This studydiscussesthe system of address used by Rantau Kuantan people in Kuantan Mudik district, Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau Province. The purpose of this study is to describethe system of address and personal pronounsin Kuantan Mudik isolect. This studyis useful as references for vernacular studies, sociolinguistics literary, and preparation for vernacular dictionaryorbilingual dictionary, as well as documentation of system of address in vernacular. The method usedin this researchis the descriptive method. Based on its usages,thesystem of address in Kuantan Mudik community is grouped based on gender, age, status of speakersand listener, family relationship, contexts, birth order, terms of address, and personal pronouns.AbstrakPenelitian ini membahas sistem sapaan yang digunakan oleh masyarakat Rantau Kuantan di Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik, Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi, Provinsi Riau. Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan sistem sapaan dan pronomina persona yang digunakan di Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik. Penelitian ini bermanfaat sebagai literatur pembelajaran bahasa daerah, literatur kajian bidang sosiolinguistik, penyusunan kamus bahasa daerah atau kamus dwibahasa, dan dokumentasi istilah sapaan dalam bahasa daerah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif.Berdasarkan penggunaannya, sistem sapaan dalam masyarakat Kuantan Mudik dikelompokkan atas jenis kelamin, usia, kedudukan penutur dan mitra tutur, hubungan keluarga, situasi pembicaraan, urutan kelahiran, sapaan dalam masyarakat, dan pronomina persona.

The research shows that one of the legal relations in civil matters is the family relationship, having an extensive content. It includes Family Law and the actual family relationships. While there are factual elements in the family relationships, only marriage registration gives rise to the property and personal rights between spouses since marriage is a legal fact of law. However, it has been stated correctly in the legal literature that the actual co-existence of partners is such a family relationship, in which couples enter into marriage without registration. The inner world of unmarried couples is significantly free from legal regulation. Family relationships, by their characteristics, are inconceivable without the personal and intimate aspects contained in certain factual foundations and found in family relationships.
