Tingkat pencapaian minat nasabah untuk memiliki kartu kredit BCA dipengaruhi oleh delapan kelompok variabel yang dikenal sebagai 8P yaitu Product, Price, Place, Promotion, Process, Physical evidence, People dan Produktivity and quality. Penelitian dilakukan di PT.Bank Central Asia, Jalan Mangga Besar Raya No. 128 Jakarta Pusat. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh faktor-faktor minat nasabah memiliki kartu kredit BCA. Penelitian ini menggunakan 2 metoda yaitu metoda deskriptif yaitu mengembangkan produk dan jasa yang sudah ada dan analisa kuantitatif dibagi menjadi dua analisa yang pertama analisa uji validitas dan analisa uji reabilitas. Data yang dianalisa yaitu analisis faktorfaktor yang menjadi daya tarik konsumen untuk memiliki kartu kredit BCA dapat dihitung dan diteliti langsung, data dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 16.0. Responden telah mengisi 33 pertanyaan yang disebut dengan variabel dengan nilai skor dan dibagi berdasarkan kelompok sebagai faktornya. Hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan daya tarik konsumen untuk memiliki kartu kredit BCA ada 7 faktor utama. Faktor pertama Produk dengan nilai varians (11,74), faktor ke dua adalah Harga dengan nilai varians (10,73%), faktor ke tiga adalah Distribusi dengan nilai varians (8%), faktor ke empat adalah Promosi dengan nilai varians (7,77%), faktor ke lima adalah Proses dengan nilai varians (6,75%), faktor ke enam adalah Fisik dengan nilai varians (6,28%) dan faktor ke tujuh adalah Kualitas dengan nilai varians (5,76%). Faktor produk merupakan faktor yang paling mempengaruhi konsumen untuk memiliki kartu kredit BCA. Faktor ini dapat menerangkan keragaman data (varians) sebesar 11,74%. Dari beberapa analisis yang diperoleh bahwa faktor produk sangat berpengaruhi positif terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam memiliki kartu kredit BCA karena konsumen menginginkan produk yang baik agar dapat mempermudah transaksi dimana saja dan kapan saja. Purpose: The objective of this research is to highlight issues and review the Interbank Commodity Murabahah (CM) practice as a tool of liquidity requirement from both the Shariah and industry’s operational perspectives. Accordingly, this study seeks to analyze structure and mechanism of CM as instrument to meet the liquidity need of the Islamic financial institutions and provides an opportunity for investments. In doing so, the paper seeks to review issues related to Shariah and operations in Islamic banking. Design/methodology/approach: By conducting interview with Treasurers, Shariah Scholars and funding dealers of Islamic banks in Malaysia, the study evaluates reassessment on CM practices and operational issues in relation risk and compliance. The study focuses on Islamic Treasury Division of Islamic banks in Malaysia. Findings: The findings of the study suggest that the two most significant issues in Islamic liquidity management of Islamic banks in Malaysia are i) resembling interest ii) nature of tradability iii) structure of CM iv) the timing the transaction to be completed and v) the real brokerage cost involved in adopting the CM transactions. Research limitations/implications: The research proposes a risk mitigation and enhanced Shariah compliance framework such as strait through processing (STP) and commodity broker’s standard guideline for Islamic banks to adopt CM practices. Practical implications: This study provides direction and guidance to the Islamic Commercial Banks, Commodity Brokers and regulator (BNM) involved in the banking system to reflect upon the importance to understand the issues and limitation of CM. By highlighting the importance of efficiency in terms of time and cost saving together with Shariah issues, Islamic banks can design policies to enhance efficiency in order to either decide to maintain the adoption of CMP or to consider the proposed alternative. Social implications:Understanding the Shariah compliance and operational issues will enhance the integrity of Islamic banks which is consistent with Key Economic Growth Area of making Malaysia as International Islamic Financial Hub 2.0.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the marketing mix strategy on customer decisions at Toko Sugeng. This research uses the mix method. The strategy used is squential explanatory. The research were obtained from questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The population in this study are all customers who have made repeat purchases. Samples taken as many as 100 customers. Result research shows the effect of price on customer satisfaction is 14,726%. The effect of the product on customer satisfaction is 13.764%. Effect of location on customer satisfaction of 18,470%. The effect of promotion on customer satisfaction is equal to 37.074%. The effect of price, product, location, and promotion on customer satisfaction is 84%. The marketing strategy applied by Toko Sugeng in increasing customer satisfaction, namely by implementing a marketing formulation strategy, segmenting, targeting, positioning and the marketing mix strategy or marketing mix which consists of four elements, namely product, price, place, promotion. The purpose of this is to attract buyers and retain existing customers. Toko Sugeng uses a SWOT analysis for improve customer satisfaction. In the calculation of the SWOT analysis both in terms of the matrix, EFAS and IFAS and the Cartesian diagram, show that Toko Sugeng is in the quadrant I position, namely (+, +). This position proves a strong and likely shop. Tactic recommendations given is progressive. So that it is really possible to continue to expand, enlarge growth and achieve maximum progress. <p><em>Abstrak</em> – <strong>CV. Gajah Mungkur adalah salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang bordir kain. Perusahaan ini mengalami pasang surut penjualan produknya selama dua tahun terakhir. Untuk itu dalam penelitian ini menggunakan strategi seperti analisis SWOT sebagai pendekatan perusahaan menghadapi persaingan bisnis penjualan serta pendekatan dinamika sistem dalam memberikan rekomendasi terhadap keputusan atau kebijakan perusahaan terkait nilai omset penjualan dan nilai profit perusahan yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor ketidakpastian (uncertainty). Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan ANP dengan software Super Decisions, didapatkan bahwa alternatif strategi yang tepat bagi perusahaan CV. Gajah Mungkur untuk melanjutkan proses bisnisnya yang lebih baik adalah dengan cara memberikan promo diskon dan melakukan pemasaran secara online. Berdasarkan analisis output hasil simulasi skenario, bahwa bila perusahaan menerapkan skenario diskon harga produk sebesar 5% perusahaan akan mendapatkan penambahan jumlah penjualan sebanyak 139.258 unit. Kemudian bila perusahaan menerapkan skenario diskon produk sebesar 10% perusahaan akan mendapatkan penambahan jumlah penjualan sebanyak 151.918 unit. Selanjutnya adalah bila perusahaan menerapkan skenario diskon produk sebesar 15% perusahaan akan mendapatkan penambahan jumlah penjualan sebanyak 164.577 unit. Selain itu bila perusahaan menerapkan pemasaran secara online, bila perusahaan menerapkan promosi online salah satunya di online shop shopee maka perusahaan akan mendapatkan penambahan jumlah penjualan sebanyak 174.533 unit.</strong></p><p><em>Abstract</em> - <strong>CV. Gajah Mungkur is one of the companies engaged in fabric embroidery. This company has experienced ups and downs in the sales of its products as per the data for the last two years. For this reason, this study uses strategies such as SWOT analysis as a company approach to dealing with sales business competition as well as a system dynamic approach in providing recommendations on company decisions or policies related to the value of sales turnover and the value of company profits which are influenced by uncertainty factors. The results of this study are based on the results of ANP processing with Super Decisions, it was found that the right alternative strategy for CV. Gajah Mungkur, to continue its better business process, is by providing discount promos and marketing online. Based on the output analysis scenario simulation results, that if the company applies a 5% discount on product price scenarios, the company will get an additional sales volume of 139,258 units. Then if the company applies a product discount scenario of 10%, the company will get an additional sales number of 151,918 units. Furthermore, if the company applies a product discount scenario of 15%, the company will get an additional sales number of 164,577 units. Besides, if the company implements online marketing, if the company implements online promotions, one of which is the online shopee, the company will get an additional sales number of 174,533 unit.</strong></p><p><strong><em>Keywords - </em></strong><em>SWOT, ANP, System Dynamics Simulation</em><em>.</em></p>
