Parameters of cardiovascular system at the unexercised and trained examinees by methods of classical statistics and new methods of calculation of chaotic dynamics of behavior of a vector of a condition of a human body in phase space are studied. The tendency to increase in the area of quasiattractors of unexercised examinees after physical activity is shown that is also confirmed by change of values of volumes of quasiattractors after loading in comparison with data to loading. Long physical activity (training) stabilizes parameters of cardiovascular and neuromuscular systems of the trained students in aspect of natural changes of parameters of quasiattractors, and their dynamics shows fitness degree. Calculation of parameters of quasiattractors of cardiovascular system allows to estimate objectively dynamics of reserve opportunities of an organism and their predictive importance.

The problem of one-type uncertainty is solved when cardiovascular system parameters in hypertensive patients undergoing physiotherapy aren’t differentiated by stochastics, but these differences are clearly revealed by the methods of neurocomputing and calculation of parameters of quasi-attractors. Simultaneously, the solution of system synthesis problem is possible, i.e. identification of more important diagnostic characters xi from the whole set of state vector of cardiovascular system x(t) in hypertensive patients. Efficiency of physiotherapy is estimated at two stages of course of treatment: in the initial state (initial physiotherapy) and after the termination of course of treatment. The dynamics of motion of quasi-attractors in phase space of states in hypertensive patients is shown. Thus, the problem of elimination of one-type uncertainty in studying the effi-ciency of curative measures is solved.

Methods of classical statistics and the theory of chaos and self-organization studied the behavior of the vector of the cardiovascular system in groups of students trained and untrained in response to dosed physical stress .It was found that students without physical fitness indicators of cardio area quasi-attractors increased after exercise . The study had shown significant changes in the dynamics of the behavior of the parameters of functional systems of the human body compared to the stochastic approach based on the histogram and Shannon entropy . It is shown the feasibility of application of chaos theory, self-organization in the evaluation of the reaction of the cardiovascular system of the person on the dynamic exercise. As a measure of the cardiovascular system of the person (to load and after the load) used quasi-attractor motion of the state vector of the system in the two-dimensional phase space of states. Within the framework of the theory of chaos and self-organization may determine the parameters of the spacecraft for individual subjects and their groups to compare their chaotic dynamics in time or in the phase space of states.

Traditional biological science (biophysics, systems analyses of biosystems) stationary mode of biosystems describes according to equation dx/dt=0 for the systems state vector x=x(t)=(x1, x2,…xm)T. But real biosystems demonstrated uninterrupted chaotic dynamics when dx/dt≠0 is always uninterrupted. The authors present two types of approaches to stationary mode investigation for biosystems. The first approach is based on the compartmental-cluster theory and the second approach is based on the theory of chaos-self-organization. The last is more convenient for real biosystems description because there are pragmatic results of its use. The compartmental-cluster approach may be used for real complex biosystems and the authors present some typical examples of such theory. The stationary mode of hierarchical neural networks were illustrated according to specific audi - analyzator. It was demonstrated that short intervals of tremogram demonstrate the real difference of distribution function parameters. As a result of such experiments – the classical statistics methods don’t usefulness for investigation of postural tremor. The tremogram, cardiogram, encephalogram are the systems of third type. The main idea consists of uninterrupted chaotic movements (glimmering property) of system’s vector in phase space of state and evolution of such system’s state vector in phase space of state. The glimmering property and evolution don’t have properties which can be modeled by traditional deterministic and stochastic approaches.

Abstract Purpose of Review Based on the available data, it can be assumed that microbiota is an integral part of the human body. The most heavily colonized area of the human body is the gut, with bacterial accumulation ranging from 101–103 cells/g in the upper intestine to 1011–1012 cells/g in the colon. However, colonization of the gut is not the same throughout, as it was shown that there are differences between the composition of the microbiota in the intestine lumen and in the proximity of the mucus layer. Recent Findings Gut microbiota gradient can be differentially regulated by factors such as obesity and chronic stress. In particular, a high fat diet influences the gut microbial composition. It was also found that chronic stress may cause the development of obesity and thus change the organization of the intestinal barrier. Recent research has shown the significant effect of intestinal microflora on cardiovascular function. Enhanced absorption of bacterial fragments, such as lipopolysaccharide (LPS), promotes the onset of “metabolic endotoxemia,” which could activate toll-like receptors, which mediates an inflammatory response and in severe cases could cause cardiovascular diseases. It is presumed that the intestinal microbiota, and especially its metabolites (LPS and trimethylamine N-oxide (TMAO)), may play an important role in the pathogenesis of arterial hypertension, atherosclerosis, and heart failure. Summary This review focuses on how gut microbiota can change the morphological and functional activity of the cardiovascular system in the course of obesity and in conditions of chronic stress.

The widespread formation of unfavorable environmental, the swiftness of modern life with large information and psycho-emotional loads and extremely natural and climatic cataclysms, as well as harmful addictions and wrong way of life of modern human, lead to the development of stress and disruption of the mechanisms of adaptation of the human body and its accelerated wear. This stimulates the development of research on the creation of new methods of integrated assessment of health and quantitative assessment of the aging processes of the body systems and the whole body, as well as the possibilities of new methods of risk assessment of climatic and environmentally related pathological and age-related diseases. The aim of the work was to consider the methodology of quantitative assessment of individual health and the rate of aging of the human body on the basis of the system index of Biological age (BA); description of its essence and structure, requirements for tests - biomarkers of aging used as the index of BA, definition of possibilities and scope of application of the BA method in modern practice of Biomedicine. The use of modern methods of scientific analysis - a systematic approach to the analysis of the processes of human aging and determine its quantitative side - the value of BA, allows a reasonable approach to the choice of the number of BM, to take into account their information content and precision, and the cost of diagnostics and availability for different users, to take into account the specific objectives of the researcher. The use of the index-partial BA allows individual approaching the choice of biomarkers and create personalized panels for the definition of BA programs for the prevention of aging in personalized preventive medicine. The complexity of the content and calculation of indices of BA requires automation and the use of methods of modern computer science and computer calculations and programs. For this purpose, we have created special computer software for diagnosing aging by calculating the BA indices with the possibility of choosing BM and automatic calculation of indicators and conclusions.

Very high results, the achievement of which is possible only with long systematic train-ing with the use of large and sometimes excessive physical activity characterizes modern sports. The preparation process from beginner to master of sports takes an average of 5–10 years. During this time, the athlete must develop and improve special physical and mental qualities, as well as master certain motor skills specific to this sport. Therefore, children's and youth's organisms of athletes are subject to increased loads, especially in classes that develop endurance. But not always physical activity contributes to the strengthening of the body, sometimes excessive loads, especially with the wrong approach, lead to complications from the cardiovascular system, in particular, to changes in heart rate. Therefore, the issue of adapting the functions of the heart of young athletes to muscle loads becomes increasingly important. The purpose of the work was to study the activities of the cardiovascular system of skiers-riders in the preparatory period of the one-year cycle. Currently, various methods of functional diagnosis of the cardiovascular system are used. We considered the results obtained during electrocardiographic examination of skiers-riders. We investigated electrical activity of the heart and presented model characteristics according to the considered indicators.
