The objectives of the research are designing and create a laboratory information management system (SIMLAB) based on codeIgniter framework, and ensure the software quality based on Web-QEM standarts. It was built to help facilitate the process of laboratory management in SMK X in Yogyakarta City. The problems that occur in SMK X are the recording of inventory, borrowing and returning equipment is still processed manually on books that have not been able to support service flexibility and data security. The type of this research is Research and Development (R&D) with waterfall development model. The phases of this development model include analysis, design, coding, and testing. The analysis stage include literature study, field studies, user analysis, software analysis, and hardware analysis. Planning stages include database design using ERD, interface design, and modeling with UML. Coding stage uses the Code Igniter framework for back-end, Bootstrap framework as a supporting front-end framework, and My SQL relational database. Testing stage uses the quality standards of Web-QEM. The results of this research are (1) laboratory management information system developed by some features: laboratory information, scheduling, guest books, inventory, loan, return, and maintenance equipment. (2) The quality test result of functionality characteristic gave 100% (very suitable), reliability gave 100% (satisfy), usability gave 83.4% (very suitable), efficiency characteristic using YSlow gave 95.2% (very suitable), and  using Page Speed gave 95.7% (very suitable) with 0.6 seconds for load time (accepted). Base on the test could be concluded that the laboratory information management system meets the quality standards of Web-QEM.

In the era of rapid development of information, with the popularization of computers, the development of science and technology, and the continuous growth of IT technology and business, the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system has become a platform and guarantee for the completion of business management processes after long-term operations. Establishing a logistics management information system is an important means for Chinese companies to improve their logistics efficiency. This is the prerequisite for modern companies to gain a competitive advantage in the management of logistics companies. Therefore, organizations must adapt to different needs, fierce competition, and rapid strategic changes. This is a powerful supplement to the nature of logistics companies. The logistics management information system has continuously experienced the processes of MRP, MRP II, and ERP. This article aims to study how to use computers in logistics management to create an ERP system-based enterprise logistics information management system. This article puts forward the development significance of logistics information management system, uses ERP system to analyze complex logistics business in detail, and designs the overall framework, specific functions, and data model of the system in detail. The experimental results of this paper show that the ERP system has important application value in the logistics information management system of supply chain enterprises, and it can effectively increase the value of customer satisfaction by 86.7%.

Medical laboratories are the key departments for healthcare. It does not matter if they are independent or part of the health center; they use an information management system. This system has to communicate and exchange data with many different organizations for many different reasons. Interoperability is the ability of two or more systems to exchange data and to use the exchanged data as their own. As always in health information technologies, this is easy to say and hard to perform. It has some challenges. To conquer interoperability, we need standard vocabularies, protocols, nomenclatures, classifications, etc. In this chapter, laboratory management information system-related interoperability issues are examined.

Based on the actual needs of the national mine emergency rescue base, WebGIS is introduced to the mine rescue and combined with the emergency rescue process to develop the coal mine emergency rescue management information system. This article introduces the systems compositions and relationships, identifies the needs and functional requirements of the system,designs the overall architecture of the system and each subsystem, and sets up the database according to the system functions. At present, the system has been applied to the emergency rescue base. The results indicate that the system can provide technical supports for the emergency rescue effectively.

According to the survey of needs of laboratory management system, teachers and managers have behavior induction role to students’ study. So we set up a laboratory management system with the background of cloud and the internet of things, and design dynamic reports works in the system, including database design and report output format. And analyze user’s behavior induction role through the system.

<p><em>Indonesia has great potential zakat due predominantly Muslim. Based on the study Baznas potential zakat fund is expected to reach 217 trillion. However, the constraints of the application of management information system ZIS common in zakat management institutions.Sharia enterprise theory states that people should take responsibility for his actions not only in the world but also in the hereafter. The information system is a system to help accountability. Accounting information system is an information system that contains data or components of both physical and non-physical that interact are then processed to produce useful information for the parties concerned.</em></p>
