). Aplikasi dibuat melalui tahapan desain yaitu pembuatan storyboard, implementasi dan pengujian. Hasil pengujian black box testing mengindikasikan aplikasi dapat berjalan sesuai dengan fungsionalitasnya, sementara hasil uji penerimaan pengguna (user acceptance test) terhadap aplikasi secara keselurahan (87%), tingkat pemahaman siswa terhadap materi hidrologi meningkat (36.87%).

Purpose This study aims to support an institution to hold an online meeting or conference in the middle of social distancing, which is currently in effect. Design/methodology/approach In developing this application, rapid application design methodology is used. The implementation used HTML5 and PHP for the Web and MySQL for the database and Agora Software Development Kit. To evaluate the application, the authors had a black box testing method. Findings This application will support the participant registration process, validation, payment, providing a link to the workshop to the participant, token and room name to be able to join an online meeting or conference up to the process of giving a digital attendance certificate to participants or members participating in it. Originality/value An integrated Web application provides full services, starting from the registration process, payment, the conference meeting itself and certificate of attendance.

<p class="Abstrak">Setiap tahun, pada bulan Desember dilaksanakan acara wisuda bagi santri TPA binaan Universitas Darussalam Gontor (UNIDA Gontor) yang dinyatakan lulus ujian. Para santri tersebut harus lulus empat tahapan ujian, yaitu lisan, praktik, tulis dan Al-Quran. Pada sistem penilaian yang ada saat itu, masih menggunakan perhitungan rata-rata. Padahal menurut evaluasi para Ustadz dan kepala Lembaga Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LPkM) mestinya ujian Al-Quran menjadi prioritas utama. Maka hasil evaluasi memberi rekomendasi bahwa ujian Al-Quran wajib dimasukkan dalam prioritas utama dengan bobot paling besar sebagai acuan penentuan kelulusan. Untuk mendapatkan sebuah prioritas dalam penilaian perlu sebuah metode yang memberikan bobot nilai yang multi attribute, diantaranya Weight Product (WP). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menerapkan metode WP untuk seleksi kelulusan santri wisuda TPA UNIDA Gontor dalam bentuk sistem informasi. Pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemrograman <em>PHP </em>dan <em>MySQL</em>. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan metode <em>black box </em>dan kuesioner. Pengujian sistem menggunakan metode <em>black box </em>menghasilkan alur dan rangkaian sistem yang diharapkan tanpa ada error. Pengujian sistem dengan penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert menghasilkan nilai rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 4,47 dengan rentang kepuasan “tinggi”. Hasil dari penerapan metode WP ini sudah berjalan sesuai prioritas nilai ujian sesuai dengan aturan LPkM. Pada penelitian berikutnya bisa dikembangkan dengan metode lain diantaranya SAW, TOPSIS, AHP, ARAS dan lain sebagainya.</p><p class="Abstrak"> </p><p class="Abstrak"><em><strong>Abstract</strong></em></p><p class="Abstract"><em>Every year, in December, a graduation ceremony is held for TPA students assisted by the University of Darussalam Gontor (UNIDA Gontor) who have passed the exam. The students must pass four stages of the exam: oral, practical, written, and Al-Quran. In the current rating system, it is still using the average calculation. According to the evaluation of the teacher and the head of LPkM, the Al-Quran exam should be the top priority. Then the assessment has a recommendation to gives direction to the stages of the Al-Quran examination included in the top priority. To prioritize the review needs a multi-attribute weight value method, including Weight Product (WP). This study aims to apply the WP method to select prospective students graduating from TPA UNIDA Gontor in the form of information systems. Development of Web-based information systems using PHP and MySQL programming languages. System testing has done using black-box testing and the questionnaire. Testing using the black-box produces expected system paths and sequences without any errors. Testing the system by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale provides an overall average value of 4.47 with a "high" satisfaction range. The results of the WP method's application have been running according to the priority of the test scores by the rules of LPkM. Other methods can be applied in further research, including SAW, TOPSIS, AHP, ARAS, etc.</em></p><p class="Abstrak"><em><strong><br /></strong></em></p>
