Introduction: With the global outbreak of the COVID-19 and the high mortality rate of this disease, indicates the decision-making and finding a solution to control its spread. One of the most effective ways is to use the COVID-19 vaccine. Due to the limited supply of corona vaccines, the distribution of this vaccine is generally prioritized and is done allocation among individuals. Methods: In this descriptive correlational study, GIS, AHP tools, and fuzzy logic were used to achieve the goal of prioritizing and allocating corona vaccine in Mashhad neighborhoods. Neighborhoods prioritization in four scenarios was analyzed; Includes scenario AHP, scenario the WHO guideline, scenario guideline of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education of Iran, and scenario localized collective wisdom. Results: The output of neighborhood prioritization of the four mentioned scenarios has been determined and categorized into five classes. In the AHP scenario, the lowest percentage (8.89%) while the localized collective wisdom highest percentage (42.22%) allocate to priority 1 neighborhoods. There is generally no high correlation between the results and only the scenario of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education and the localized collective wisdom correlates 0.82. Conclusion: Considering the COVID-19 vaccine shortage, spatial allocation based on the presented guidelines is a reliable method that can meet the basic criteria for allocating limited treatment resources. In This research, the spatial allocation was conducted and 180 neighborhoods throughout the city of Mashhad were identified and prioritized in different scenarios that can assist decision-makers.

Parameters of physical development are known to be informative indicators of health status and adaptation processes, as well as markers of social, hygienic and environmental well-being both in healthy children and those with various pathological conditions. The purpose of this article was to study the characteristics of the physical status of children with intellectual disabilities. Materials and methods. We examined 168 children of primary school age (7–11 years) studying in secondary schools of Krasnoyarsk. The subjects were divided into two groups: the first group included 54 children with intellectual disability (F70, F71 according to ICD-10), the second group included 114 children without intellectual disability. Anthropometric characteristics and level of physical development were studied taking into account regional centile tables. The harmony of physical development was assessed using the Quetelet index. Results. The physical development of children with intellectual disability is characterized by a lag in anthropometric characteristics compared with intellectually healthy children: body length was 133.0 and 137.3 cm (p = 0.048), head circumference 51.0 and 52.5 cm (p = 0.002) respectively. The first group also had a statistically significantly lower percentage of children with harmonious physical development (37 %, p = 0.045) against the background of pronounced disharmony (underweight in 31.5 %, excess body weight in 31.5 % of children) compared to their healthy peers (harmonious development in 55 %, underweight in 16 %, overweight in 29 % of children). Further research into the constitution of children with intellectual disability can form the basis for the development of corrective measures, taking into account the specific typological characteristics of children in this group.
INTRODUCTION: Postural deformities are commonly acquired disorders that occur throughout the life. The purpose of this research was to determine and compare the frequency of scoliosis disorder and anthropometric characteristics of normal versus the disordered Students.

MATERIALS AND METHODS: This was a cross-sectional study that was performed on 1416 girls and boys of elementary school students in the city of Kashan in education year 2010-2011. Adams bending test was employed to examine 1416 students to identify the disorder. Seca scale was employed to measure weight and inflexible tape was used to measure the height of students. SPSS software was employed to analyze the data.

RESULTS: The result of analysis showed that 63.8 percent of students were boys and 36.2 percent were girls. The frequency of scoliosis in boys and girls was 29.8 and 24.2 percent, respectively. Independent t-test result showed that there was a significant difference between the height and weight of normal versus the scoliosis identified boys and girls student (P=0.004, 0.031; 0.0001, 0.041).

CONCLUSION: These types of studies are conducted regularly to identify poor postural cases at an early stage. The identification of acquired deformities at an early stage is important since it provides the opportunity to take the appropriate measures to correct them. Early identification of scoliosis is vital to maximize effectiveness of treatment.

This scientific article aims to present information on the cases of comorbidity that most aggravate the symptoms of SARS-CoV-2 (Covid 19) with data extracted from the database of the official website of the Ministry of Health, which defined a system to monitor the information detected in the diagnoses of each patient. Since the beginning of the pandemic, the city of Manaus has suffered great consequences in relation to the SARS-CoV-2 virus (Covid-19). predicting patients at higher risk of death. We describe the origin and spread of the virus and the use of the SGBD software MySql and MySql Workbench to improve data in the selection and pre-processing, with the resources of the weka tool for knowledge learning, ending with the objective achieved in the classification of comorbidities that further aggravate the clinical conditions.

OBJECTIVES: to evaluate attitudes in childcare and primary care in pediatrics, as well as aspects of training and medical education for residents in pediatrics consistent with the current medical paradigm. METHODS: the subjects were 133 residents of six pediatrics residency services in the city of Porto Alegre, RS. A cross-sectional, descriptive study was performed consisting of a questionnaire and an attitude measurement scale (Likert scale). Thirty propositions related to the issues of child care and primary care in pediatrics were simultaneously submitted to small groups of residents at their residency settings. RESULTS: women outnumbered men in a ratio of three to one in the residency programs. The majority aimed at a specialty in pediatrics, principally the ones involving high-tech procedures. Choices were influenced by prior training and by professors or tutors, although they stated they would like to work in prevention in the future. As for the scale, 87% had the right attitudes, both positive and negative, according to the Golden standard applied. CONCLUSIONS: the result obtained in this study related to attitude was very satisfactory but future professional choices are a concern to the medical educational system. The authors suggest that studies on attitude be further developed and improved to become a source of input for new strategies in the area of pediatrics education.

Job satisfaction affects job interest and emotional intelligence so that, a study was conducted in 2018 in the Ministry of Health and Medical Education to determine the mediating effect of emotional intelligence on the structural relationship between job satisfaction and job interest among 253 Ministry of Health and Medical Education experts. Method: Evaluation was based on the Amabile’s, two-factor Herzberg’s and Golman’s theories using the Amabile work preference, Danet job satisfaction, and sharing emotional intelligence questionnaires. Research was conducted by available sampling method. The research was a cross-sectional and descriptive and correlational. In order to test the hypotheses, the path analysis method in the structural equations model in AMOS software was used. The Sobel test was used to examine the mediating effect of emotional intelligence as intermediate variable. Results: The results indicated that there was a significant and positive relationship between intrinsic and extrinsic motivations of job preferences, emotional intelligence, and job satisfaction based on the direct effect coefficient. Conclusion: In conclusion, the direct and indirect effects of the mediation variable and predicted variable shows that emotional intelligence has the most effects on job satisfaction and, the internal instinct is in the second place. Based on the study, emotional intelligence is a mediation variable between job preferences and job satisfaction.
