Effective Lagrangian in 4-dimensional spacetime is derived from the heterotic string theory. Classical solutions corresponding to the charged black hole are investigated in the effective Lagrangian. At large distance, the solution is essentially the classical Reissner-Nordström-Weyl (RNW) solution. But at the event horizons, the dilaton plays an important role, and the behavior of the solution is drastically different from the RNW solution.
