Knowing the environmental behaviors of those who prefer these products in their daily lives will also help to classify the consumers. In this research, the relationship between ecocentric and anthropocentric attitudes towards products, environmental behavior, eco-brand awareness, and eco-brand loyalty have been investigated in order to highlight the aforementioned issues. These relationships have been tested with a structural equation model. Within the scope of the research, the questionnaire method was used as the data collection method. The sample of the research consists of teacher candidates. Data collection is using observation, interviews and questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is quantitative analysis, including correlation analysis, determination analysis and multiple linear regression analysis (simultaneously), and hypothesis testing using t-test and F-test. The results of data processing performed with SPSS 25.0 for windows. The value of correlation coefficient (R) is 0,848. The value of determination coefficient (R2) is 0,687. It means that 68,7% variation of dependent variable (Customer Satisfaction) could be predicted from the combination of variables (brand awareness, brand loyalty and price) and the remaining 31,3% is influenced by other factors. In India the private label brands (PLBs) are growing at a faster pace than retail. This supposes that PLBs should have brand equity. Although brand equity is one of the most important aspects of a brand in creating competitive advantage, earlier studies have not paid much attention to measuring and conceptualising the factors influencing the brand equity of private label brands. Many researches have looked into the consumer based brand equity (CBBE) of national brands only and hence this study was taken up to examine the dimensions of consumer based brand equity for private label brands including the impact of store image on brand equity. An empirical study was done considering survey instrument from previous study of Girard et al. The brand and brand building are extremely important and have a long-term meaning for all organizations. Concerns about branding have first started to rise in the field of tangible products but then gradually shifted to the services sector. The intangible nature of a service makes consumers rely on brand elements more when assessing the quality and deciding to buy. Many types of services need to rely on brand reputation so that to attract customers, for example, healthcare services, counseling, and education. The influencing factors here are the factors that together make up brand value according to the model by Aaker (1991), which includes brand awareness, perceived quality, brand association, and brand loyalty.
