Objectives: The purpose of this study is to analyze Methods of Acupuncture Therapies(鍼法) that are currently practiced in Korean medicine(韓醫學) and to consider the directions in further research and development. Methods: Methods of Acupuncture Therapies(鍼法) were selected based on Acupuncture Medicine textbook of College of Korean Medicine and published researches. Then, selected Methods of Acupuncture Therapies(鍼法) were categorized by characteristics. Also, the selected Methods of Acupuncture Therapies(鍼法) were comprehensively classified according to new models, Heaven-Earth-Human(天地人) model and Dimensional model. The directions of further research and development in Methods of Acupuncture Therapies(鍼法) were considered based on this. Results & Conclusions : In the categorization by characteristics, sufficient basic references were unavailable to consider the directions in further research and development. However, comprehensive classification using Heaven-Earth-Human(天地人) model and Dimensional model was able to be used as references for estimating the relative positions of each Method of Acupuncture Therapies(鍼法) and also, establishing the directions in further research and development.<br/>Regarding the results from comprehensive classification, the studies on Physiology of Four Seasons and Day and night(晝夜) are required. Besides, the acceptance of Western medical contents which include anatomical structures is unavoidable to achieve the development in Methods of Acupuncture Therapies(鍼法). In addition, it is necessary to propose researches founded on an integrated theory of Viscera and Bowels(藏府) and Meridian and Collateral(經絡) which enables to embrace the physiological function of human body. Upon this, the creation of a Four-dimensional Methods of Acupuncture Therapy(鍼法) is also required.

Education is the process of changing one's behavior through teaching and training so that they become more mature. The lack of application of PAI learning values by students of SMP Insan Cendekia Mandiri Boarding School (ICMBS) Sidoarjo, has made the PAI teachers of SMP ICMBS innovate by developing integrated PAI learning. This is supported by the condition of school which based on the Boarding School. The purpose of this study is to describe how the development of ADDIE PAI learning model conducted by PAI SMP ICMBS teachers. The method used in this research is research and development methods. The results shows that the design of learning in the classroom is with the ADDIE model and with the concept of Building Learning Power (BLP). In addition, Teacher-centered methods sometimes also exist in schools. The development of PAI learning undertaken by SMP ICMBS teachers makes students better at implementing PAI learning values, beside the integrated PAI learning curriculum, as well as an excellent design system.

Abstract Background: The common classifications of the fractures of the lateral process of the talus(LTPFs)are based on radiographs and may underestimate the complexity of LTPF, therefore, requiring a comprehensive classification based on CT(Computed tomography) scan. The aim of this study is to propose a such classification system, and to evaluate its reliability and reproducibility. Methods: On the basis of the most widely recognized classifications of Hawkins as well as McCrory-Bladin, we proposed a new and comprehensive classification based on CT scan for the LTPF. We retrospectively reviewed 42 patients involving LTPF. All fractures were classified according to Hawkins, McCrory-Bladin and new proposed classification system by three surgeons. The analysis of interobserver and intraobserver agreements was done using kappa statistics. Results: This new classification included two types based on presence of concomitant injuries or not, with type I consisting of three subtypes and type II of five subtypes. Interobserver and intraobserver reliability of the new classification system were almost perfect (κ=0.846 and 0.823, respectively),showing a higher interobserver and intraobserver reliability compared to the Hawkins classification (κ=0.737 and 0.689, respectively) as well as McCrory-Bladin classification (κ=0.748 and 0.714, respectively). Conclusion: This new classification system for the LTPF based on CT is a comprehensive classification considering concomitant injuries. It is more reliable and reproducible and can potentially become a useful instrument for decision making of treatment options for LTPFs. Further studies on the evaluation of their clinical relevance (especially the long-term outcome) are warranted.

Abstract: This study aims to develop poster media and find out the feasibility of this learning media. This research uses research and development methods or Research and Development (R & D) conducted in three schools. The development procedure follows the Borg and Gall procedure which can be done more simply by involving 10 main steps, but the researcher only limits the seven stages in this study. The technique of collecting data in this study was using a questionnaire. Based on the results of data analysis after the product was validated by media and material expert validators, the final product produced fulfilled the eligible criteria with an average score of media experts at 89%, material experts at 85%, the attractiveness of students by 83% for the trial small group of 82% and educator responses of 81%. The poster media is worthy of being used as a medium for learning physics. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media poster dan mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran ini. The use of media that is still low at the level of children's expressive language skills makes researchers create media that aims to improve graphic language skills of children 4-5 years old by making magazines as children's worksheets. The research method used is by using research and development methods with data collection techniques through data collection, product design, and produce results which are then processed into data which is then analyzed. Based on the study results, the expressive language skills of the students of Play Group PAUD Harapan Bangsa Cirebon Regency after the trial showed an increase of 22.50% with the outcome of 78.50%, namely in the very well developed category. Animated animal-themed quiz game contains animations (moving pictures), including sub-themes of animal types, animal characteristics, and animal food. Therefore, creating an animated quiz media based on animal themes can improve the expressive language skills of early childhood.

Existing classifications of West African musics seem to have a limited applicability as models for music education in schools and colleges. Hence, a more comprehensive classification, highlighting a range of syncretic forms, is merged with a structure in Ghanaian drum ensembles to yield a sequential, two dimensional, model. It is then argued that the model can be used as a framework for teaching West African musics in primary, secondary and tertiary educational institutions. A more general discussion is followed by an integrated arts application; finally, a musical perspective, including compositions by the present writer, is presented.

Kambin’s triangle is an anatomical corridor used to access critical structures in a variety of spinal procedures. It is considered a safe space because it is devoid of vascular and neural structures of importance. Nonetheless, there is currently significant variation in the literature regarding the exact dimensions and anatomical borders of Kambin’s triangle. This confusion was originally caused by leaving the superior articular process (SAP) unassigned in the description of the working triangle, despite Kambin identifying that structure in his original report. The SAP is the most relevant structure to consider when accessing the transforaminal corridor. Leaving the SAP unassigned has led to an open-handed application of the term “Kambin’s triangle.” That single eponym currently has two potential meanings, one meaning for endoscopic surgeons working through a corridor in the intact spine and a second meaning for surgeons accessing the disc space after a complete or partial facetectomy. Nevertheless, an anatomical corridor should have one consistent definition to clearly communicate techniques and use of instrumentation performed through that space. As such, the authors propose a new surgically relevant classification of this corridor. Assigning the SAP a border requires adding another dimension to the triangle, thereby transforming it into a prism. The term “Kambin’s prism” indicates the assignment of a border to all relevant anatomical structures, allowing for a uniform definition of the 3D space. From there, the classification scheme considers the expansion of the corridor and the extent of bone removal, with a particular focus on the SAP.
