This article discusses aspects of the application of modern information technologies in professional work of math teacher. Implementation of programs, defined by standard, in practice puts the task to develop guidelines on the use of various ICT tools, collections of sample plans of lessons and assignments for students during the lessons, using mathematical modeling and experiment. In addition, there is a need to build a new model of training teachers in the system of additional vocational training. This work is carried out on the training courses under the program for teachers engaged in a gradual transition to the Federal State Educational Standard as soon as available. The authors explore the questions: What is the general level of ICT competence of math teachers today; is it possible to build a system of training for math teachers to acquire modern ICT competences.

The article considers issues related to the use of the ICT in the modern education and analyzes the requirements of the federal state educational standards of primary, basic and higher education. The attention is focused on the need to develop the ICT competence at all levels of education. The concepts of using information and communication technologies in the classroom as well as the concept of informatization of education are analyzed. A three-level model of the ICT competence of the teachers is described, which is stipulated by the professional teachers standard. The article analyzes possibilities of interactive lectures supported by the social networks or the use of cloud technologies. The article proposes the use of the case-study method in the virtual reality as a means of formation of the required competencies and increasing students' motivation. It analyzes the didactic potential of the pedagogical community network as a basis for lifelong learning. The experience of the use of the Internet community as a site of scientific pedagogical research is described. Videoconferences are proposed as a tool of teacher professional development. Google Hangouts application is evaluated as well. The author draws a conclusion about the necessity for higher school teachers to use modern information technologies in the education process, which make it possible to transfer learning beyond the walls of the educational institution. Such education will comply with the Russian standard of living, and will be acceptable internationally.

Problem and goal. In terms of informatization of school education, the use of information technology in teaching students any discipline, obviously, should be correct, justified. The article discusses the methodological aspects of the use of information technology in didactic games in computer science lessons in the lower grades. Methodology. The Federal state educational standard of primary general education is studied, the scientific and methodical literature in the field of informatics and a technique of training of informatics is analysed, the analysis of educational and methodical providing applicable at lessons of informatics is made, own experience of teaching in younger classes is generalized. Results. It is revealed that the use of various information technologies in teaching younger students improves the quality of their education. Reasonably appropriate use of information technology in the didactic games on the lessons of informatics in primary school. Conclusion. Introduction of didactic games allows to achieve efficiency of training, at the expense of giving to process of assimilation of knowledge of emotionally positive coloring. The use of information technology in didactic games in computer science lessons becomes a pronounced positive character to increase motivation, cognitive abilities, and, consequently, the quality of education of younger students. The inclusion of the developed system of exercises and tasks in the content of computer science training allows younger students to develop attention, thinking, imagination, to increase the volume of the acquired educational material.

The article deals with the implementation of information technologies in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard when students of Astrakhan universities study the course "Engineering Graphics" during distance learning, further informatization of engineering education. To ensure a high level of modern production, the priority task is to improve the teaching methods of geometric and graphic disciplines. Along with the traditional execution of drawings, modern computer-aided design systems should be consistently applied to achieve an appropriate level of information literacy, which will ensure that students acquire the necessary professional competencies.

Рассмотрено противоречие между значимостью социокультурного компонента в профессионально-деятельностной компетенции преподавателя русского языка как иностранного (РКИ) и существующей традиционной подготовкой студентов - будущих специалистов в области РКИ, требованиями современности, предъявляемыми к личности и общему уровню лингвистической культуры педагога РКИ, и недостаточной степенью подготовленности его к преподавательской деятельности, поскольку ее формирование должно проходить в контексте культурной интеграции. В работе использовались методы: теоретический анализ, сравнение, синтез, изучение и обобщение преподавательского опыта. Из ФГОС ВО выделяется ряд компетенций, образующих в целом социокультурную компетенцию будущих специалистов РКИ; уточняется понятие «содержание социокультурной компетенции». Практическая значимость исследования заключается в направленности его результатов на совершенствование социокультурной подготовки студентов-бакалавров, обучающихся по профилю «Русский как иностранный». The relevance of the article is due to the contradiction between the significance of the sociocultural component in the professional-activity competence of a teacher of Russian as a foreign language and the existing traditional training of students - future specialists in the field of Russian as a foreign language; modern requirements for the personality and general level of linguistic culture of a teacher of Russian as a foreign language, and the insufficient level of preparation for teaching, as its formation should take place in the context of cultural integration. The paper uses such methods as theoretical analysis, comparison, synthesis, study and generalization of teaching experience. From the Federal state educational standard of higher education is singled out a number of competencies, that altogether compose sociocultural competence of future specialists of Russian as a foreign language teacher; the concept of «the contents of sociocultural competence» is clarified. The practical significance of the research is in the focus of its results on improving the sociocultural training of bachelors studying in the profile «Russian as a foreign language».

The article deals with the implementation of the requirements of the Federal state educational standard of basic general education in the design of modern mathematics lesson. The construction of the modern lesson of mathematics is based on the basic key ideas of the concept of development of Russian mathematical education. As an example of the organization of cognitive activity at a lesson of mathematics practical work, including, with application of information technologies is considered. Several examples of practical work at diff erent stages of the lesson of mathematics in different classes at the main stage of general education are revealed. Use of programs of dynamic mathematics and elements of interactive interaction of the teacher and disciples allows to realize developing potential of the General education, to provide achievement to trained with various educational needs of necessary result that is the priority direction of modern education.

By designing a meta-subject component of the content of education thisarticle displays actual problems of developingcompetencies declared in the professional teacher’s standard by elementary school teachers. The paper describes implementation of the meta-subject component module design through the use of various forms of advanced training courses as one of the effective ways of training elementary school teachers for solving tasks to fulfil the requirements of the Federal state educational standard of the primary general education (FSES PGE ) regarding achievement of meta-subject academic results of junior school children.

The article analyzes the problem of organizing extracurricular activities, which, along with the organization of the learning process, is important in modern education characterized by the person integrated development and individualization of training and education programs. The important problems need to be addressed at various stages of the organization of extracurricular activities, from its methodological study to organizational and technical planning. There has been offered a review of the directions of extracurricular activities, the forms in which it can be organized, as well as the specifics of its implementation at various levels of education. In order to reduce the complexity of time costs, ability to choose forms of extracurricular activities in suitable areas, taking into account the time available for its implementation, as well as the ability to generate plans based on individual preferences, an intelligent information system has been developed. A mathematical model of method optimization aimed to solve the problem of decision support, functional and software-architectural models of the developed web service and examples of its work at various stages of generating the extracurricular activities plan in the optimization statement have been presented. The proposed approach can be widely used in the educational institutions of various levels interested in reducing the costs of organizing extracurricular activities, automatic check for compliance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard and generating a working plan taking into account the opinions of various categories of experts.

The article is a description of the Power Query technology training methodology implemented within the framework of the Federal State Educational Standard for Higher Education 3++ taking into account professional standards in the direction of the bachelor’s program “Business Informatics”. The authors propose a set of laboratory works in the form of situational tasks and cases that allow to create professional competencies and labor functions of a future specialist (business analyst) as part of the development of the ETL process for processing data using Power Query technology. The use of situational tasks and cases allows to effectively implement the development of a set of professional competencies, which are elements of generalized labor functions, without tying the material in question specifically to any discipline. As part of the implementation of situational tasks and cases described in the article, bachelors not only learn to use the basic elements of Power Query technology, but also gain the skills and abilities associated with the application of the studied technology in performing standard professional tasks stipulated by a professional standard. The format for describing the methodology is presented in the form of the traditional “Key-by-Key” technology, widely used in obtaining professional IT competencies.
