<p>A decision for emergency response should be taken based on existing nuclear preparedness assessment. However, lessons learned from the Fukushima accident revealed that emergency response personals had difficulties in estimating time duration needed for the emergency actions. For that case, it is needed an alternative way to determine the time required for a response to be implemented. The objective of this paper is to applicate the trend analysis method for an emergency planning in NPP accident, especially to estimate time duration of countermeasures such as sheltering, evacuation, and relocation. Estimation was done based on consequences and dose data of PWR-1000 MWe severe accident which was simulated for West Bangka site. Dose and consequence estimations were calculated using Pc-cosyma software, and trend analysis application was performed using statistical software. The result of simulation are:  iodine tablets are to be distributed to residents in the area within radius of 20-30 km; sheltering countermeasure is needed within the radius of 20-30 km for 12 weeks; evacuation is subjected for the area of 20 km from reactor for duration of 12 weeks; relocation is subjected to radius of 10 km for 2.5 years. The trend analysis can be used for supporting the decision making, especially for emergency planning. The advantage of this method is that it can provide quicker result than past methods. Besides, uncertainties can be reduced by using accurate input data and selection of suitable computation model.</p>

The China multipurpose module small reactor named ACP100 is developed by the China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC). The severe accident management guidelines (SAMGs) of ACP100 reactor is necessary to be developed to mitigate the severe accident induced by in the multi-cause extreme conditions. Inject into the steam generators (SGs) is one of the most significant strategies, this strategy aims at protecting the SGs tubes from creep rupture, removing the heat from the reactor coolant system (RCS) and depressurizing the RCS. The entry condition of the severe accident guideline of injecting into the SGs, as usual, is low SG Water level in the most of the present pressurized water reactors that adopt the inverted U-tubes SGs. The integral reactor of ACP100 adopts the design of annular tube once-through SGs. In the normal conditions, the secondary side of the OTSGs is operating in a given steady pressure, any water level measure tool is impossibly set in the OTSGs. Therefore, on the basis of the design features of ACP100, the strategy of injecting into the OTSG at severe accident is studied, the potential entry condition of the corresponding guideline is discussed. And the validity and feasibility of the strategy is validated by the analysis of the integral systems analysis code.

This study aimed to examine the effect of demographic factors and organizational climate on the intention of internal whistleblowing. The sample was an accountant who had worked as an auditor. Data collection methods using questionnaires with financial statement fraud case scenarios. This research use ANOVA data analysis method to examine demographic factors include age, gender, and experience, as well as organizational climate on the intention of internal whistleblowing. The results showed only the experience of demographic factors that influence internal whistleblowing.
