The three-dimensional (3D) printing technologies represent a revolution in the manufacturing sector due to their unique characteristics. These printers arecapable to increase the productivitywithlower complexity in addition tothe reduction inmaterial waste as well the overall design cost prior large scalemanufacturing.However, the applications of 3D printing technologies for the manufacture of functional components or devices remain an almost unexplored field due to their high complexity. In this paper the development of 3D printing technologies for the manufacture of functional parts and devices for different applications is presented. The use of 3D printing technologies in these applicationsis widelyused in modelingdevices usually involves expensive materials such as ceramics or compounds. The recent advances in the implementation of 3D printing with the use of environmental friendly materialsin addition to the advantages ofhighperformance and flexibility. The design and implementation of relatively low-cost and efficient 3D printer is presented. The developed prototype was successfully operated with satisfactory operated as shown from the printed samples shown.

This paper elaborates the control of environmental factors in the modern industry and agriculture, and according to the problem that the temperature and the humidity is hard to control automatically, this paper puts forward the design of the greenhouse automatic control system based on MSP430 single chip microcomputer. This design mainly introduces the overall design scheme of the automatic control system, and the use of the properties of various hardware based on MPS430, which mainly include temperature transmission sensor DS18B20 and the humidity transmission sensor CHR01. And then use the environmental control factor algorithm and numerical conversion fuzzy algorithm, so as to realize the temperature and humidity control system.

In this paper, we consider the problem of designing a robust controller for a multivariable servomechanism of a free gyro-stabilized mirror system where there exists cross-coupling between the axes. The nonlinear dynamics of the system are first linearized and reformulated into an H∞ problem. A reduced order output feedback controller is then designed using the asymptotic time-scale and eigenstructure assignment (ATEA) technique. The overall design has been implemented using a personal computer with C++ and tested on the actual gyro-stabilized mirror system. Our simulation and implementation results show that the design is very successful.

Aim to the problem of environmental monitoring in real-time remote data collection, transmission, remote control and analysis, the ZigBee protocol and communication principle is discussed, Through GPRS technology to achieve the remote monitor and information transmit. Based on the Core board S3C2440 to design the circuits; design and complete embedded software WSNIPS and the server software in the VS2005 development. Achieved through MC35i module connection GPRS network and Internet monitoring center for the overall monitoring of the urban environment provides a good platform.

The overall design was explained from three aspects about object monitoring and management system for satellite location. The functions of information comprehensive process, situation integrated display, information terminal were proposed. Then the system which interconnected center control node and terminal nodes was developed by integrating communication technology, GIS technology, GPS technology, and Beidou navigation technology, thus it realized the bidirectional information interaction between all the nodes. Based on MapGIS, the objects dynamical monitoring and management were implemented on the tactical situation map, as well the key technologies for the system were described.
