Approach-avoidance conflict in rats was investigated as a function of physical confinement, number of approach-training trials, similarity of cues and number of shocks. Physical confinement had no effect upon rate of acquisition of approach behavior but did influence penetration to the goal on the conflict trials. Similarity of cues between the training and testing situation was important in determining the extent to which the animal approached the goal during conflict trials; the greater the dissimilarity of cues, the nearer the animals would approach the goal. Approach was also found to be a decreasing function of number of shock trials.

<p>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Inkubator Bisnis Dalam Pelaksanaan Pembinaan UMKM Melalui Program UKM Tenant. Metode Deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Peranan pemerintah semakin dibutuhkan untuk UMKM, karena sejak awal MEA direncanakan sebagai bentuk kerja sama ekonomi dan dalam peranan ini salah satunya dilakukan oleh sebuah lembaga yaitu inkubator bisnis. Efektivitas pelaksanaan suatu organisasi secara umum diartikan sebagai segala usaha yang dapat dilakukan oleh suatu organisasi dengan kemampuan yang ada untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan secara objektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Cikal USU efektif melalui dua pendekatan yang dilakukan selama penelitian yaitu : (1). Pendekatan Sasaran (<em>Goal Approach)</em> di ukur melalui (a). Kemampuan berlaba (b). Pencarian sumber daya. (2). Pendekatan Proses (<em>Process Approach) </em>melalui berbagai indikator internal organisasi (a). Produktivitas. (b). Kemampuan adaptasi atau <em>fleksibilitas</em>. (c). Kepuasan kerja. Berdasarkan penelitian, saran yang dapat peneliti sarankan sebagai berikut : (a). Memperkuat hubungan dengan pihak-pihak terkait dan asosiasi Tenant binaanya dan alumni UKM Tenant. (b). Menyediakan sarana dan prasarana yang tepat, sesuai kebutuhan UKM Tenant. (c). Memprioritaskan pembanggunan <em>mindset</em> Tenant dalam proses pembinaan. (d). Meramaikan Cikal <em>Mart</em> dan menambahkan produk-produk yang di pajang dalam Cikal <em>Mart</em>.</p>

This chapter describes the achievement goal construct’s origins and highlights noteworthy developments in the literature. Specifically it describes how the original dichotomous model of achievement goals developed into the modern trichotomous, 2 × 2, and 3 × 2 models of achievement goals. This historical overview is then used to provide the context for the key theoretical and conceptual issues surrounding the current achievement goal approach and a discussion of how these issues have an impact on empirical studies on achievement goals, especially focusing on the measurement of achievement goals. Finally, the text highlights several emerging lines of research in the literature. This includes achievement goal complexes, expansion of the competence-based model of achievement goals (e.g., potential-based achievement goals), and possible methodological improvement in assessing achievement goals.
